On January 31, 1835, William Charles Lunalilo was born. Educated alongside fellow aliʻi at the Royal School, his distinguished classmates included Lot Kapuāiwa (later Kamehameha V), Alexander Liholiho (Kamehameha IV), Bernice Pauahi, Emma Rooke, David Kalākaua, and Lydia Paki (Queen Liliʻuokalani). From a young age, Lunalilo was known for his fondness for music and his talent for writing poetry.

In 1861, Lunalilo’s gift for composition gained national recognition. A contest was held to write Hawaiian lyrics to the tune of “God Save the King,” and his beautiful lyrics won the ten-dollar prize. These lyrics became the national anthem during the reign of Kamehameha IV and later during Lunalilo’s own time as King.

Lunalilo became Hawaiʻi’s first elected monarch in 1873 and was inaugurated that January. His first birthday as King was celebrated with great festivity. The day began with a parade and salutes fired from Punchbowl at sunrise, noon, and sunset. The Royal Hawaiian Band provided lively entertainment, and nearly all government offices and businesses were closed to observe the occasion. Throughout the day, residents came to pay their respects to the King, bringing hoʻokupu (gifts). The evening concluded with a grand ball at the Hawaiian Hotel, where guests danced late into the night.

A year later, Lunalilo’s birthday on January 31, 1874, was observed as a national holiday, but the celebrations were subdued as the King’s health had declined significantly. Just three days later, on February 3, 1874, Lunalilo passed away at the age of 39."

His father was Charles Kanaina who became his heir when King William Lunalilo died in 1874.

Wikipedia "Succeeding Lunalilo, he was elected to the vacant throne of Hawaiʻi against Queen Emma. Kalākaua was known as the Merrie Monarch for his convivial personality – he enjoyed entertaining guests with his singing and ukulele playing. At his coronation and his birthday jubilee, the hula, which had hitherto been banned in public in the kingdom, became a celebration of Hawaiian culture.

During Kalākaua's reign, the Reciprocity Treaty of 1875 brought great prosperity to the kingdom. Its renewal continued the prosperity but allowed United States to have exclusive use of Pearl Harbor. In 1881, Kalākaua took a trip around the world to encourage the immigration of contract sugar plantation workers. He wanted Hawaiians to broaden their education beyond their nation. He instituted a government-financed program to sponsor qualified students to be sent abroad to further their education. Two of his projects, the statue of Kamehameha I and the rebuilding of ʻIolani Palace, were expensive endeavors but are popular tourist attractions today."

Iolani Palace lights tested:.

At 7 p.m. on November 15, 1886, the lights on the Palace grounds were tested in preparation for the dazzling display set to illuminate King Kalākaua’s birthday celebration. In the Palace yard, equipment was installed to power 10 lights, each with an impressive 2,000 candlepower.

Following the Jubilee, an article in a local newspaper commented, “The taste of electric light the community got during the jubilee may create a demand for its continued and more general use. The brilliantly lit streets gave the public an opportunity to judge its merit. People going to and from evening events realized this light was an immense improvement.”

By June 1887, the interior of ʻIolani Palace was fitted with electric lights, and by March 1888, the streets of Honolulu boasted electric streetlights.

Very much concerned with the health and well-being of the Hawaiian people, Kapiʻolani (King Kalakaua's wife) spearheaded various projects for the sick and destitute throughout her life. She was a benevolent woman who kept her people in mind. Her selfless actions helped to start Kapiʻolani Maternity Home, which opened its doors in June 1890. Do you know what this entity is known as today?

It is now the Kapiʻolani Medical Center for Women and Children.

1893 - The planned invasion resulted in Queen Liliuokalani making the following declaration:

I, Liliuokalani, by the grace of God and under the constitution of the Hawaiian Kingdom, Queen, do hereby solemnly protest against any and all acts done against myself and the constitutional Government of the Hawaiian Kingdom by certain persons claiming to have established a Provisional Government of and for this Kingdom. That I yield to the superior force of the United States of America, whose minister plenipotentiary, His Excellency John L. Stevens, has caused United States troops to be landed at Honolulu and declared that he would support the said Provisional Government.

