The following are Fourteen (14) Major reasons the Kingdom of Hawaii exists:
1) Kamehameha's exists.
2) Fraud, corruption, piracy, racketeering discovered/uncovered about Alien occupiers.
3) Premeditation to take over a neutral, friendly, non violent nation recorded.
4) Permanent, Friendship, and Amity Treaties were signed among other nations.
5) Protectorate agreements engaged in with Kamehameha III in 1854 by U.S., Great Britain, and France.
6) Protectorate removed from the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893 and given to the usurpers by the U.S., Great Britain, and France.
7) Neutrality Law signed and served to many nations.
8) U.S. President Cleveland warned that if the Neutrality Law was breached, then it would be considered to be breach and documented as a Military Expedition, or Military Excursion.
9) Doctrine of Political Question documented.
10) It's not possible to Annex another sovereign nation.
11) Occupation and Fraudulent Annexation documented.
12) U.S. Supreme Court Memo documents there was no Annexation.
13) The U.S. President William McKinley created a Territory for the United States.
Note: The Kingdom of Hawaii has full sovereignty status or equivalent to the shared sovereignty of 50 states which is part of the United States to make a full sovereignty.
14) The U.S. President William McKinley created another nation for the U.S. calling it the American Empire which listed territories that had no sovereignty.
Note: Know that McKinley is on record saying that military were involved in coming to Hawaii with the Missionaries/Mercenaries in 1820, the first ship to Hawaii, and the purpose was for Annexation.

U.S. President William McKinley documented that the U.S. was interested in the Kingdom of Hawaii since 1820.
Kamehameha had died in 1819, and the missionaries/mercenaries arrived in 1820.
McKinley highlighted the following dates:
1820 - sent a Representative agent of the U.S. to Hawaii.
1843 - U.S. intervention caused recognition of Hawaii as an independent state.
1851 -
1875 - Reciprocity Treaty with the U.S.
1884 - Perpetual cession of Pearl Harbor to the U.S.
1888 - Proposal for neutrality with the U.S., Germany, and Great Britain declined.
1893 - Annexation expected for 70 years (1820 - 1893).

U.S. President William McKinley failed to point out other important dates:
1787 - U.S. Constitution article 6 shows that Treaties are the Supreme law of the land.
1810 - The Kingdom of Hawaii became recognized as a Monarchy Government with Kamehameha as King.
The Kingdom of Hawaii was recognized as the Hawaiian Archipelago with 132/ 133 Islands.
1822 - a Secret Treaty of Verona was signed by Austria, France, Prussia, Russian, Great Britain, United States, and the Vatican which maintained "obedience" on the people. The Treaty was made to assist in the breakdown of Monarchy Governments worldwide.
1840 - Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli signed a Constitution which made the Kingdom of Hawaii a Constitutional Monarchy Government.
1848 - The Mahele signed by Kamehameha III giving Allodial lands or "forever" lands to his people, and the Aliens temporary lease, less than Allodial, freehold lands only.
1849 - 1850 - Treaty of Permanent Friendship and Amity between Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors and U.S. President Zachary Taylor signed and ratified.
1852 - Kamehameha III signed another Constitution including the approval of the anti-slavery law which was copied by the U.S. which was passed in 1865 - after the American Civil War, and after U.S. President Abraham Lincoln was assassinated.
1854 - Kamehameha III passed the Neutrality law which was delivered to Nations holding treaties with the Kingdom of Hawaii.
1871 - A Secret Banker's Constitution was signed and passed which made Americans economic slaves - documented by Russia's Vladimir Putin, World Bank Whistleblower Karen Hudes and Alana Fleischman of the J.P. Morgan bankers Whistleblower.

U.S. Secretary of State John Foster helped to direct the U.S. Military Invasion on Hawaii and Usurp Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.
U.S. President William McKinley documented that the U.S. sent a Representative to Hawaii in 1820.
U.S. President William also had the Army, Navy, and other personnel "develop" a Territory of the United States called the Territory of Hawaii which fell under the second nation created and called the American Empire which dealt with nations that had No Sovereignty.
The Kingdom of Hawaii continues on and has a Full Sovereignty status vs. the created entity that had No Sovereignty, then a shared sovereignty with 49 other States since 1959.
It was U.S. President William McKinley who created the second Nation for the United States which deals with only States that has Treaties.

SUMMARY
U.S. President William McKinley failed to follow rule of law, U.S. Constitutional law, article 6 - Treaties are the Supreme law of the land, failed to respect the 1850 Friendship and Amity Treaty, breached the Neutrality Law passed by Kamehameha III in 1854, failed to follow International Laws, etc.
He also supported genocide against a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, and promoted a military enterprise and moved to war against a non-warring, and peaceful nation.
