Russia unknowingly recognized the lands belonging to the Hawaiian Kingdom which has 133 islands.
Russia had recognized Kamehameha in 1810 as the King of a Monarchy government.
In 1822 Russia along with Austria, France, Prussia, the United States, the Vatican and Great Britain signed the Secret treaty of Verona moving towards one world order ...
Russia bowed out from the pact .... the other nations appear to be pissed since...
Research incomplete... whistleblower Snowden a former employee of Booz & Allen associated with the NSA and other governmental psyops activities and formerly working in Honolulu and now residing in Russia could probably answer many questions about the U.S. and Hawaii’s lies about the false claims to Annexation etc.
Lastly Vladimir Putin exposed the fact that the bankers and the U.S. government usurped Americans in 1871.
