Ruth Keelikolani - she owned 353,000+ acres, a Palace, Kamehameha Dynasty Artifacts, etc.
"In Ruth’s lifetime, which was also Pauahi’s lifetime, there were many
deaths among the ali‘i nui, young as well as old. Ruth’s mother died
giving birth to her; her first hānai mother died when she was six, her
second hānai mother when she was thirteen, and her first husband when
she was twenty-two. Her children and hānai son also predeceased her.
Each ali‘i nui death reduced the number of inheritors and concentrated
larger and larger acreages in fewer and fewer hands. Ruth had inherited lands from her first husband and her father’s brother and more from
her half brothers and sisters. When Lot died without a will, Ruth petitioned for his lands, and they were awarded to her. Eventually, Ruth’s
lands—Kamehameha lands—amounted to 353,000 acres.
When it came time for Ruth to write her own will, her only close
relative still living was Pauahi. Aside from six temporary interests in
land and the gift of an express wagon and two horses, Ruth left everything to Pauahi: “I give and bequeath forever to my beloved younger Princess Ruth Ke‘elikōlani was governor of the island of Hawai‘i for nearly three
decades.

on the advice of her doctors, she went to San Francisco for a change of
scenery and for medical advice. The doctor diagnosed breast cancer, already advanced. She was operated on before Bishop could get there."
"By June, she was well enough to travel home, but at Haleakalā her
condition worsened. Late in the summer she went to her villa at Waikīkī
for the sea air. Friends called and visited, children came to play with her,

In the Probate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, her next-of-kin was Kalola, a cousin and stepsister.
Charles Reed Bishop was entitled to only a 1/2 interest in his wife's Estate/ Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
The other 1/2 interest belonged to Kalola, then she/her descendants/heirs became the full owners upon the death of Charles Reed Bishop.

Synopsis
Opium is a highly addictive narcotic drug that comes from the unripened seedpods of the poppy plant. In traditional cultivation methods, the unopened pods of the poppy plant are slit open, and the sap that seeps out dries on the surface of the pod. When it dries, it forms a latex-like substance that is yellowish-brown in color. Opium is most commonly as a black or brown block of tar-like powder, but it can also be found in both liquid and solid forms. The alkaloids that are present in opium include morphine (which is used to create heroin) and codeine among others. Morphine, the main ingredient found in opium, is the chemical compound most responsible for its’ narcotic effects. Morphine works on the brain by mimicking the effects of neurotransmitters called endorphins. Endorphins are produced by the central nervous system as well as the pituitary gland and are responsible for pain management and creating feelings of calm and well-being.
The History of Opium
The origins of opium date as far back at 3400 B.C. where the poppy plant was first cultivated in Southeast Asia. Referred to by the ancient Sumerians as “the plant of joy” and used for both ritual and medical purposes, the cultivation and use of opium spread to Egyptian and Roman cultures. As word spread about the power of opium, the poppy plant became grown and harvested on a more widespread basis in order to expand the market and decrease its cost. Over time, opium made its’ way through the Silk Road trading route and to China. In Chinese culture, opium was typically used for recreational purposes, but it didn’t become more widespread until the 17th century when the drug became more accessible and less expensive. The common method of use would involve mixing opium with tobacco and smoking the mixture. As its use became more widespread throughout China, opium addiction starting to become more noticeable. While these effects were being observed, the British was encouraging its use in order to bolster trade between the two countries. Confiscation of opium by the emperor during the mid-1800’s led to the Opium Wars between the two nations and by this time the opium trade was nationwide and was massed produced for domestic use. Opium use was introduced to the United States with the influx of Chinese immigrants who came to work on the railroad and for the great California Gold Rush. These immigrants brought the practice of smoking opium with them, and when many settled in the Chinatown district of San Francisco, opium dens were established and spread eastward towards New York City.
In the 20th century, opium was prohibited from many countries and its’ regulation would greatly reduce the level of opium use. However, this regulation would also lead to the production of the drug for illicit street purposes. While the majority of poppy production occurs in Central Asia in countries like Afghanistan, Turkey and Pakistan, opium is also grown in countries such as Colombia and Mexico.
How is Opium Administered?
Opium can be administered in a variety of ways. The drug can be smoked, injected intravenously or it can be taken orally in pill form. Opium can also be used in combination with other illicit drugs. For example, “Black” is the combination opium combined with methamphetamine and marijuana while “Buddha” is the combination of opium and high potency marijuana. Opium can also be incorporated into baked goods and other food items. No matter the method of administration, opium is a highly addictive and dangerous drug that potentially present life-threatening consequences.
The Short-Term Effects of Opium
The short-term effects of using opium are similar to those seen with alcohol, Xanax and barbiturates and can include dehydration and dry mouth and impaired cognitive functioning which can cause users to act impulsively. Other short-term effects can include nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, headaches and respiratory depression. If larger amounts of opium are taken, there is an increased risk of overdose in which the following symptoms can be observed:
- Respiratory failure
- Heart failure
- Stroke
- Seizures
- Coma
- Death
The Long-Term Effects of Opium
The most obvious long-term effect of opium use in the development is the development of tolerance in which the user will need to take more of the drug to produce the desired effect. The increase in tolerance ultimately leads to physical and psychological dependence and addiction. Long-term effects are dependent on how the user administer the drug. For example, those who smoke opium is extremely damaging to the lungs and also leads to heart damage and other cardiovascular-related ailments and diseases.
Smoking opium can also lead to significant and lifelong liver and kidney damage and can also cause renal failure. Additionally, if the drug is injected or if derivatives of the drug are injected there could be severe damage to the veins and the veins can collapse. If opium is injected with contaminated needles the risk of contracting infectious diseases such as hepatitis and HIV significantly increases. Additionally, contaminated needles can also lead to abscesses of the skin and can result in amputation.

