U.S. AIDING THE CORRUPTION MECCA: HAWAII
Kingdom of Hawaii Records 2010-001

The progressive moves of passing the Akaka Bill's also known as H.R. 2314 and S. 1011
appears to be worded for the purpose of negating the Apology Law P.L. 103-150 signed by President Clinton, which legally documents the admission of crimes against a neutral, non-violent nation known as the Kingdom of Hawaii which has been documented as having gone "underground".
Let us look at the Premeditation history as well as the aggressive, imperialistic approach taken by a bankrupt, international law breaking nation, which partnered with England and the bankers, a leadership of corrupt, law- breaking nations and their investors which conjured up the CFR/Council on Foreign Relations which eventually formed the United Nations:
1876 - King Kalakaua signed a Fraud Deed over to two ancestors, Mataio Kekuanaoa and Grace Kamaikui who
had died 8-9 years previously.
The fraud deed is the basis of a claim made by the U.S. government that they own Pearl Harbor (in other
words, the criminal claim did result in hundreds of thousands of Innocent people to die needlessly in the
progressive wars.
Under duress, with a gun to his head, King Kalakaua signed a Constitution prepared by the Americans. The
Constitution was named "the Bayonnet Constitution" by his sister, then Princess Liliuokalani later known as
Queen Liliuokalani.
1878 - U.S. interested in Hawaii as a strategic zone, along with the Samoan Islands, and Aetearoa - the group of
recognized nations known as the Pacific Empire and recognized under the Laws of Nations:
* Americans investing in the 1878 Pacific Cable Company for the purposes of informing the U.S. that Japan
ships were passing the islands. The U.S. was fearful of the Japanese entering San Francisco Bay and that it
would take more than 10 years to get them out.
Reference: VALOR OF IGNORANCE by Homer Lea and parts such as the strategic maps entered in Affidavit/
Lien No. 96-177455 filed on 12/17/96 (281 pages) by Amelia Gora.
1887 - King David Kalakaua's House of Nobles denied the loan request by the U.S. representative because the
U.S. would not pay back for thousands of years and only small amounts of interest would be paid over time.
1892 - More of the Conspiracies against the Hawaiian nation, the head Queen Liliuokalani found in research:
* Conspiracies, pirating of Alii's genealogies, wealth, lands recorded by criminal Americans in Hawaii.

* Thomas Akaka, ancestor of Daniel Akaka - whose name is used for the 'Akaka Bill', helped to plan the
dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani with his association, meetings with Dr. Mott Smith, Thurston, et. als.
in Washington, D.C.

* Premeditation of overthrowing Queen Liliuokalani due to U.S. Naval ships docked in Hawaii without
authorization by our neutral, non-violent, friendly nation.
* Premeditation of overthrowing Queen Liliuokalani when the ship BOSTON arrived to replace the other
U.S. naval ship arrived for further orders.
* Congressional orders documented on January 8, 1893 and posted in the New York Times on January 9, 1893
which informed the conspirator's that the troops would be landed.

Necessity that the United States Take Possession found by researcher Shane Lee.
* January 16, 1893 - "three companies of bluejackets, one of artillery, one of marines, 154 men, and
10 officers; with 14,000 cartridges for rifles and the Gatling gun, 1,900 revolver cartridges, and 174 explosive
shells for the revolving cannon. These forces were landed, on foreign soil, not at the request of the lawful
Government - the Governor of Oahu promptly sent a formal note of protest to Minister Stevens -
representing 88,000 of the population...."
* January 16, 1893 - the Queen, the lawful government, and the subjects were under stress, duress,
usurpation, and coercion.
* January 17, 1893 - Queen Liliuokalani was illegally dethroned by treasonous person, supported by the
U.S. government et. als. (England, and the Morgan bankers who were the investors for the bankrupt nations
in the Wall Street stock markets.....both U.S., England were bankrupt and ill able to treaty due to their
American Civil War investments, etc.).
A legal opposition was served to the U.S.
* Oppositions to Annexation made by Queen Liliuokalani and her 40,000+ subjects.

