The following is a List of Breachs/Violations of Treaties, etc.:
Exhibit 1 - Treaty of 1849 ratified in 1850.
Exhibit 2 - U.S. Constitution (1787) - Supremacy Clause - Article 6.
Exhibit 3 - Protectorate of 1854 - from the U.S., Great Britain, and France. Stipulations of Great Britain and France.
Exhibit 4 - Neutrality Law of 1854 passed by Kamehameha III.
Exhibit 5 - Request for U.S. Protectorate by Queen Liliuokalani in 1892.
Exhibit 6 - U.S. Minister Stevens gave the usurpers the U.S. Protectorate in 1893.
\Exhibit 7 - The Junta/U.S. Junta made an agreement with Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Exhibit 8 - U.S. passed their Neutrality Declaration in 1895.
Exhibit 9 - U.S. announced the U.S. Neutrality continuation in 1896.
Exhibit 10 - U.S. President Cleveland warned Americans about the breach of the Kingdom of Hawaii's Neutrality law of 1854. posted in 1896.
Exhibit 11 - U.S. President William McKinley passed the Proclamatin 473 - Standards of Conduct and Respect of Neutral Rights in the War with Spain.
Exhibit 12 - Queen Liliuokalani opposed Annexation to the U.S. with 40,000 kanaka maoli.
Exhibit 13 - Newlands Resolution - an illegal maneuver.
Exhibit 14 -=University of Hawaii at Manoa - William Richardson Law School Professor Williamson Chang research shows that Annexation is not possible, etc. (corrected 8/07/24)
Exhibit 15 - United Nations Dr. Alfred de Zayas exposed the U.S. Fraudulent claim to Annexation.
Exhibit 16. U.S. President William Clinton's Apology Law 103-150 disregarded the treaties and violations of treaties, the U.S. Constitution, etc.
Exhibit 17. - Evidence of the Kamehameha's heirs of his body existing. His heirs are parties to the Treaty of 1849 ratified in 1850, etc.
Exhibit 18. Sanford B. Dole was gifted with thousands of dollars and a mansion for his part in the planned usurpation and invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii - 1894.
Exhibit 19 - Charles Reed Bishop's life interest ended in 1915 upon his death. Charles Reed Bishop transferred his life interest to himself, and the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop in 1893. Note: They wee treasonous persons and they perpetuated a crime since 1893.
Exhibit 20 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin was her stepsister/cousin named Kalola (w). She had inherited 2/3 of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi, then upon the death of Charles Reed Bishop, Kalola (w) her heirs of her body inherited the entire estate. Note: the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees pirated the lands, monies of the
Estate and maintained frauds by disregarding the expiration of the Life Interest which ended in 1915. Kalola (w) heirs of her body are the Allodial title owners and not the Pirate Trustees supported by the U.S.
Exhibit 21 - U.S. President William McKinley's Special Message shows proof that the U.S. was interested in the Hawaiian Islands since 1820. Some of the U.S. agents arrived with the first group of Missionaries shortly after Kamehameha died.