Bernice Pauahi was under stress, duress, usurpation, coercion, intimidation by her man loving husband Charles Reed Bishop whose lovers included William Lee, former Judge of the Kingdom of Hawaii, et. als.
Queen Liliuokalani was ridiculed for promoting Opium in Hawaii, yet, Bernice Pauahi Bishop had died in 1884 and Queen Liliuokalani became Sovereign in 1891, seven (7) years after Bernice Pauahi Bishop died.
Under duress, etc., Bernice Pauahi's Will became null and void, the Aliens/ foreigners could never own Alodio lands, Bernice Pauahi Bishop's siblings, stepsiblings, hanai/adopted sibling, and her stepchildren including her hanai/ adopted son existed.
Conspiracies which defrauded the Kamehameha's descendants/heirs are now documented through genealogies, history of premeditation, criminal wrongdoing, piracy, pillaging, etc.
Legal Notices were sent to the KSBE/Kamehameha Schools/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees and they have failed to respond which means they are Trespassers, and squatters on our Royal Families lands who are part of the Families of Bernice Pauahi Bishop an opium user which shows that she was not in a normal state of mind to read, understand, or sign any matter.
Similar to a Pavlovian experiment, opium held out in front of her in exchange for her signature would easily be gotten.

Charles Reed Bishop Deeded his life interest to himself, and the Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop in Liber 142 page 142, which was found while researching at the Bureau of Conveyances, Kalanimoku Building, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Brief Timeline of Charles Reed Bishop
1846 - Charles Reed Bishop arrived in Hawaii with his lover William Lee.
1850 - Charles Reed Bishop married Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Both leased Allodial /Forever lands to Family and Friends.
1884 - Charles Reed Bishop's wife died of breast cancer. Bishop inherited 1/2 of the Estate, a life estate.
The Estate included Ruth Keelikolani's Estate which included 353,000+ acres of lands, a Palace, and artifacts of the Kamehameha's.
The other half of the Estate belonged to Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin named Kalola in Probate.

Next-of-kin to Ruth Keelikolan: Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Ruth Keelikolani left no husband.
Next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop: Kalola. Bernice Pauahi left a husband named Charles Reed Bishop.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in her hanai/adopted sister, a cousin Ruth Keelikolani/ Princess Ruth Keelikolani's Palace. She had been given pain killer opium, a dependency forming drug introduced by the Chinese and supported by Great Britain, and the United States.
Note: Charles Reed Bishop and friends criticized Queen Liliuokalani about opium use in the Hawaiian Islands.
Bishop held various positions in the Kingdom of Hawaii up until January 16, 1893: As shown in the article below, Bishop was the President of the Department of Education:

1896 - Charles Reed Bishop lost All of his interest due to conspiracy, treason in 1893, yet he actively proceeded to convey properties that he did not own.

