BACKGROUND INFO:

Charles Reed Bishop was the Trustee of Caesar Kapaakea and his wife Keohokalole.  They were the parents of King David Kalakaua, Miriam Likelike, Queen Liliuokalani, and W.P. Leleiohoku Kahoohalahala.

W.P. Leleiohoku Kahoohalahala died before Ruth Keelikolani who was his adopted mother.

The family of Keohokalole and Kapaakea were not in line to inherit because W.P. Leleiohoku Kahoohalahala died before Ruth Keelikolani who left her estate to Bernice Pauahi Bishop as next-of-kin.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop died leaving her husband who was an Alien could only receive a life interest and could not inherit Allodial lands.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin was Kalola her stepsister, and true cousin.

Kalola's descendants existed then and their descendants and successors exists today including myself and our family's.

Although Queen Liliuokalani was claimed to be a hanai/adopted daughter of Abner Paki, she was disregarded in the Kingdom of Hawaii's courts and she was not included as a next-of-kin with Kalola.

CONCLUSION

The following individuals were found to have participated or aiding in the conspiracy to usurp the Queen in 1893 and therefore they lost all interest and lost their interest in Allodial lands in the Haaiian Islands.

The following were also listed on the Kingdom of Hawaii's Judicial Tribunal list, and/or listed on the Supreme Court cases of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

*Charles Reed Bishop

* Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates

* Archibald Cleghorn

* Princess Kaiulani

* Prince David Kawananakoa

* Prince  Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole

The purpose of naming individuals, etc. is to document those who are on record and inform all that Queen Liliuokalani did list many, and through research, many have been found who did conspire, commit treason, genocide against our kanaka maoli and friends.

In the interest of making corrections, the cases have been adjudicated since 2014.

Punishment for pirates are recorded in the 1849 Treaty which was ratified in 1850 by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, Article XIV:

Listings of those who did wrong over time was sent to the U.S. Presidents over time.

The descendants and heirs of Kalola maintain that we are the Allodial land owners to all of Ruth Keelikolani's, and Bernice Pauahi Bishop's lands.

Charles Reed Bishop committed crimes of fraud, piracy, pillaging, racketeering, and transferred lands that he had no legal title to.

His life interest ended in 1915 upon his death.

Bishop transferred his life interest to treasonous persons who also lost all interest in lands over time.

The following parties did participae, conspire against Queen Liliuokalani, Kalola's descendants and have been documented based on their conspiracies, collusion, fraud, piracy, pillaging etc. against our Royal Family.

This is a legal notice documenting the following individuals who have conspired, defrauded our Royal Family who are descendants of the only member of Queen Liliuokalani's Court who was loyal to the Queen.

Our ancestor, and one of the heirs of Kalola was Princess Poomaikelani/Poomaikelani/Abigaila/ Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko married to Ioela the grandson of Kalola who was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Another member of our family was Queen Kapiolani who was the hanai/adopted daughter of Kaluakini who was married to Princess Poomaikellani's daughter named Haili.

As a result of the Judicial Tribunal and Supreme Court cases of the Kingdom of Hawaii, all transactions of lands are documented as illegal transactions and null and void.

As Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs, it is part of my position to null and void illegall contracts.

The Kingdom of Hawaii exists and it has full Sovereignty compared to a created government developed and proclaimed to be a government by a U.S. President William McKinley who denied listening to U.S. President Grover Cleveland when he gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

The U.S. President McKinley failed to follow the U.S. Constitution.

The Supremacy Clause Article 6 was not followed.

Hawaii is occupied and there was no annexation as shown through the research of the following:

1) 1988 - U.S. Justice Information - the U.S. is limited from 3-12 miles outside the contiguous lands of the U.S.

2) Doctrine of Political Question - "separation of powers" noted by U.S. Senator Daniel Inouye (dec.) in a letter to Joyclynn Costa.

3) Justice Memo shows there was no legal annexation - Star-Bulletin article of 2000.

4) 2014 - article by University of Hawaii Law Professor Williamson \Chang showing there was No annexation.

5) 2018 - another article by University of Hawaii Law Professor Williamson \Chang showing there was No annexation.

6) 2018 - two (2) letters from United Nations Dr. Alfred dezayas, Human Rights, documenting the U.S. occupation, and having a "fraudulent" annexation.

7) 2019 - Documents supporting the fact that U.S. occupies the Hawaiian Islands, etc.

Note:  It has been found that Identity thieves, those who conspired against Queen Liliuokalani have criminally assumed allodial lands that they can never own and have been discovered.

They are documented as pirates, pillagers, frauds, conspirators, treasonous persons.

The land inventory of all of our Kamehameha's lands are being made and the conspirators found and listed above reveals some of those who are Not part of our Kalola's descendants and heirs.

Research continues.

With an occupation status, the U.S. has no jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islands.

The Kingdom of Hawaii exists with the genuine Royal Family in place that has evidence of being the only loyal family in place, and being the true descendants and heirs to Kalola who is the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
