The following articles are evidence of the U.S. Congress, U.S. President Benjamin Harrison were in collusion in assuming Kingdom of Hawaii lands for their own purposes:
1893 - January 9. U.S. Congress gave orders to the USS BOSTON to invade the Kingdom of Hawaii. Evidence: NEW YORK TIMES - U.S. Congress documented and recorded 'to not mention the troops'.
1893 - U.S. President Benjamin Harrison in office. His plans were to use the Indian Laws/ the Laws for the Oklahoma Indians in Hawaii to convey lands to squatters, etc. See article:
1893 - Vice President under Benjamin Harrison was a banker and knew how to do international monetary transfers. The U.S. was bankrupt and pillaged the Kingdom of Hawaii's treasury, etc.
1899 - U.S. Congress supported Squatters in Hawaii and passed laws and guidelines:

DISCUSSION:
U.S. President Benjamin Harrison and U.S. Congress breached the 1849 Treaty ratified in 1850 by Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors, and U.S. President Zachary Taylor.
The 1787 U.S. Constitution was breached. The Supremacy Clause was breached.
In 1854 - a Protectorate Treaty was made between the Kingdom of Hawaii, the United States, Great Britain, and France.
In 1854, a Neutrality law was passed by Kamehameha III.
In 1871, a Secret banker's Constitution was made and the U.S. did not inform their citizens.
The U.S. was bankrupt as well as Great Britain and France.
In 1892 - Queen Liliuokalani requested for a Protectorate from the U.S., not knowing that there was a Protectorate since 1854 by the U.S. , Great Britain, and France.
The U.S. made plans to usurp the Queen and take over the Kingdom of Hawaii.
EVIDENCE found:
1) Thomas Akaka and Dr. Mott-Smith planned the overthrow in 1892 documented in Washington, D.C. Reference: Book written for American Missionary descendant(s).
2) Benjamin Tracy, U.S. military officer, met with usurpers in Makua Valley to plan the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani in 1892. Evidence filed in Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 (281 pages) at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii on 12/17/96.
3) USS BOSTON given cable instructions to invade Hawaii, etc.
4) Archives in Maryland released information about the planned invasion of Hawaii in 1893. Article posted in 1969.
The Oklahoma Indian laws was passed to allow squatters to have a home, law expected to be applied in Hawaii.
1893 - The U.S. Junta/Junta made an agreement with Queen Liliuokalani that all shall be returned if it was found that the U.S. was found to have assisted the usurpers.
1893 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland restored Queen Liliuokalani to her throne.
1894 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland restored Queen Liliuokalani to her throne.
1896 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland warned Americans about the Neutrality Law passed by Kamehameha III and that all shall be returned if it was found that the Americans played a part in usurping Queen Liliuokalani.
1897 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland restored Queen Liliuokalani to her throne.
1897 - Queen Liliuokalani and her 20,000 = 40,000 supporters opposed Annexation.
1897 - U.S. President William McKinley ignored U.S. President Grover Clevelands moves to restore Queen Liliuokalani to her throne and had the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, and other personnel "develop" a government called the Territory of the United States, then Territory of Hawaii and lied that Annexation was made.
2000 - The U.S. lied about Annexation, it was a false claim documented. See:
Issues remain unresolved. U.S. has illegally occupied without jurisdiction, failed to follow rule of law in the Kingdom of Hawaii since 1893 through a long time, planned, premeditation of taking over a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.
The status of the U.S., Great Britain, and France remains "Pirates" as recorded by Kamehameha III due to his Neutrality Law of 1854, etc.
The U.S. President Benjamin Harrison was a Pirate.
The U.S. President Grover Cleveland returned Queen Liliuokalani to her throne in 1893, 1894, and 1897.
U.S. Presient William McKinley became a Pirate, along with all of the U.S. Presidents since.
As noted as a Warning to All Americans about the Breach of the Neutraliity Law, All shall be returned.
The 1849 Treaty ratified in 1850 between Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors and U.S. President Zachary Taylor remains a permanent friendship and amity treaty.
Kamehameha's heirs of his body continues on which means the Treaty continues on.
The Kamehameha's are Not Indians as documented in the article affecting the Oklahoma Indians.
The Kamehameha's are from a Constitutional Monarchy government which continues to follow rule of law and remains a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation with evidence of the many wrongs against us. The violations of peace, the genocide activities, the willful wrongs against people of color who are not Indians are violations of human rights, treaties, and the U.S. Constitution, Supremacy clause - Article 6 of the 1787 U.S. Constittion., etc.
Corrections are expected including the return of our lands - which are Private Properties, government buildings, our 551 schools, our intellectual records - archives materials, historical records, documents, writings, recordings, etc., our Kingdom of Hawaii's records, our gold, our monies taken from the U.S. Post Office bank, artifacts, our Private Properties wrongfully claimed by your Pirate Personnel occupying our Private Properties, the willful taking of incomes, taxes, revenues, etc. belonging to our Royal Family's, from friendly non violent people from a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation whose Royal Family's exists even today.
