U.S. President Woodrow Wilson was yet another dishonest man when it came to the Hawaiian Kingdom, a friendly, neutral, non-violent nation recognized as one of the members of the Family of Nations:

Wilson too should have been impeached along with the U.S. Presidents who were inaugurated after U.S. President Grover Cleveland.

25. William McKinley (March 4, 1897—September 14, 1901). Republican. In his elections McKinley fought fiercely for upholding the gold standard and high tariffs. His leadership brought victory for the U.S. in 90 days in the Spanish American War. He is also highly regarded for forging a Republican coalition that dominated U.S. politics until the 1930s.
Note: U.S. President McKinley directed the Army, Navy, and Federal personnel to develop the Territory for Hawaii.
U.S. President McKinley disregarded the Oppositions to Annexation by Queen Liliuokalani and subjects and claimed that Annexation occurred.
He also allowed the United States of America to be made into two (2) nations: (1) the United States which dealt with nations which had treaties; (2) the American Empire which dealt with territories which had no treaties.
Because of the illegal development of Hawaii /Hawaiian Kingdom as a territory of the United States, the treatment of a Nation to a non-Nation was made during McKinley's time.
He also started a War with Spain without the approval of Congress.
He should have been impeached but was assassinated instead.
U.S. President McKinley failed in following the Rule of Law and the U.S. Constitution.
26. Theodore Roosevelt (September 14, 1901—March 4, 1909). Republican. As a soldier, explorer, hunter, naturalist, and author, Theodore Roosevelt was known for his cowboy image and robust masculinity. Before presidency he served offices at the federal, state, and municipal levels of government. Roosevelt became president when President William McKinley was assassinated. During his administration he tried to mobilize the Republican Party towards ideas of Progressivism. He won his first Presidential election after, which was technically his second term as President of the U.S.
27. William Howard Taft (March 4, 1909—March 4, 1913). Republican. William Howard Taft was the only U.S. President in history who also became a Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. He was born into the wealthy Taft family. He graduated from Yale in 1878 and from Cincinnati Law School in 1880. He was elected as President in 1908.
28. Woodrow Wilson (March 4, 1913—March 4, 1921). Democratic. Wilson was elected president as a Democrat in 1912. He was the only U.S. President to earn a Ph.D. degree. During his administration the U.S. entered World War I and renounced neutrality when Germany began unrestricted submarine warfare. He was barely reelected in 1916.Wilson followed U.S. President William Howard Taft also failed to follow Rule of Law and the U.S. Constitution and disregarded the facts that U.S. President Grover Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back too Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.
Spanish-American War (April 25, 1898 - August 12, 1898)
War with Spain was started by U.S. President William McKinley without the approval of Congress. McKinley failed to follow the rule of law and the U.S. Constitution.

Wilson too accepted the Fraud Annexation which was made over the Hawaiian Territory which was created by McKinley and his operatives supporting the usurpers/pirates Sanford B. Dole, et. als.
Honorary President for the Pan-Pacific Union
U.S. President Woodrow Wilson was elected by the Pan-Pacific Union "as its Honorary President". His Secretary of Interior Franklin K. Lane received the Message from the usurpers/pirates.
The Pan-Pacific Union was set up by aliens who had no claims to lands in the Hawaiian Islands and gave themselves the rights to own lands.
They were a Union of international pirates who supported the dishonest works of Sanford B. Dole, et. als.
The Pan-Pacific Union put Queen Liliuokalani back on the Throne for a Day in 1915. She was made to sign documents supporting their cause. The Queen remained under duress since the criminal dethronement in 1893.
During the term of U.S. President Woodrow Wilson, Queen Liliuokalani died.
U.S. President Woodrow Wilson failed to follow the Rule of Law and the 1789 U.S. Constitution or neglected to make corrections to the true status of Hawaii/ Hawaiian Kingdom as with the other U.S. Presidents before him, namely:

Based on the failure of the U.S. Presidents since U.S. President Grover Cleveland time, it appears that the acceptance of bribes and other monetary compensation was the cause.
The U.S. was bankrupt, lacking gold, silver, and supported by other nations who failed to follow Rules of International Laws, and looked the other way in order to pirate, pillage the lands, minerals, assets of a nation equal to the others.
It appears that the promotion of lies claiming the "last of the Kamehameha's" gave the usurpers power to move and take the nation known as the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/Hawaiian archipelago/Hawaiian Islands/Sandwich Islands/Hawaii into a whole new operation and muscled in on lands, monies, rights which they legally could not own.
Enlisting the support of other pirates, pillagers became the common ground in the form of operating an international scheme with organizations such as the Pan-Pacific Union which gave an appearance that the United States was all for other nations, investments in entities utilizing monies, funds from our Constitutional Monarchy government with the full support of the bankers - J.P. Morgan bankers who supported Charles Reed Bishop and Friends since the death of Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was claimed to be "the last of the Kamehameha's".
It was the Bishop Estates Trustees who played an important role in the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
The sinister part of the whole event is that the Bishop EstatesTrustees could never own alodio lands, lands conveyed by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli since the Mahele of 1848.

Religion has an influence on the person and the views towards others. The U.S. Presidents had an opinion and view on others/other nations that he dealt with:
U.S. President Cleveland was a Presbyterian.

Note: Cleveland was an honorable man and followed the rules of law, the treaty, and the U.S. Constitution of 1787. He applied all the above to his interaction with Queen Liliuokalani as compared to the others after him who failed to follow the Rules of Law, the Treaties, and the U.S. Constitution.

The Secret U.S. Constitution of 1871 appears to be the Constitution used by U.S. Presidents McKinley, Roosevelt, Taft, and Wilson due to their view of Hawaii being a created, fictitious entity called the "Territory" of Hawaii/ Territory of the United States - identity thieving our Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom documented by the Attorney General of that made up entity validated since U.S. President McKinley's time.
The U.S. Presidents Failed to follow the Facts that U.S. President Grover Cleveland returned Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.
Conflicts and Wars appears to be an unresolved issue because of the Failure to follow the Rules of Law, other nations Constitution, the treaties, and the 1787 U.S. Constitution which was accepted by the people of the United States.
The Constitution of 1871 was based on a Secret banker's constitution which was illegally passed without the American people.
Another Constitution which was illegally passed by U.S. President Carter and approved by Congress is yet another Constitution that was not approved by the American people.

The US Treasury Department has accused North Korea of stealing “around $700 million in the last three years and” attempting “to steal nearly $2 billion” by means of cyber operations.
The accusation, by itself, is evidence of nothing. North Korea may have done this, or not.
Here are three reasons to doubt the Treasury Department’s allegation:
#1. The intelligence on which the allegation is based may be genuine, but flawed. “The problem with intelligence is it’s always contentious. It’s always arguable,” warns John E. McLaughlin, former deputy director of the CIA.
#2. Washington has a long record of lying to justify aggressive actions against states it seeks to discredit, undermine, or overthrow. Recall Iraq’s non-existent weapons of mass destruction.
#3. “I was the director of the CIA. We lied, cheated, and stole,” boasted US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, adding that US lying, cheating, and stealing “reminds you of the glory of the American experiment.”
Sanctions kill.
US-led sanctions on Iraq during the 1990s produced over 500,000 deaths among children under the age of 5 through disease and malnutrition, more than the number of people killed by the US atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. US Secretary of State Madeline Albright didn’t deny this was true, but said it was ‘worth it.”
Recently economists Mark Weisbrot and Jeffrey Sachs found that sanctions on Venezuela “have inflicted, and increasingly inflict, very serious harm to human life and health, including an estimated more than 40,000 deaths from 2017–2018.”
US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo says Iran must do what the United States says “if they want their people to eat.”
Washington is trying to starve Iran, Venezuela, and North Korea into submission. It also has its hands on the necks of Syria and Cuba. These countries are linked in this: They allow a significant role for the state in their economies and refuse to grant unfettered US access to their markets, their resources, their land, and their labor, preferring economic sovereignty.
Would it be any surprise if one of one or all of these targets resorted to illegal means to combat sanctions of mass destruction?
