"WASHINGTON (AP) - Now it can be told--what happened during the longest of three secret Senate cessions, during the Spanish-American War, a debate over whether to take over Hawaii."

"The debate of nearly three hours on that day - May 31, 1898 - and in two secret sessions the previous month had remained locked up until last week.  Then at the request of a historian who noted gaps in the Congressional Record, the Senate passed a resolution authorizing the National Archives to take the wraps off the debate transcript."

"The government's only explanation for the long suppression of the debate records is that they had been long forgotten."

"THE SECRECY WAS clamped on during a debate over whether to seize the Hawaiian Islands - called the Sandwich Islands then - or merely developing leased areas of Pearl Harbor to reinforce the U.S. fleet iat Manila Bay."

"PEARL HARBOR, ALREADY UNDER LEASE, Stewart argued, wouldn't be much use until costly dredging operations opened the entrance channel. "Either we must have the Sandwich Islands," he declared, "or the administration must recall Dewey."

"THE UNITED STATES ANNEXED the Hawaiian Islands five weeks after that debate.  But before the Senate reopened its doors that day, Morgan steered the discussion back to Cuba, the original cause of the war with Spain."

"The first secret session, April 25, 1898, involved technical and emotional debate over wording the declaration of war and why it or some accompanying resolution did not formally recognize the independence of Cuba or at least declare the Cubans to have the rights of belligerents in the conflict."

"THE SENATE ENDED UP BY ACCEPTING the House passed version reading that "war and the same is hereby declared to exist and that war has existed since the 21st of April" - four days earlier."

"Dropped from the final declaration was a Senate proposed tagline requiring the administration to "prosecute said war to a successful conclusion."

"Sen. Stephen White of California joined the unanimous vote for war "even with that mild prevarication" about when the war started."

SUMMARY

U.S. President Grover Cleveland returned Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani, and recognized the breach of the neutrality law made by Kamehameha III in 1854.

The U.S. under President Benjamin Harrison breached the permanent friendship and amity treaty and supported a protectorate for the conspirators, usurpers, treasonous persons who dethroned Queen Liliuokalani and removed the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii Protectorate made in 1854 and along with Great Britain and France supported the Pirates, pillagers, disregarding rule of law.

Appears that Russia, Belgium, and Austria were on the side of the Hawaiian Kingdom because the U.S. under U.S. President Grover Cleveland and Secretary of State Gresham recognized that the Hawaiian Kingdom was the legitimate government in Hawaii.

SUMMARY

 

U.S. President Grover Cleveland, Minister of Interior Walter Gresham, and his Assistant Clinton Furbish followed the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution of 1787, and International laws.

 

Research verifies that they supported the "legitimate Royal government".

 

Dishonest Presidents maneuvered and supported the treasonous gang of missionaries, pirates, pillagers, racketeers before and after the Cleveland administration.

 

The Cleveland Administration moved to make corrections and recognized the legitimate government in the Hawaiian Islands was the Royal government also known as the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina.

 

Therefore, legally, the Hawaiian Kingdom was returned and continued to exist under the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution of 1787, international laws, the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States - is a permanent treaty of amity and friendship and the Hawaiian Kingdom laws are maintained by Kamehameha's descendants and heirs even today.

 

Dishonest U.S. Presidents are recorded, those who planned an annexation, the missionaries/mercenaries, and U.S. President William McKinley and other Presidents thereafter.

 

There's no statutes of limitations on Fraud.

 

The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina - a Royal government which is a Constitutional Monarchy remains a Civilized nations operating with rule of law, a peaceful, neutral, non-violent nation maintained since the time of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.

 

U.S. President Cleveland and his Administration maintained a Civilized nation, rule of law, U.S. Constitution of 1787, international laws and recognized that the Hawaiian Kingdom had standing.

 

Then U.S. President McKinley took office and created two nations:  (1)  American Empire - including territories gotten from Civilized nations recognized and (2) the United States - which operated with Treaties.

 

What dishonest U.S. President McKinley did was form an illegal entity and assume a 1,650 years old lands of an evolved people which became a recognized Monarchy since 1810, became a recognized Constitutional Monarchy in 1843 which was part of the Family of Nations with Russia, Belgium, Great Britain, France, the United States, Spain and others.

 

He "clothed" a recognized nation with Treaties and called it a Territory of the United States, placed it under the American Empire and grabbed islands belonging to the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina due to the assistance of conspirators, treasonous persons such as Gerritt Parmele Judd, Charles Reed Bishop, Sanford B. Dole, William O. Smith, Samuel Damon, et. als.

 

The Hawaiian Kingdom is an archipelago recognized and dishonesty by the United States, illegalities were proven by U.S. President Grover Cleveland and his Administration.

 

Research proving further evidence of collusion, conspiracies are covered under the case precedence in the 1851 case The King vs. William Anderson and John Russell:

 

"Every fraudulent combination; mutual understanding, or concerting together of two or more, to do what i obviously and directly wrongfully and injurious to another, is a conspiracy.  It is not necessary to prove a direct concert, the jury may infer it from the facts".....Anderson and Russell "understood each other and concerted together to defraud Watson and others, they were guilty." 

 

Under the Hawaiian Kingdom and viewing the United States involvement, it can be shown using the words from the case precedence:

U.S. President Grover Cleveland's Administration followed the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution of 1787, International law, and the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States.  

 

U.S. President Grover Cleveland's and his Administration' recognition is preserved and respected by the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina still.
