The following 1890 case Valdemar Knudsen vs. Board of Education shows the Judges manipulation of the Land Laws of Kamehameha III regarding Schools and Churches:

The Chronological Order of the laws affecting Public Schools and Churches are shown from the Constitution on:
1840 - The Constitution was enacted by Kamehameha III which changed a Monarchy Government into a Constitutional Monarchy Government.
Statutes for the Regulation of Schools was passed by the King and Chiefs.
An Act for Public Schools/school houses or houses for Public worship was claimed to have occurred by the 1890 Judges in the Valdemar Knudsen case.
1842 - The Konohiki/land agent would be charged with a crime if they withheld land for the purpose of Public Schools request by a General School Agent.
1846 - Act for Public Schools/school houses or houses for Public worship was claimed to have occurred by the 1890 Judges in the Valdemar Knudsen case.
1848 - The Mahele, a land sharing, was made by Kamehameha III.
1850 - The 1846 Act for Public Schools/school houses and houses for Public worship was repealed.
Section 7 applied to areas up to 2 acres of land for schools according to the 1890 Judges in the Valdemar Knudsen case.
1855 - The Act was dissolved.
Private Properties could not be taken for schools, churches.
Government lands could be used for schools.
1884 - The Judges claimed that the rules that they made became law.

1893 - A court was formed following American and Great Britain's laws only 13 days before the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani from a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.
The Provisional Government, a non-sovereign entity was formed..

1894 - The above individuals became part of the Republic of Hawaii, which was a non-sovereign entity.
1894 -The above individuals were made Americans by U.S. President William McKinley.
1898 - The above individuals became part of the Territory of the United States which became the Territory of Hawaii, an entity developed by the Army, Navy, and other personnel.
The Territory of Hawaii had no Sovereignty.
Note: The Kingdom of Hawaii had full sovereignty and continued on with occupiers in place supported by the United States, Great Britain and France.
The Protectorate by the three (3) nations dropped the Protectorate over the Kingdom of Hawaii and protected the usurpers, the Provisional Government.
The Treaty of 1849-1850, a permanent peace and amity treaty was breached.
The Neutrality Law of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was breached by the United States, Great Britain, and France.
