The case of Lorenzo who was represented by Williamson Chang exposes why the entity State has no right to exist.
Reason: The Appellate Judges documented that the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii was not in existence.
LOL.
The Jokes on them because they don't have a right to exist being that they were raised through the piracy acts of U.S. President William McKinley who "developed" the Territory of the United States and changed it to the Territory of Hawaii.
The U.S. became two (2) nations: (1) the American Empire - with territories under this newly made entity, and (2) the United States - dealt with nations that had treaties.

Therefore, the Appellate Court Case held in January 2021 is flawed and shows that the entity Territory developed into the State of Hawaii under the United States - American Empire has not the right to exist in the Hawaiian Islands/Hawaiian archipelago or as a State of the United States.
