The following is the law of the lands by Kamehameha III and supersedes all foreign claims made by the U.S., etc.:
This letter is written in behalf of the heirs of Piiapoo Allodial landowner/ Generational Trust landowners, and Konohiki interests for the heirs and successors which includes Amelia Gora/Amelia Kuulei Gora, et. als.
Amelia Gora/Amelia Kuulei Gora is a successor and heirs Representative of Piiapoo, Allodial Land Titles/Generational Trust landowner and Konohiki Allodial Landowner/Generational Trust Landowners.
The following is the ownership title of his lands in Maunawili, Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii:
(1) Amelia Gora/Amelia Kuulei Gora is successor and heirs Representative of Piiapoo , a Kanaka Maoli assigned to Royal Patent 1370 , Land Commission Award 5947, which has 3.58 acres of land assigned in the Mahele of 1848.
(2) Amelia Gora/Amelia Kuulei Gora is one of the successor and heirs Representative of Piiapoo a Konohiki assigned to Grant 722 the Maunawili - Puukaeo, Kailua, Oahu area, with 249.50 acres,
(3) Amelia Gora/Amelia Kuulei Gora is one of the heirs of the body of Kamehameha, heir of the bodies of six (6) stepchildren (four(4) from Kalaniopuu; and two (2) from Kaumualii); heir of Kamehameha III's successors through his son Opunui, his hanai/ adopted relationship from Hueu Davis, and Peke Davis - children of Isaac Davis and Kamaikui/ Grace Kamaikui who was a daughter of John Young. Both Isaac Davis and John Young were the counselors of Kamehameha. Hueu and Peke Davis were also heirs of Kamehameha III who left his lands also known as his Private Properties, "the Crown Lands", to 'himself, his heirs, and successors, forever.' Kamehameha III's interest in Maunawili, - Puukaeo, Kailua, Oahu,, Oahu is added here which adds the Crown Lands portion to Piiapoo's lands shown above.
DISCUSSION
As documented in the Case Precedence listed below, no one can take his lands away.

Amelia Gora has copies of the prima facie evidence of ownership:
(1) The Royal Patent or Grant
(2) The Land Commission, and
(3) The Survey.

Kamehameha III's laws also shows that Aliens can never own Allodial lands/Generational Trust lands and Aliens could have only fee simple, less than Allodial lands, freehold for only 30 years.
These are the laws of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
In 1893, the United States Military invaded the Kingdom of Hawaii under the direction of the U.S. Congress during U.S. Benjamin Harrison's watch.
The Provisional Government supported by the U.S. Military, turned into the Republic of Hawaii, then "developed into the Territory of the United States then Territory of Hawaii under U.S. President William McKinley who disregarded U.S. President Grover Cleveland's moves in returning Queen Liliuokalani to the throne in 1893, 1894, and 1897.
Queen Liliuokalani and her subjects opposed Annexation in 1897, but U.S. President McKinley disregarded the documented opposition and claimed to have Annexed Hawaii. The truth of the matter is that it was all lies. There was No Annexation, as documented below.
The meaning of No Annexation is that the U.S. has No Jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islands.

Note: Allodial Lands /Generational Trust Lands are ONLY for Kanaka Maoli. Aliens can never be Allodial Lands/Generational Trust Landowners, but can only be assigned to Fee Simple, Lease, Freehold, less than Allodial lands amounting to only 30 years usage by the Allodial Landowner/Generational Trust Landowner.
