 The following shows that the Allodial Titles are Forever for kanaka maoli/Kanaka Hawaii Maoli, and Fee Simple or Lease (only 30 years) are for Aliens.  The Aliens can never own Allodial Titles which is exclusively for kanaka maoli/Kanaka Hawaii Maoli only.
The Usurpers moved to promote Fraud, Deceit, Criminal Malfeasance, piracy, pillaging, racketeering, privateering, Genocide to criminally claim what they could never own.
Allodial lands are forever, and forever lands which are the Paramount, Superior Titles deeded to kanaka maoli/Kanaka Hawaii Maoli by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.  See Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's Speech of 1851:

* Allodial Lands - Evidence needed:
(1)  Royal Patent - may be gotten either at the Archives - Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii or at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
(2)  Land Commission Awards - may be gotten either at the Archives or at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

  

(3)  Survey/ Survey Notes -  may be gotten only at the Archives - Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.
(4)  (Optional) Testimonies - may be gotten at the Archives; Bureau of Conveyances, or at the Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.


 CASE PRECEDENCE SUPPORTING Allodial Lands
Kekiekie vs. Dennis - no one can take your land away  HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Volume 1, Supreme Court Law Library/Archives/Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii
Kalama vs. Kekuanaoa - Three (3) evidence of land ownership (1) Royal Patent (2) LCA- Land Commission Award and (3) Survey - note the RP or LCA must show Allodial or Ano Alodio in order to prove forever titles.
Ioana Piikoi vs. Ioane Kapena - Defendant returned to the land and the court case closed.  Defendant was the Alodial land owner and Plaintiff had tried to claim adverse possession.
