The Lucy Peabody, one of the descendants/heirs of the body of Hueu Davis claimed the Kamehameha's were dead.  The article below is evidence of her claims :

Note:

The above article is evidence of conspiracy of one of Hueu Davis descendants who claimed that the Kamehameha's were dead and claimed to be the heir of Ruth Keelikolani and Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

This article also exposes the fraud, piracy, conspiracy of the Judge Hartwell who supported the frauds of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees who no longer held interest in the Bernice Pauahi Trust since the conspiracy, treasonous activities for their participation in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

Charles Reed Bishop conveyed his life interest to them in 1893.  See Liber 142 pages 142-143, Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Also, the Court determining the Charles Kanaina case in 1905 was an illegal entity claiming to be a Territory of Hawaii when it was an illegal setup an entity that was Not Annexed meaning it had no jurisdiction.

The Peabody's appears to have been part of the conspirator's against the Kamehameha's, and the older children of Hueu Davis named Kahiamoe, Kailio, and Hokuaulani.