Charles Reed Bishop's Life Interest in 1/2 the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop
June 7, 1915 - Charles Reed Bishop's life interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop who died in 1884 came to an end. The Deed foiund in Liber 142 page 142 at the Bureau of Conveyances shows that he deeded his life interest to himself, and the Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
The Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop interest also came to an end.
The full interest of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop belonged to Kalola - her descendants and heirs.
Kalola was the next-of-kin in the Probate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop and owned half the Estate while Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband Charles owned the other half for his lifetime only..
Charles Reed Bishop's Land Conveyances
All of the Land Conveyances that Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop terminated on his death in 1915.
This includes the Pearl Harbor lands, Manana lands, Heeia lands, and many others because his life interest ended.
Land Operations by the Trustees of the Estates of Bernice Pauahi Bishop
The Land Court Application #1228 shows that the Trustees claimed to be the heirs of Bernice Pauahi Bishop because the heirs in the Probate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop had all died.
The Trustees Operations since 1884 conspired to utilize lands which also belonged to Kalola, her descendants, heirs and successors.
The Trustees disregarded the life-interest and obtained properties under false pretenses.
SUMMARY
The Trustees conveyed lands, monies, interests and have continued to operate as PIRATES OF THE PACIFIC with their partners in crime including Charles Reed Bishop and Friends.
This is only a part of the Kingdom of Hawaii's history, a neutral, friendly nation since Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli passed his Neutrality law in 1854.
Charles Reed Bishop's story is a story of PIRATES OF THE PACIFIC helped by PIRATE Nations unfriendly to Neutral Nations and who finance nations in War, etc.
Deeds and transactions made by those who promote piracy, pillaaging, racketeering, etc. are Null and Void.
Obtaining properties under false pretenses are documented and is a crime.
In 1962, an entrepreneur, writer, activist who served time in jail for such deeds was Sammy Amalu. He sold lands on a smaller scale and claimed himself to be from Kalaimamahu, one of Kamehameha's brothers genealogy lines.
He spent time in jail and to date the Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, a reformed Trust created by the usurpers, treasonous persons supported by the United States, Great Britain and France, etc. have not yet experienced those pleasantries.
There was No Annexation, just an amazing amount of lies protecting Charles Reed Bishop and Friends.

Charles Reed Bishop lost all interest in Hawaiian lands, etc. since 1893 and died in 1915 when his life interest ended.
Perpetuation of crimes by the Trustees fall under Piracy, Racketeering, Collusion, etc. including "obtaining properties under false pretenses" which is part of the Genocide, War Crimes shown in the evidence above.
The guilty can run but cannot hide.
The Kamehameha's existed then and exists today maintaining a neutral, friendly, non- violent nation since 1854.
All deeds, contracts entered into by the Trustees or Representatives of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop are illegal contracts due to Charles Reed Bishop's life interest end in 1915.
The perpetuators of "obtaining properties under false pretenses" are documented since 1915.
We remain a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation and part of the family of nations who was asked for loans by the U.S. in the past.
The answer was "No" because only interest payments would be made and it would take more than a thousand years to repay the loans.

"Greg bailed me out of a bad situation when he gave me information on a law firm we were using that was attempting to throw us under the bus. Greg was definitely onto something with the Chinese and Donna Tanoue.
Tanoue sat on a board with Gary James Baldwin probably one of the late Senator Dan Inouye’s most influential confidants, in the middle of everything. In 2004 I started writing a book and at the time Baldwin was an afterthought, he had been picked up in 2002 and the newspapers downplayed it. Since he was so visible, didn’t do any jail time along with all of the contradictions I thought things were corrupt for another reason however in 2006, that all changed. That’s when I found out that what I thought was corrupt was in fact corrupt. As well as being so blatant and blue collar my book became a satire.
Baldwin became influential in local politics following Hurricane Iniki. This was around the time the Mayor would put out information at the hotels that would compel them to go into litigation their prolonged closures causing Kauai’s economic collapse negatively impacting the state. Three of the closed hotels impacting a fourth were foreign owned one from Japan another from the ROC the other from the PRC whose head also had a consultative position with his government. We were in litigation with the company from the PRC when Greg gave me information about the law firm. They were making the same representations that were made at the Sheraton Kauai owned by Obayashi out of Japan. The Sheraton Kauai was on land owned by two trusts overseen by Hawaii’s two largest banks trust departments.
Baldwin along with some of his associates would become influential in not just local and state politics but the Clinton White House. This was around the time the law changes allegedly responsible for the accounting scandal were coming about. As well as the law changes and repeals that would eventually bring about the banking collapse.
One perhaps both of the Chinese companies involved in Kauai’s economic collapse would do quite well in the dot com market as would many other Chinese companies. Both Chinese companies would do quite well in the housing/development market again getting out before it collapsed. Reports indicate that the Chinese have quite a large footprint of United States real estate.
In 2006 I found out about a con man named Michael James Burns Jr. who according to court documents came to Hawaii in 1996. By 1998 Burns would be convicted and sentenced to continuous prison for five years primarily for the crimes he committed at Hawaii’s two largest banks. In 1999 Burns would be given partial furlough and submit a proposal to assess a large landholding named Grove Farm’s where Hawaii’s two largest banks were primary and secondary mortgagees value to be assisted by his attorney Tom Foley and another gentleman named John Candon. In early 2000 Burns would be hired to assess Grove Farm’s value shortly after he and Foley would meet with one of the directors. In mid 2000 Burns and Foley would submit their own offer to purchase Grove Farm around the same time that the Governor who counted Baldwin amongst his most ardent supporters would pardon Foley for the good work that he was doing. While he was working for a con man representing he was an attorney.
Naturally after finding out about Burns whose crime spree and conviction were unreported in the paper along with Foley I became interested in Baldwin and contacted the doctor who filed criminal charges against him and in late 2008, he sent me his files.