1898 - War against Spain was deliberately made encouraged by the Hearst newspapers. Spain did not bomb the MAINE as claimed by the newspapers but due to the ship's own doing.
Spain's representative in Hawaii approached Sanford B. Dole's entity Provisional government turned Republic and asked about the status of neutrality. Dole's group denied neutrality, and did not align themselves with the Hawaiian government.
Spain lost and gave up the Phillipines, etc.
1900 - ORGANIC ACT set up to protect Americans in Hawaii, and disregard the aboriginal Hawaiians/ kanaka
maoli:
1993 - Admission of wrongs made through P.L. 103-150 'Apology Law' signed by U.S. President Clinton.
2010 - AKAKA Bill set up to make corrections on the flaws in the ORGANIC ACT which is the foundation of the U.S. pirating activities in our Hawaiian Islands:
The following came off one of the " Kingdom of Hawaii" (To date there are 40+ groups calling themselves the Hawaiian government/Hawaiian nation/Hawaiian Kingdom, etc.) website:
Chapter 339. An Act To provide a government for the Territory of Hawaii.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
Chapter 1. General Provisions.
1. Definitions.
That the phrase "the laws of Hawaii," as used in this Act without qualifying words, shall mean the constitution and laws of the Republic of Hawaii, in force on the twelfth day of August, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, at the time of the transfer of the sovereignty of the Hawaiian Islands to the United States of America.
The constitution and statute laws of the Republic of Hawaii then in force, set forth in a compilation made by Sidney M. Ballou under the authority of the legislature, and published in two volumes entitled "Civil Laws" and "Penal Laws," respectively, and in the Session Laws of the Legislature for the session of eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, are referred to in this Act as "Civil Laws," "Penal Laws," and "Session Laws."
2. Territory of Hawaii.
That the islands acquired by the United States of America under an Act of Congress entitled "Joint resolution to provide for annexing the Hawaiian Islands to the United States," approved July seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, shall be known as the Territory of Hawaii.
3. Government of the Territory of Hawaii.

(editor's note: is it legal to establish an already internationally recognized nation?)
4. Citizenship.
That all persons who were citizens of the Republic of Hawaii on August twelfth, eighteen hundred and ninety-eight, are hereby declared to be citizens of the United States and citizens of the Territory of Hawaii.
(editor's note: recognition of aboriginal Hawaiians/kanaka maoli disregarded; therefore looked at as non-citizens...............because the true government went "under ground" that basically means it still exists! and the subjects are still subjects of the true government.)
5. United States Constitution.
That the Constitution, and, except as otherwise provided, all the laws of the United States, including laws carrying general appropriations, which are not locally inapplicable, shall have the same force and effect within the said Territory as elsewhere in the United States; Provided, That sections 1841 to 1891, inclusive, 1910 and 1912, of the Revised Statutes, and the amendments thereto, and an act entitled "An act to prohibit the passage of local or special laws in the Territories of the United States, to limit Territorial indebtedness, and for other purposes," approved July 30, 1886, and the amendments thereto, shall not apply to Hawaii. Annotations.
(editor's note: with special applications, this is evidence that Hawaii is truly not part of the U.S.; it only gives the appearance that Hawaii is likened to the U.S. but not/is not.)
6. Laws of Hawaii.
That the laws of Hawaii not inconsistent with the Constitution or laws of the United States or the provisions of this Act shall continue in force, subject to repeal or amendment by the legislature of Hawaii or the Congress of the United States.
7.
That the constitution of the Republic of Hawaii and of the laws of Hawaii, as set forth in the following acts, chapters, and sections of the civil laws, penal laws, and session laws, and relating to the following subjects, are hereby repealed:

************************
Editor's Notes: only parts of the 1900 Organic Act were commented on; however, the Act is entirely illegal, and the intent of the Akaka Bill is to perpetuate the frauds of those such as Senator Akaka/Akaka, dishonest Akaka et. als. who continues the treasonous activities of his ancestor Thomas Akaka and kowtows to the PIRATES OF THE WORLD through it's Congress, government imperialistic moves to perpetuate PIRACIES ON THE HIGH SEAS, and disregarding the rules of Laws, breaching International Laws, criminally assuming monies, properties that they legally have NO claims, no rights to.
Queen Liliuokalani did say that if the U.S. fails to make corrections, they will fall apart......and Opposition continues in their criminal moves to pass the Akaka Bill also known as H.R. 2314 and S. 1011 and deny the U.S., their entities jurisdiction in, over, under, around our Hawaiian Islands.