Now, to avoid any collision of armed forces, and perhaps the loss of life, I do, under this protest and impelled by said forces, yield my authority until such time as the Government of the United States shall, upon the facts being presented to it, undo (?) the action of its representative and reinstate me in the authority which I claim as the constitutional sovereign of the Hawaiian Islands.

Done at Honolulu, this 17th day of January, A. D. 1893.

"Upon her death in 1899, Queen Kapiʻolani’s nephews became her heirs. But they were documented treasonous. They were not of her body. The next in line was her sister Princess Poomaikelani who was also loyall to the Queen.

Princess Poomaikelani had children who were also loyal to the Queen.

The treasonous persons were: David Kawānanakoa and Jonah Kūhiō Kalaniana‘ole, who were also known as the Piʻikoi Brothers. They were they sons of her sister Kekaulike."

Note: Queen Kapiolani was the hanai/adopted daughter of Kaluakini who was the son-in-law of Princess Poomaikelani. Princess Poomaikelani's children were heirs and in line to the throne.

Also, Princess Poomaikelani was the hanai/adopted daughter of Kalola who was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Her husband Ioela was the grandson of Kalola (w).

The two (2) nephews failed to listen to the instructions of their aunt Queen Kapiolani and filed a deed for lands right away instead of waiting to file it after her death.

Queen Kapiolani took them to court and the Judge did not follow her wishes. Her intent was not followed.

Note: an illegal government called the Territory of the United States/ turned Territory of Hawaii had no jurisdiction because there was no Annexation supported the two (2) treasonous nephews.

On this day in 1917, Queen Liliʻuokalani, the Hawaiian Kingdom’s last reigning monarch, passed away at 8:30 a.m. As news spread, church bells tolled 79 times, once for each year of her life.

Lydia Liliʻu Kamakaʻeha was born in 1838 and hānai (raised) by Abner and Konia Pākī, alongside their daughter, Bernice Pauahi. She received her education at the Chiefs' Children's School and married John Owen Dominis in 1862.

In 1877, her brother, King Kalākaua, named her as his heir, and in 1881, she served as regent while he journeyed around the world. This experience prepared her for her eventual reign as Queen. Tragically, her reign was cut short when she was deposed following the overthrow of the monarchy in 1893.

After the overthrow, Queen Liliʻuokalani remained a vital figure in the community, lending her support to various causes, helping to raise funds for charitable projects, and advocating for the Hawaiian people. Her most enduring legacy is the trust she established in 1909. Through this trust, Hawaiʻi’s last Queen continues to care for her community more than a century after her passing.

Just before midnight on November 11, 1917, Queen Liliʻuokalani’s remains were taken from her home, Washington Place, to Kawaiahaʻo Church, where residents and visitors gathered to pay their respects.

From the moment the coffin was placed in the church until it was moved to ʻIolani Palace seven days later, kāhili were waved continuously over the Queen’s coffin, 24 hours a day. The ceaseless motion of the kāhili is a profound expression of love and respect for the departed aliʻi.

Four attendants on either side of the coffin and one at its head kept vigil in two-hour watches, with twelve individuals per shift. Three extra attendants were always present, ready to step in at the first sign of fatigue from a kāhili waver.

The kāhili were waved three times forward, then uplifted, three times to the right, again uplifted, and three times forward once more. No sound was made, and no voices were heard. The only indication of a shift change came when an attendant, dressed in black, stepped back from the coffin and exited the sanctuary, always keeping their face toward the Queen."

Note: Queen Liliuokalani is on record as not signing a Trust in 1909. That fact is also documented on her Will.

Prince Kuhio is on record as attempting to make Hawaii a State of the United States even though he and his wife were labeled as "Niggers".

