SUMMARY

This is evidence of crimes against a peaceful, neutral, non-violent nation, breach against the Treaty of 1850 - Permanent Peace and Amity Treaty, the U.S. Constitution (1787) Article 6, Supremacy Clause, Protectorate of 1854, the Neutrality Law of 1854, International Laws, and failure to follow Rule of Law, etc.

It was U.S. President Grover Cleveland who warned Americans of the violations against the Neutrality Law of 1854 as shown here:
