Find your lands given to your ancestors during the time of the Mahele of 1848/ also known as the "Great Mahele" through the Indices of Awards posted by the University of Hawaii at Manoa ----- the entire book of 1929 is posted at this link:
"UNDER the system of land tenure in early Hawaii, which was feudalistic, the title to the whole of the land was in The King. There was no such thing as Fee Simple title. King Kamehameha I, who conquered the whole, partitioned the lands among his warrior chiefs, retaining a certain revenue from them. These chiefs did the same to those under them by parcelling out the arable portions among the common people living on their lands, the tenants in turn rendering various services besides cultivating certain parcels of land which they maintained as gardens for their landlords. With the advent of foreigners and foreign business methods, however, it became apparent that a change in the system of land tenure would have to be made, so, in the early 1840 's, land tenure in Hawaii entered a transitional period terminating in the "Great Mahele" of 1848, which furnished the facility for acquirement of real estate in Fee Simple. This was made possible by The King (Kauikeaouli, King Kamehameha Ill), who, to his everlasting honor, voluntarily waived and gave up for the common good, all his right to the whole of the lands in Hawaii that it might be, and which was ultimately, divided into three parts-one to the Chiefs, one for the support of the Government, and a third for the King's personal use. These we know by the names of "Konohiki," "Government" and "Crown Lands." Honor is also due the chiefs, who were parties with 'fhe King to the Great Mahele in bringing about its accomplishment, for it required self-denial and sacrifice on their part, to give up what they regarded was theirs, by surrendering to the government certain of their recently acquired lands in lieu of a government commutation, so as to obtain an allodial title in Fee Simple to the remainder of the lands which they retained; and for the further sacrifice which they made, for it was mostly from their one-third of the Great Mahele that the common people, who were their tenants, received title to the small holdings which are known as "Kuleanas." These Kuleanas were areas which these tenants had improved and used for their own purposes."

U.S. President McKinley and his Cabinet should have been censured.
He illegally ignored a Legitimate Government with full sovereignty, disregarded U.S. President Grover Cleveland's moves in returning Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani and accepted the conspirators by granting them appointed positions under the United States, a Territorial body which had no sovereignty.
In other words he created a government of his own creation under his own authority, which was contrary to the U.S. Constitution and beyond the 3-12 miles limit and moved without annexation.

In reviewing what "Censure" means in U.S. government, the following was found:
"Censure refers to the official reprimand of a legislative of other formal body of one of its own members. The term “censure,” unlike the term “expel,” does not appear in the Constitution, although the authority is derived from the same clause – Article I, Section 5, clause 2, concerning the authority of each House of Congress to “punish its Members for disorderly Behaviour.” Censure, reprimand, or admonition are traditional ways in which parliamentary bodies have disciplined their members and maintained order and dignity in their proceedings. In the House of Representatives, a “censure” is a formal vote by the majority of members present and voting on a resolution disapproving a member’s conduct, with generally the additional requirement that the member stand at the “well” of the House chamber to receive a verbal rebuke and reading of the censure resolution by the Speaker of the House."

Note: There are three (3) major points:
(1) forcible dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani;
(2) overthrow of the Monarchy of Hawaii; and
(3) removal of the Hawaiian flag from among the national flags of the world
Discussion and Timeline:
1849- Treaty of the Kingdom of Hawaii and the United States President Taylor was signed and ratified in 1850 by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli.
Note: The Treaty was between Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors and the United States.
It was a permanent treaty of amity and friendship.
The Treaty was based on the U.S. Constitution of 1787. Article 6 also notes that treaties are "the supreme law of the land", and Judges were also to respect that.
Note: Zachary Taylor was "censured" in office.
1854 - The U.S., Great Britain, and France signed a Protectorate over Hawaii.
\Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli made a Neutrality Proclamation and signed into law, served the notices to U.S., Great Britain, France, Russia and many others.
1871 - A Secret "Banker's Constitution" was made which usurped the American people. The U.S. was bankrupt and signed a new Constitution.
1874 - Conspirator Sanford B. Dole et.als. began to claim the "last of the Kamehameha's".
1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop was claimed to be "the last of the Kamehameha's". She was the next-of-kin to Ruth Keelikolani who had more than 353,000 acres of land, Kamehameha's Family's artifacts, etc.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband was a J.P. Morgan banker employee who conspired with Sanford B. Dole et. als. He was part of his wife's lifetime only heir. He inherited 1/2 interest in his wife's estate.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin was Kalola, a true cousin and stepsister. Her hanai/adopted sister was Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/
Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani. 1893 - Conspirators Sanford B. Dole, et. als. did a "forcible dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani" with the help of Warship U.S.S. Boston, their gatling guns, military, etc.
The U.S., Great Britain, and France dropped their protectorate over the Kingdom of Hawaii and made a protectorate over the conspirators, pirates, pillagers, etc. known as the Provisional government which included Sanford B. Dole, Charles Reed Bishop & Company.
U.S. President Benjamin Harrison supported conspirators. The U.S., Great Britain, and France supported them as well.
Note: U.S. President Benjamin Harrison was censured by U.S. President Grover Cleveland.
1893, 1894, and 1897 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani.
1897 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland had the American flag lowered and removed.
U.S. President William McKinley had the American flag raised immediately after.
Queen Liliuokalani and her 40,000 supporters opposed Annexation.
1898 - The U.S. under McKinley set up two (2) governments: (1) U.S. - dealt with nations that had treaties, and had sovereignty.
(2) the American Empire - dealt with territories that had no treaties and no sovereignty.
U.S. President William McKinley had the Army, Navy, and other personnel "develop" a Territory of the United States. The purpose was to develop a territory for Hawaii.
U.S. President William McKinley made the officers of the Republic of Hawaii active positions of the Territory of the United States later known as the Territory of Hawaii.
U.S. President William McKinley made U.S. President Grover Cleveland's work "censured".
Note: Phillippines President Aguinaldo is on record as having "censured" U.S. President William McKinley.
1915 - Charles Reed Bishop died.
Kalola's descendants and heirs became owners of the full estate.
The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates claimed they were the owners. They are not. They participated in overthrowing Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, etc.
1917 - Queen Liliuokalani died. She recorded on her Will that she did not sign the Trust Deed of 1909.
Note: She signed a Trust Deed in 1872. An Agr./Agreement was made with her hanai/adopted daughter named Kahakuhaakoi/Kahakukuakoi/
Kaaumoana/Kekua/Kekualoa. The Fraud Trust of 1909 changed the Agr./Agreement to a Deed. The lands affected were interests in Bernice Pauahi Bishop, Queen Kalama, King Lunalilo, and Charles Kanaina.
SUMMARY
The Frauds uncovered are many.
The animosities, jealousy, hatred of people of color is documented.
The Premeditation to usurp a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation is documented by ongoing research which began with our oral history, and genealogy information from my grandmother, one of the descendants of Kalola who was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Corruption in law, legalese has been found which is manipulated to defraud innocents.
The above article shows only a portion of the crimes engaged in by dishonest characters who are in the business of piracy, pillaging, active criminal greed pronounced since first entering Indian/American Indian lands and setting up penal colonies from prisoners formerly living in England, etc.
The decadence of evil people affected the changes of a beautiful environment to exploitation, contamination affecting our environment today.
What was a two thousand year old society with clean water, land, air has turned into an environment with rubbish, uncivilized scumbags, hate, animosity filled aliens who are unclean in spirit, harmony, honesty, and love.
