Ioana Piikoi vs. Ioane Kapena - Defendant returned to the land and the court case closed. Defendant was the Alodial land owner and Plaintiff had tried to claim adverse possession.

The Provisional government turned Republic of Hawaii then developed into the Territory of the United States held properties that they could not own.
They were conveyed lands by non-owners. They were contrary to rule of law, contrary to the U.S. Constitution, contrary to the 1849-1850 Treaty, and contrary to the Neutrality Law of 1854. There was No Annexation.
The frauds, deceit, piracy, racketeering, pillaging has occurred due to the workings of the Pirates of the Pacific: Charles Reed Bishop and Friends, supported by the U.S., et. als.
Charles Reed Bishop and Friends lost all interest in lands when they moved to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

The above lists all who conspired against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893. The most evil is Charles Reed Bishop who arrived in Hawaii with William Lee. Both worked for the American Consulate, then as an attorney, plantation owner, banker, etc. Bishop was a "gold digger" marrying Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was Not the "last of the Kamehameha's".. Note: Had Charles Reed Bishop not engaged in the conspiracy against the Queen and the Kingdom of Hawaii, he would have owned half the estate of his wife, Bernice Pauahi Bishop, until his death in 1915. Charles Reed Bishop lost all interest in 1893. Kalola, her descendants/heirs and successors became the owners of the full estate, Allodial/Paramount/Superior Titles since 1893. Kalola's descendants/heirs and successors existed in 1884 and their descendants exists today. The Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop claimed to be the heirs of Bernice Pauahi Bishop in Land Court Case No. 1227. Charles Reed Bishop conveyed Princess Ruth Keelikolani's Palace, lands that he no longer owned in 1895. Bishop conveyed the Palace to the Provisional Government's Department of Education, etc., | |
| All that he assumed and conveyed since 1893 was illegal because he lost his heirship ;to all of his wife's properties. The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates perpetuated crimes of piracy, pillaging, racketeering, and claimed lands, monies that they had ;no rights ;to. In the Bureau of Conveyances, Liber 142 page 142, Charles Reed Bishop deeded his life's interest to himself and the Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
