The Secretary of State and the U.S. Navy documented in paying their PSYOPS agent Sanford B. Dole in paying him thousands of dollars per month, travel junkets, and a seaside Mansion:
Sanford B. Dole was an American agent/a PSYOPS set in place to defraud the Royal Family's, Kanaka Maoli, and all people of color in the Hawaiian Islands.
The evidence is the Fact that the Secretary of State and the U.S. Navy paid Sanford B. Dole for his part in assuming lands tor the Pirate Nations the United States/United States of America, Great Britain, France etc.
Dole received thousands of dollars per month, travel junkets, and a seaside mansion.
Dole actively rewarded the "Sharpshooters" and other armed helpers by deeding lands that did not belong to him.
Dole was an Alien and could never own Allodial lands.
He breached/violated the Treaties, the Neutrality Law of 1854, and the U.S. Constitution because he became an American. Americans swear oaths to the U.S. Constitution.
Dole was documented as a conspirator and was documented on the list of 969 criminals of the Judicial Tribunal of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
Dole was also listed on the Supreme Court of the Kingdom of Hawaii which is the Court of original jurisdiction.
U.S. President William McKinley was also listed because of his illegal moves on creating a government for the United States by the name of the Territory of the United States then Territory of Hawaii.
The Territory was also land that was taken/assumed by the United States and placed under the American Empire. Such lands had no treaties.
Note: the United States of America was unable to treaty since 1871 because the United States was bankrupt and could only do Conventions which were less than Treaty. This special group of territories were categorized under the American Empire.
The Kingdom of Hawaii has permanent Friendship and Amity Treaties which was documented before the bankruptcy due to the American Civil War expenses.
Being bankrupt, out of gold, the United States of America moved to assume a wealthy nation that had ongoing income such as the 100 ships that docked and paid for supplies when passing through the Hawaiian Islands for refills of food, water.
The United States agent/PSYOPS was Sanford B. Dole. Other agents were Charles Reed Bishop, William O. Smith, Samuel Damon, et.als. who were also in place as Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was Not the last of the Kamehameha's.

The Department of Justice prosecutes cases of identity theft and fraud under a variety of federal statutes. In the fall of 1998, for example, Congress passed the Identity Theft and Assumption Deterrence Act. This legislation created a new offense of identity theft, which prohibits "knowingly transfer[ring] or us[ing], without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person with the intent to commit, or to aid or abet, any unlawful activity that constitutes a violation of Federal law, or that constitutes a felony under any applicable State or local law." 18 U.S.C. § 1028(a)(7). This offense, in most circumstances, carries a maximum term of 15 years' imprisonment, a fine, and criminal forfeiture of any personal property used or intended to be used to commit the offense.
Schemes to commit identity theft or fraud may also involve violations of other statutes such as identification fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1028), credit card fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1029), computer fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1030), mail fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1341), wire fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1343), or financial institution fraud (18 U.S.C. § 1344). Each of these federal offenses are felonies that carry substantial penalties –¬ in some cases, as high as 30 years' imprisonment, fines, and criminal forfeiture.
Federal prosecutors work with federal investigative agencies such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the United States Secret Service, and the United States Postal Inspection Service to prosecute identity theft and fraud cases.