ʻIolani Palace is a living restoration of a proud Hawaiian national identity and is recognized as the spiritual and physical multicultural epicenter of Hawaiʻi. Built in 1882 by King Kalākaua, ʻIolani Palace was the home of Hawaiʻi’s last reigning monarchs and served as the official royal residence and the residence of the Kingdom’s political and social life until the overthrow of the monarchy in 1893.

Registered as a National Historic Landmark since 1962 and the only official royal residence in the United States, the Palace is one of the most recognizable buildings in Hawaiʻi. Meticulously restored to its former grandeur, ʻIolani Palace tells of a time when their Majesties, King Kalākaua and his sister and successor, Queen Liliʻuokalani walked the grand halls.

The Iolani Palace is the Private Properties of our Royal Family and others who are heirs and successors of Charles Kanaina who was the father of King William Lunalilo because the Allodial Title was gifted by Kamehameha III to William Lunalilo.

Non Allodial owners are collecting monies off of lands, etc. and fail to pay rents, costs to the real land owners/ the Allodial owners and promoting lies about a overthrow when a planned military invasion happened.

Research reveals that the United States of America's Navy and Secretary of State assisted in the invasion of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation in 1893. Rewards were paid to Sanford B. Dole and others in the amounts of thousands of dollars per month, travel, and beach houses or mansions for their part in helping to usurp Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

SUMMARY

The Provisional government, the Republic of Hawaii, the Territory of Hawaii, the State of Hawaii, including the Friends of the Iolani Palace are all in the same category and are Not the Allodial landowners.

Lunalilo, Charles Kanaina et. als. has owners and rents and leases are due to King Lunalilo's Families who includes all of Kamehameha's, his children, stepchildren and his hanai/adopted children, Kalaniopuu's children/stepchildren, Kaumualii's children/stepchildren.

The children/stepchildren and hanai children of Kamehameha also became the children of Kalaimoku/ Kalanimoku who married Keopuolani, one of the wives of Kamehameha.

King Lunalilo/W.C. Lunalilo/William Charles Lunalilo's mother Auhea/Kekauluohi was married to both Kamehameha and Kamehameha II - Kauikeaouli which made her son William Lunalilo a sibling of all of Kamehameha's children/stepchildren and hanai/adopted children his siblings.

The Probate of Charles Kanaina left out the Kamehameha's because Charles Kanaina's wife Auhea/ Kekauluohi was left out of the Probate/disregarded/defrauded.

The interests of the Iolani Palace remains due to having interests through Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was awarded 2/9 interest; Ruth Keelikolani was awarded 1/9 interest; and Kanekolia (w) and others were also conveyed interests through the genealogies of Charles Kanaina who was the heir of King Lunalilo, his son.

Charles Kanaina was the heir of his son according to King Lunalilo's Probate.

Kamehameha's Children/Stepchildren, and Hanai Children's Interests

I, Amelia Gora, am one of Kamehameha's descendants/heirs through four (4) of his children; six (6) of his stepchildren; and two (2) of his hanai/adopted children.

Other members of the House of Nobles who were sued by the non-government entity, identity theft Territory of Hawaii turned State through Executive Order of U.S. President Eishenhower are also descendants/heirs of Kamehameha, Kalaniopuu, Kaumualii and his hanai/adopted children who were the descendants/heirs of John Young and Isaac Davis.

Genealogies of Interests through Bernice Pauahi Bishop, et. als. whose Trustees Cannot own Alodio/Ano Alodio Lands

Keawe was the son of John Kapena, Judge of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

Peke/Peke Davis was the daughter of Kamaikui/Grace Kamaikui and Isaac Davis. She was also the hanai/ adopted daughter of Kamehameha, John Young/Olohana, and Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.

David W. Pauahi/DW Pauahi/DW Kalua/DW Keawe/Davis Keawe/David Sylva, Waihoioahu was also married to Kaheana and had stepchildren. Their father was Keo.

Rents and Leases are Due for the Pehu, Keekapu, Kekuanaoa (other families involves our father's families and those descending from Paalua, the oldest son of Kekuanaoa, and his stepchildren John Kapena, Sam Kapena, and Umiokalani.
