Charles Kanaina, father of King William Lunalilo, had many heirs as recorded in his Probate.
Two (2) of the Royal Family's heirs included the following:
(1) Donna Kuehu - a Royal Family member, is also an heir of Princess Poomaikelani the hanai/adopted daughter of Kalola (w) the documented next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Note: Kalola (w) had a full sister name Kaluaikau (w) whose heir of her body is Donna Kuehu.
Also, Bernice Pauahi Bishop and Ruth Keelikolani had a stepbrother named John Kapena. Donna Kuehu is an heir of the body of John Kapena.
Princess Poomaikelani was married to Kalola's grandson Ioela, Princess Poomaikelani married Kai/Kekai. She had stepson Abraham Kekai who had descendants including Donna Kuehu.
Donna Kuehu was ticketed for parking on our Royal Family's properties.
Donna Kuehu is exempt from paying for parking because she is one of the legal landowners with interest in the 3/9 interest of Charles Kanaina's lands which includes the Iolani Palace etc.
The State of Hawaii was billed for rents of our Royal Family's properties.
(2) Ka-oi Hulama is another Royal Family member who was ticketed for parking on our Royal Family's properties.
Ka-oi Hulama is the heir of the body of A.W. Haalilio who is listed as one of Charles Kanaina's heirs in Probate. She is exempt from paying for parking because she is one of the legal landowners with interest in the 3/9 interest of Charles Kanaina's lands which includes the Iolani Palace etc.
The State of Hawaii was billed for rents of our Royal Family's properties.

There were nine (9) interests in the Probate of Charles Kanaina. They were:
(1) Bernice Pauahi Bishop (1/9 - total 2/9 int)

(4) Hana Lilikalani (w), Edward Lilikalani (k), and Naihe (k)
(5) A.W. Haalilio (k), Levi Haalelea (k) and Kahukaiola (k)

(8) Kaiapoepoe (k) et. als.
(9) Kahonu (k) et. als.
Both Donna Kuehu and Ka-oi Hulama are Royal Family members who are part of the landowners through interests of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, Ruth Keelikolani, and A.W. Haalilio.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop, Ruth Keelikolani (heirs of Charles Kanaina with 2/9 interest and 1/9 interest or combined 3/9 interest), Kalola (w), Kaluaikau (w) were the stepsisters of Victoria Kamamalu because they were the children of Mataio Kekuanaoa who was also the father of JWD Paalua; Moses Kekuaiwa; David Kamehameha; Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V; Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV; and stepsiblings: John Kapena, Sam Kapena, and Umiokalani.
Victoria Kamamalu and Kapehe (w) were the hanai/adopted childrenh of Sarai Hiwauli married to John Ii. Sarai Hiwauli's sons were A.W. Haalilio, Levi Haalelea, and Kahuakaiola (heirs with 1/9 share of Charles Kanaina).

SUMMARY
Both Donna Kuehu and Ka-Oi Hulama are exempt from paying for parking on lands that they own as shown in the Genealogies and own the Allodial titles/the Generational Trusts through heirship since the time of Kamehameha III's Mahele of 1848 which was gifted to the designated Royal Family members which is passed on to heirs and successors only.
Rents for our Royal Family's lands have been billed to the State of Hawaii. Additionally, income for parking, entry fees, etc. is also due to our Royal Family.
Reminder: Rent is due at the rate of $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893, Parking Fees are to be waived for our documented Royal Family members including Donna Kuehu, Ka-oi Hulama, and documented others.
Five (5) parking stalls shall be made available for our Royal Family members who will be provided with a special placard hereafter.
