This letter is written in behalf of the heirs of the body of Kalola (w) who was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was the next-of-kin to Ruth Keelikolani, the Allodial landowner/ Generational Trust landowners; the Konohiki interests for the heirs of the Allodial lands/Generational Trust Lands which is owned by Kamehameha's heirs of his body named Amelia Kuulei Gora, John Francis Gora, and Francis Keoua Gora, Representatives of our Royal Family members who are the heirs of the body of Kalola (w), and Kamehameha et. als.

When Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884, her husband inherited a life interest in 1/3 of her estate. Kalola (w) inherited 2/3 of her estate and inherited the entire estate in 1893 when Charles Reed Bishop committed treason when he helped to dethrone Queen Liliiuokalani and supported the Provisional government .

This instrument marks this 27th day of April 1893 by and

between Charles R. Bishop of Honolulu Island of Oahu Hawaiian

Islands in his own right ) of the first part and Charles R. Bishop Samuel

M. Damon Charles M. Hyde Charles M. Cooke and Joseph O. Carter

all of said Honolulu Trustees under the will of Bernice P. Bishop of the

second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part in consideration

of One Dollar to him paid by the ssaid parties of the second part the receipt

whereof is hereby acknowledged hath remised released and forever quit claim

unto the said parties of the second part their heirs successors and assigns

All of his right title interest estate and possession in and to all of those lands

at Waikiki Oahu aforesaid situate makai of the Government main and

leading to Kapiolani Park being the lands devised to the said party of

Note: The only thing added is the highlighted "for his life " which shows the conveyance of a life interest for Charles Reed Bishop.

Charles Reed Bishop had only a life interest and conveyed it back to himself and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trust.

Charles Reed Bishop could not convey more than what he inherited.

Kalola's heirs and successors owned the Full Estate when Charles Reed Bishop conspired against the Queen and the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893.

Had Charles Reed Bishop not conspired and become a treasonous person, his life interest would have ended on June 7, 1915 when he died.

Which means that Charles Reed Bishop could not convey out interest that no longer belonged to him.

Kalola, the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the documented heir and successor and her descendants, heirs and successors are the legal, Allodial landowners, landlords who are the legal landowners, landlords, rents, leases, Kamehameha monies, the gold and artifacts inherited by our Royal Family, the bloodlines of Kamehameha documented through research, etc.

Liber 142 pages 142 and 143 is a major evidence of piracy, racketeering, fraud, maliscious criminal activity by White Supremacist Charles Reed Bishop, the Trustees and Friends who conspired against Queen Liliuokalani, the Royal Family, and the Kingdom of Hawaii government.

The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are Not the landowners, the Allodial landowners, the landlords and they have perpetuated crimes since 1893.

Charles Reed Bishop and Trustees were no longer owners of the 1/3 interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, and Ruth Keelikolani's interests.

Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915 and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates perpetuated a crime of piracy, pillaging, theft, etc. even today claiming to operate "under the will of Bernice Pauahi Bishop" and supported by the United States which has no Annexation, and has Jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islands.

Know that the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates operate on Fraud and have been documented by the Kingdom of Hawaii's Judicial Tribunal and Supreme Court/Superior Court and subject to the piracy, criminal section XIV of the Treaty of 1849 ratified in 1850 by Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors, and U.S. President Zachary Taylor which is pending prosecution because of the permanent status of Amity and Friendship which has been violated by the United States since 1893.

Wailuku Sugar Co. v. W.C. Parkes - Administrator of Charles Kanaina Estate. This case the Hawaiian Kingdom Supreme court confirms Wailuku Sugar Co. only purchased Charles Kanaina's Life Estate in Lunalilo's RP Land. As such, since the was no evidence that Charles Kanaina did not disturb their use during his life time, the contract was fulfilled and the land reverted back to the Lunalilo Estate; Wailuku Sugar Company was ruled to have no claim to the title, or right to further claim of Lunalilo's land thru Kanaina's lease; the lease was completed with no further obligation due by the Lunalilo Trust. Kamehameha III's laws also shows that Aliens can never own Allodial lands/Generational Trust lands and Aliens could have only fee simple, less than Allodial lands, freehold for only 30 years.

These are the laws of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

In 1893, the United States Military invaded the Kingdom of Hawaii under the direction of the U.S. Congress during U.S. Benjamin Harrrison's watch.

The Provisional Government supported by the U.S. Military, turned into the Republic of Hawaii, then "developed into the Territory of the United States then Territory of Hawaii under U.S. President William McKinley who disregarded U.S. President Grover Cleveland's moves in returning Queen Liliuokalani to the throne in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

Queen Liliuokalani and her subjects opposed Annexation in 1897, but U.S. President McKinley disregarded the documented opposition and claimed to have Annexed Hawaii. The truth of the matter is that it was all lies. There was No Annexation, as documented below.

The meaning of No Annexation is that the U.S. has No Jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islands.