In 2004, when I first started writing my book I also made a web page with a timeline of the islands economic collapse following Hurricane Iniki negatively impacting the rest of the state at www.kauaishotels.info.
When I made it I had no knowledge of Burns or Foley or for that matter much information about Baldwin. In 2006, after I started finding out about Burns along with Foley and at that time I realized the only history I knew was what I read in the papers, along with the litigations I was involved with. I realized that this history was completely inadequate.
With that I went back to the newspaper archives particularly that of the Kauai Times, the newspaper that first mentioned Mr. Baldwin in an article in 1991. This was after he was appointed by Peter Herndon, then head of the Kauai office of the Hawaii Visitors Bureau to work on a report with Kirsten Baumgart Turner of the Office of Economic Development to find ways to improve tourism on Kauai.KT Pre InikiIn the immediate aftermath of Iniki there was a strong push to reopen the hotels; they knew how important they were to the economy. The KT 93 post Iniki shows how they were all projected to reopen by mid 1993 along with economists projecting boom times for the island.KT 93 Post InikiThis appears to have been around the time that Baldwin started getting directly involved with the Kauai Economic Development Office, around the time that they realized that the study needed to be updated.1992 Kauai Economic DevelopmentThe following year however this all changed, and the information coming out was all over the place. Two separate articles gave two different reasons for the problems at the hotels. One had Baldwin and some of his associates attacking Kirsten Baumgart Turner who had left the County for a state position blaming the state. Another had the Mayor blaming absentee owners.KT 93And in 94 it showed another twist with the GM at the Sheraton Kauai blaming the Trust. This was around the time that one of the lawyers representing one of the Trusts finally wrote a letter to then Planning Director Dee Crowell asking what could be done to resolve the issue also copying the head of the office of Emergency Permitting. The Sheraton Kauai was on land owned by two trusts overseen by Hawaii’s two largest banks trust departments. The head of OEP sent a long detailed letter as to what could be done directly back to Dee Crowell which the attorney representing the Trust eventually got a copy of, as a result of which people were deposed, and this lawsuit was resolved.KT 94Sheraton DamageIn the documentation supporting the sale of Grove Farm to Steve Case there was a little blurb about Hawaii’s economy that said something to the affect that in the initial aftermath of Iniki the economy was rejuvenated but as time went on and the hotels remained closed the economy became stagnant.
Some people may remember that economy, it was downright brutal, as a result of which we had three exoduses off island. The first was immediately following Iniki with people who lost homes or jobs and didn’t have any ties to the island left the island. Some people found the damage overwhelming and couldn’t handle it, mental health professionals were on Kauai in force to help people cope. Reports indicate a large segment of our society was suffering from PTSD as a result of first the hurricane, following by having to cope with the damage. The second exodus that occurred was shortly after Maryanne Kusaka was elected Mayor.
She ran on the platform that she was going to get the hotels reopened and almost immediately upon being elected she visited the hotel operators. Shortly thereafter she came back admitting defeat, the fear was palpable, a lot of people had been hanging on by a thread and many of them threw in the towel leading to our second exodus.
The final exodus occurred as a result of all of the foreclosures. People could buy homes for change on the dollar, shutting down the building industry, as a result of which many builders left for greener pastures as well.Kauai Times 95Once I found out about Burns and then from a few people who he was connected to, and then the Lull debacle unfolded along with his connections I was hoping to see if anyone else might be able to connect some dots as well.
“Con men” are anything but funny, the damage they can wreak upon individuals and their families, along with communities, is staggering, but it is what it is.
The elderly of course appears to be one of their primary targets, but then there are the trust fund babies along with the nouvea riche, it also appears they can easily manipulate those in power. People with little sophistication appear to be easily pulled into their con with catastrophic consequences.
