Thank you for sharing I am finally trying to understand all the overthrow and land grab and politics and it’s a huge learning curve. I don’t even know a single thing about modern real estate. I don’t understand most of these legal terms because I was stupid and never cared. Now I’m learning slowly and dedicating the rest of my life fighting for kanaka. I have nothing to lose. This corrupt and evil government and their gangster allies across military, Hollywood, and cults has destroyed my enter life, murdered my family and terrorized me most of my life. Because my mom is related to them all and I was raised on mainland in horrors that people cannot even comprehend. All the stories about Hollywood, trafficking, sra, MK, it’s all true. I have been tossed around by the elite my entire life.

Cynthia Cullen-Sotelo all my closest ohana was slowly passive-agressively unalived dying long painful deaths being guinea pigs for western medicine. but i got all kinds of direct threats from hollywood and music industry while they were up for their last grammy award for the movie the descendants.(im the only kanaka to be in disney and braodway with zero credit or recognition from hawaii by the way.) I don't care. their spouses are evil and well known. and rode off the back of our ohana. everyone in hawaiian music knows who the spouses were, I don't have to name names.

ELLISON,(claiming 98% of the Islalnd=98%, the State of Hawaii, the City and County claiming 2% of the Island of Lana wrongfully prides himself in owning the Island of Lanai but has engaged in illegal contracts.
Why? Because Non-owners conveyed to him without the authority of the Allodial Land owners.
Ramifications? Ellison needs to get his money back and remove himself from our Royal Family's and Kanaka Maoli Allodial Lands which are Private Properties.
Private Properties cannot be assumed by occupiers.
There was NO ANNEXATION meaning the U.S. has NO JURISDICTION:
Rents are due for the land use from ELLISON, the State of Hawaii and the City.
Rents due are $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 2012 for Mr. Ellison.
Rents are due at $50,000 per acre per month for the State of Hawaii and the City and County for occupying our Royal Family's lands and kanaka maoli Allodial lands without authorization.
