Upon reviewing our inventory of lands owned by our Royal Family's, it appears that non-owners conveyed lands that they did not own.
Therefore, our Private Properties have been assigned Konohiki to oversee the various lands of the Kamehameha's, the Allodial lands from the Kingdom of Hawaii.
The next-of-kin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop is Kalola, her descendants, and heirs.
The illegal transfers of lands by Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates is being reviewed and notifications sent out through bills for rents, etc.
Background
Charles Reed Bishop was entitled to only 1/2 of the Estate and a life interest only.
As sent in previous Legal Advisory's, Charles Reed Bishop lost all interest when he conspired against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 with the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates, et. als.
In 1896, the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates was Reformed.
Meaning, the Trust of Bernice Pauahi Bishop became an entity created under the Provisional Government, Republic of Hawaii, and Territory of the United States which was a created government by U.S. President William McKinley.
All three Provisional Government, Republic of Hawaii, and Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii had no sovereignty.
Our Royal Family existed since Kamehameha was recognized as a King from a Monarchy Government in 1810.
Kamehameha III signed a Constitution in 1840 changing the Monarchy Government to a Constitutional Monarchy Government.
Ruth Keelikolani received all the Kamehameha's lands and her next-of-kin was Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Ruth Keelikolani died in 1883 conveying 353,000+ acres of land, her Palace, artifacts etc. to her hanai/adopted sister Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop died a year later in 1884. Her next-of-kin is Kalola our ancestor who received 1/2 of her estate until Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband died, then she owned the full estate.
The support of Charles Reed Bishop and Trustees were had by the United States, Great Britain, and France.
The United States, Great Britain, and France removed their protectorate from the Kingdom of Hawaii that was agreed to in 1854.
The invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii was made in 1893.
A Protectorate was made to protect the Provisional Government by the three nations who breached the Neutrality Law of Kamehameha III in 1854.
The conspirators, Charles Reed Bishop and Trustees conveyed lands that they did not own disregarding rule of law and in violation of the Kingdom of Hawaii's status of maintaining a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.
The land laws of the Kingdom of Hawaii shows that Allodial lands were granted to kanaka maoli only and Aliens could only receive Fee Simple, Freehold, less than Allodial, or 30 years only.
The conveyances by Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees could be for 30 years only.
Charles Reed Bishop deeded his life interest to himself, the Trustees even though he lost his interest due to his conspiracy against the Queen in 1893.
The deeds that Charles Reed Bishop was good for only 1/2 of lands because he was not the only heir.
The deeds that continued were signed by non-owners who continued to convey lands that they no longer had interest in.
All of the lands that the Trustees continued to convey were all illegal contracts, and continued an ongoing crime by Aliens who could not own Allodial lands at all.

The inventory of lands reveals that all conveyances by Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop are improper conveyances, illegal, and they have been obtaining properties under false pretenses.
