The following cases were adjudicated in the Courts of Original Jurisdiction from the Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina, the Legitimate Government.

This is Part 1, the Part 2 will show the removal of stolen properties that were gifted by non- owners/non- Allodial land owners namely by Sanford B. Dole, et. als..  In other words, lands wrongfully deeded by the usurpers will be returned to the House of Nobles members and the Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina, the Legitimate Government in Hawaii.

Also note that the violations, breaches of the U.S. Constitution (1787), Article 6 - supremacy clause; Treaty of 1849 ratified in 1850 affecting Article 1, Article XIV - punishment for fraud, piracy, etc.; the Protectorate by the U.S., Great Britain, and France of 1854, the Neutrality Law of 1854, the Agreement of the Junta/U.S. Junta and Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, the Warning to Americans by U.S. President Grover Cleveland is on record and has not been resolved.

There was No Annexation, it was all lies.  U.S. has wrongfully occupied the Kingdom of Hawaii, a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation due to the approval of U.S. President Benjamin Harrison, the U.S. Congress, the U.S. Military invasion in 1893.
