The Probate Judges focused on only Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha; Ruth Keelikolani; and Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
White Supremacists appeared in court and claimed that Mataio Kekuanaoa last wife was Kinau, but that was not so. They disregarded his wives Kalolo/Kaloloahilani, and Kalima.
The evidence is the Deed of land conveying land that was owned by Kinau, and conveyed by Mataio Kekuanaoa and his wife Kalima to Charles H. Judd and witnessed by Albert Francis Judd.
The Judd's did not show up in the Probate case, and the other White Supremacists gave testimony that Mataio Kekuanaoa's last wife was Kinau, the mother of Moses Kekuaiwa, David Kamehameha, Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV, Victoria Kamamalu, and hanai/adopted daughter: Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Mataio Kekuanaoa was married five (5) times, and became a stepfather of all of the Kamehameha's family because his wife Pauahi was a widow of Kamehameha II - Liholiho; and his wife Kinau was also a widow of Kamehameha II - Liholiho.
Note: The connecting wife between both Kamehameha and Kamehameha II - Liholiho was Auhea/Kekauluohi.
