Well, well everyone.......Henry Noa's people 'confronted' me by the picnic table outside of the Bureau of Conveyances and said that many others were sending them messages, etc. They were the ones from Maui.........just happened that I was talking with one of my cousins who had also attended OHA's meeting and he too knew about Henry Noa and the move to go to Switzerland,.,,,,, and cousin is credible alright.,.....a retired policeman/detective.............so to you non believers......i say "wop your jaws" .......we talked a bout a whole lot of other things......including Bumpy Kanahele's recent lands that he received and heard about his multiple new trucks amassed recently....... btw my other cousin will remain as a person who divulged the info first............
as for someone who CLAIMS they are from Kalima et. als.s .........prove it.........Our Kalima had three children... she was the last wife of Mataio Kekuanaoa.......oh btw Kekuanaoa's oldest son from Kinau (w) was Moses Kaikioewa the one who attended the Royal School who was reprimanded, abused (and even killed!? by the missionaries as stated in oral history)......

Kamehameha II - Liholiho had seven wives: Kekauluohi, Pauahi, Kinau, Kamamalu, Liliha, Kapule, and Pali. Pali was married to Antonio Silva/Silveira and had many children including our Keo/Keo Silva/Jeo/Joseph aka's. Our family descends/are heirs of Pali's oldest son.
Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III's son Opunui is our ancestor.
Kalanihelemaiiluna was the father of Abner Paki(father of Bernice Pauahi Bishop); and Kalaniulumoku (our ancestor).
Kanekapolei 2 - daughter of Kamehameha and Kanekapolei is another ancestor thru her marriage to Nuuanu from whom our genealogies were verfied by Kanai Kapeliela, State genealogist, and recognized for the Waikiki burials. Nuuanu was the nephew of Kamehameha and son-in-law. His father Mahihelelima was the kahu of three (3) wives of Kamehameha: Kaahumanu, Kaheiheimalie, and Namahana/Piia. Mahihelelima was the sibling of Kanekapolei who was married to Kalaniopuu (another ancestor of ours) and Kamehameha (our multiple lines ancestor)
When Kamehameha died in 1819, Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku and his cousin Kaahumanu were the overseers of the Hawaiian Kingdom as well as being the kahu /caretakers of Liholiho/Kamehameha II, Nahienaena, and Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III. Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku did marry Keopuolani, widow of Kamehameha and mother of the three. Kalaimoku/Kalanimoku's last wife was Akahi , our ancestor.
Thru genealogies, our families (and others who can document their genealogies as well) are and remain the legal heirs, successors of the Kamehameha's and King Lunalilo because he was a younger stepsibling of the Kamehameha's; heirs of King Kalakaua thru his two children: Kaopu (k) and Kamaka (w); and heirs/descendants of Queen Liliuokalani through her "child" Abigail/Princess Poomaikelani; and hanai "Kaaumoana" aka's.
As discovered in the court case of REX VS. Booth, which explains what the Hawaiian Government is, everyone born into the bloodlines are legally part of the permanent parts of the Hawaiian Government. Part 1 - Sovereign, his heirs, Part 2 - House of Nobles - their heirs = these parts were and remain permanent parts .....the last part is Part 3 - House of Representatives, a temporary, voted in group -----this is the group that dethroned Queen Liliuokalani in 1893....

1995 - formed /reformed the Hawaiian Genealogy Society updated name: Hawaiian Genealogical Society which was started by great great grandmother Princess Poomaikelani during King Kalakaua's era.
1996 - filed a Lien on all the islands Document No. 96-177455 at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu with evidence of criminal malfeasance, genealogies, police report, etc. (281 pages)
2001 - Delivered a letter of regret to the Japanese Consulate for the criminal sinking of the EHIME MARU.

1844. July 6 - Kamehameha III documented that "America followed the footsteps of Great Britain and France, and united in recognizing our freedom."

