Evidence of Premeditation to usurp the Monarchy government has been found.

Allodial Lands
The Allodial Lands or "forever lands" are specific to kanaka maoli, Alii/Royal Family members of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
Charles Reed Blishop, Samuel Damon, et. als. are Aliens and entitled to only short terms to occupy lands which ends on the 30th year.
The U.S. military's purchase was for only a time limited short term period and the time is up.
Poisoning, contamination of our Allodial lands is not o.k.
Historical Records
The U.S. military has failed to protect the lives, safety, health, of their own as well as the people who descend from an ancient, two thousand years old society which became recognized as a Monarchy Government in 1810.
Recognition by Russia as a Hawaiian archipelago superseded the surveys of the Pacific Ocean by France, funded by Great Britain, and U.S. who had planned to claim the Pacific Ocean and the whole of the 133 islands in the Hawaiian archipelago.
In 1841, Belgium recognized the independence of the Kingdom of Hawaii followed by U.S., Great Britain, and France in 1843.
