This is to inform you that Rents are due in the amount of $500,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893.
This billing is for the land of KAAHA which the Queen's Hospital is currently on.
The Queen's Hospital's permanent Head is Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV who was married to Queen Emma a daughter of Dr. T.C.B. Rooke and Fanny Kekela.
Monies gotten from services was to be set aside for other patient care, subjects of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
Kamehameha IV and Queen Emma were not the owners of the property that Queen's Hospital was built on.
However, the Private Properties does belong to our Royal Family through other members as shown in the References below.
Letters/emails/Notices have been sent in the past including notifying everyone that we have our Konohiki assigned for the area.
A Police Report was wrongfully filed for our documented Konohiki Robert Lopaka Asam who visited his twin brother and another of our Royal Family's Konohiki who is a patient there named Kalani Asam.
Our Konohiki has the right to enter our Private Properties and has immunities from arrests, etc.
To date, the Queen's Hospital has failed to pay for Rents since 1893.
This is a friendly reminder that Rents are due for our Private Properties.
There was No Annexation, Kamehameha's descendants exists including myself.
Please allow our Royal Family's Konohiki/caretaker Robert Lopaka Asam to continue to visit his Konohiki brother and to be able to walk our Royal Family's Private Properties.

Gold Coins valued at $18,000 per piece have been STOLEN from our and Kanaka Maoli ancestors burials at Kawaiahao Church.
To date, more than 300 burials have been unearthed......multiply that by five (5) gold coins per burial = 1500 then times that by $17,000 = $27,000,000 or TWENTY SEVEN MILLION DOLLARS which does not include the Pearls, Gold necklaces, bracelets, brooches, ear rings, cuff links, watches, etc.
Steal from the living as well as our dead.............well wicked ones, this is an official report to the Honolulu Police Department, etc. for STOLEN GOODS...........
The Prime suspects are the Kawaiahao Church Minister(s), their Trustees, the Archaeologists, Governor Abercrombie, Oahu Burial Council, et. als. for their active participation in taking part in removing ancestral /ancient burials, etc.
Theft of graves throughout the islands will be reported over time, especially after receiving information about what was buried with each burial documented in oral history, articles (evidence of a gold watch was found in a historical article by a former policeman whose ancestor was buried in the Kawaiahao Church Yard, etc.) etc.

On Wednesday, January 11, 2012, Oahu Burial Council Meeting, the following occurred:
We moved from our ancestor's property, we have title to the land that the Bureau of Conveyances sits on - the Kalanimoku Building, and continued at the Kawaiahao Church after finishing the other issues on the agenda.
The attendees included the Oahu Burial Council panel; other members; the Kahu of the Kawaiahao Church, members of his staff, and our families, descendants/heirs of Kalola (w) who was married to the Konohiki of the Kawaiahao Ahupuaa, which includes Kawaiahao Church.
Cousin Mike Lee brought out an aged map showing that the land that Kawaiahao sits on had burials prior to the Church being built there. The Date of the map: 1810.....the American Missionaries arrived in 1820.....the graveyard existed BEFORE the Americans claimed it was their church and graveyard. (See also posted documents).
The Konohiki was KAAHA married to Kalola (w) our tutu, ancestor who married Luluhiwalani, the grandson of Kalaniopuu, the stepgrandson of Kamehameha, the nephew of Kalanimoku who assisted in running the Hawaiian Kingdom with Kaahumanu after Kamehameha died in 1819.
Kalola (w) was the daughter of Kalaniulumoku. Criminals over time had claimed that Kalaniulumoku was the same person as Kalanimoku, which is not true. Kalaniulumoku also known as Kalani was Abner Paki's brother.
Abner Paki was the father of Bernice Pauahi and the hanai father of Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/ Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani.
Kalola (w) was the first cousin of Bernice Pauahi.
I, Amelia Gora, announced that they need to cease and desist because they have broken laws such as removing burials that had grave markers on it. My ancestor John Kapena was removed.
I further suggested that they build on uncle's lot, the area across the street where the Attorney General of the State of Hawaii sits because I'm one of the owners, title holders of Abner Paki because he died intestate.
Further communications will be made after our family meeting and agreements are made with our family.
Long term leases is desired, and approval is expected from our families, some of whom attended, Mike Lee, Raymond Kamaka, Stanley Kamaka, Kahu Kamaka, and Calvin Santos.
Together, we are part of the Royal Families House of Nobles descendants, who came together after the Hawaiian Genealogy Society/Hawaiian Genealogical Society was formed in 1995. We are also part of the descendants of Kamehameha, descendants/heirs of Kauikeouli/ Kamehameha III, etc.
Other issues that will need to be discussed are the return of the iwi/bones to the graveyard; their possessions that the grave robbers have removed. Realistically, many of our tutus were alii and were buried with lei niho palaoa/necklaces; pearls - Pearl Harbor was filled with pearl bearing oysters before it was recklessly contaminated by the American navy, military, etc., Niihau shells, jade, gold coins because many were buried with treasures of the period, rings, bracelets, ivory, necklaces, other treasures, etc.; rents/leases will be discussed for the building across the street; the building (esthetics).
