1)The Hawaiian Kingdom exists...it never went away.
2) There was no Annexation. It's not legal for another nation to assume and annex a separate nation.
3) The Hawaiian Kingdom was recognized as a separate independent nation in 1843.
3) Lands in Hawaii are based on Alodio/allodial/forever titles to kanaka maoli and aliens had only fee simple, less than alodio which meant they only had 30 years conveyed.
4) Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli gave forever lands called alodio lands to his people, kanaka maoli only, and it is Hawaiian Law which supersedes state and Federal law.
5) Treaty of 1850 between the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America is a permanent friendship and amity treaty and article XIV shows that pirates, pillagers, frauds, etc. can be prosecuted.

We are the ones who were sued by the entity American Empires territory named the State of Hawaii.

"WASHINGTON (AP) - Now it can be told--what happened during the longest of three secret Senate cessions, during the Spanish-American War, a debate over whether to take over Hawaii."
"The debate of nearly three hours on that day - May 31, 1898 - and in two secret sessions the previous month had remained locked up until last week. Then at the request of a historian who noted gaps in the Congressional Record, the Senate passed a resolution authorizing the National Archives to take the wraps off the debate transcript."
"The government's only explanation for the long suppression of the debate records is that they had been long forgotten."
"THE SECRECY WAS clamped on during a debate over whether to seize the Hawaiian Islands - called the Sandwich Islands then - or merely developing leased areas of Pearl Harbor to reinforce the U.S. fleet iat Manila Bay."
"PEARL HARBOR, ALREADY UNDER LEASE, Stewart argued, wouldn't be much use until costly dredging operations opened the entrance channel. "Either we must have the Sandwich Islands," he declared, "or the administration must recall Dewey."

These articles are valuable because it shows the Premeditation to take over Hawaii for a long time. The U.S. and other nations referred to the Sandwich Islands/Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii, etc.
The main point being that the Hawaiian Kingdom, a Monarchy turned Constitutional Monarchy, went "underground" and the Provisional government was made by usurpers, conspirators who planned to assume all of the Alii lands through the pirating of Bernice Pauahi Bishop's lands by claiming that she was "the last of the Kamehameha's", then proceeded to plan the takeover of the Hawaiian government, then create a fraud trust called the Liliuokalani Trust utilizing a fraudulent deed, etc.
The INVASION OF HAWAII needs to be reviewed because the issues remain....there was NO ANNEXATION which means that the United States has NO jurisdiction.
In OUR PRESENT DUTY by William M. Springer, the only honorable course is to restore the Queen to the throne.
Note: Returning Queen Liliuokalani to the throne in 1915 for a day is Not a honorable thing to do but a deception, criminal act of pirates, pillagers, conspirators, criminals including U.S. President Wilson.