"We have got our independence, and we must strain every nerve to perpetuate it. Annexation will never come to pass if you do not wish it. Our independence will still be recognized unto the last Hawaiian."

Facts

1810 - The Kingdom of Hawaii was recognized as a Monarchy Government

1840 - The Kingdom of Hawaii became a Constitutional Monarchy Government with a Constitution made by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli

1841 - Belgium recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii as a Sovereign nation

1843 - U.S., Great Britain, and France recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii as a Sovereign nation

1843 - The Kingdom of Hawaii obtained Full Sovereignty.

1849 -1850 A Permanent Treaty of Amity and Friendship was signed and ratified by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli and U.S. President Zachary Taylor

1854 - Kamehameha III obtained a Protectorate by the United States, Great Britain, and France.

1854 - Kamehameha III passed a Neutrality Law.

1854 - Kamehameha III died.

1883 - Princess Ruth Keelikolani died. Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the next-of-kin.

1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died. Kalola was the next-of-kin.

Note: Kalola (and her descendants/heirs and successors) owned half of the Estate of Bernicwe Pauahi Bishop.

Charles Reed Bishop inherited a life interest in Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Estate.

1886 - Kalola died. Her descendant was her grandson Ioela. Her husband Kahekili died in 1876 according to the old newspapers, but research shows that he was still alive in 1880.

Kalola's hanai/adopted daughter was Abigaila/ Kapooloku/ Kapoolohu/ Poomaikelani/ Princess Poomaikelani who married the grandson of Kalola. Her grandson was Ioela and he married Abigaila/Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/ Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani.

1887 - With Charles Reed Bishops instructions, Kamehameha Schools for Boys was made.

Widower Charles Reed Bishop husband of Bernice Pauahi Bishop (dec.) and Trustees conspired and committed Treason, the Kamehameha Boys School, and Punahou Schools also committed Treason for participating with the "White Annexationists" in 1893.

The above lists some of those who conspired against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

The most evil is Charles Reed Bishop who arrived in Hawaii with William Lee. Both worked for the American Consulate, then as an attorney, plantation owner, banker, etc.

Bishop was a "gold digger" marrying Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was Not the "last of the Kamehameha's".

Charles Reed Bishop removed the Kamehameha artifacts, sold Ruth Keelikolani's Palace which belonged entirely to Kalola the next-of-kin of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Non-owner Charles Reed Bishop sold the Ruth Keelikolani's Palace to the Department of Education of the non-sovereign entity called the Provisional Government for $30,000 and left for California to work with the J.P. Morgan bankers.

The Provisional government was changed to the Republic of Hawaii, another Non Sovereignty entity.

U.S. President Cleveland gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

SUMMARY

True Land Owners/Kalola's Descendants/heirs since 1884, Request for the Immediate Removal of the Halawa Ahupuaa fuel tanks built on our Royal Family's lands:

The U.S. military purchased land from non-owners

Samuel Damon was not the land owner of Moanalua Ahupuaa, Halawa Ahupuaa.

Samuel Damon was a Trustee of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates when she died in 1884.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop could not convey the properties that belonged to other Kamehameha's.

Her next-of-kin named Kalola became the Allodial land owner, the Paramount, Superior title owner.

Kalola owned half the estate and Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband Charles Reed Bishop owned a life interest for the other half.

Moanalua Ahupuaa belonged to Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, the son of Mataio Kekuanaoa.

Halawa Ahupuaa belonged to Mataio Kekuanaoa and Grace Kamaikui.

The heir: Bernice Pauahi Bishop then the next-of-kin: Kalola.

The above lists some of those who conspired against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

Samuel Damon sold land to the U.S. military and he was not the landowner.

The U.S. military stored toxic fuel on property that they did not own.

The U.S. military bought lands from the conspirator, treasonous person Samuel Damon.

The U.S. military, etc. must remove the toxic fuel, tanks off of our Royal Family''s private properties.
