The following are Allodial lands of our Royal Family which are actively utilized by/ Pirates of the Pacific since 1884.
Background
Upon the death of Bernice Pauahi Bishop in 1884, her Next-of-Kin was Kalola (w) a stepsister and a true cousin who inherited 2/3 of her Estate.
Kalola (w) heirs and successors would inherit the entire Estate upon the death of Bernice Pauahi Bishop's husband named Charles Reed Bishop.
Charles Reed Bishop inherited only 1/3 of her Estate. Charles Reed Bishop was entitled to only a life interest.
Kalola (w) died in 1886. Her husband was named Luluhiwalani who died previously.
They had two children: Her son Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani and hanai/adopted daughter named Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/
Kahekili/Alapai Kahekili Luluhiwalani and his wife Kahananui had son Ioela.
Ioela married his aunt named Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Kapapoko/
They had Haili (w) and siblings. Haili (w) married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka/ Elizabeth Kaluakini in 1883 and siblings.
Kalola(w) great grandaughter Haili (w) became a Kokua/helper to her husband Kaluakini who was sent to Kalaupapa, Molokai due to Leprosy.
Haili (w) and her husband Kaluakini gave their children to be adopted by Kaopumomona and Kailihou (w) the mother of Kaluakini. Kaluakini was also the hanai/adopted son of Akahi (w) who was married to Kalanimoku, Kikau, and others.
All four (4) on the Deed of Adoption transferred their interests to the adopted children including Elikapeka/Elizabeth Kaluakini and siblings.
The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates called themselves the heirs of the Trust which belonged to Kalola (w) heirs and successors.
Note: Trustees cannot be heirs, or Allodial landowners. Aliens can never own Allodial Lands. The Trustees were not related to our Royal Family, nor were they related to Kalola (w) heirs and successors.
In 1893, Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates committed treason, conspiracy against the Queen and the Kingdom of Hawaii government.
Charles Reed Bishop created a Deed made out to himself and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates conveying his life interest.

The United States invaded the Kingdom of Hawaii and supported Charles Reed Bishop, Sanford B. Dole, and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates.
Charles Reed Bishop, Sanford B. Dole, and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates deeded lands to the United States, and many others who helped to defend the usurpers such as the "Sharpshooters" an armed group of men documented to assist the Military, et. als. in the Hawaiian Islands..
1893 - Sanford B. Dole was rewarded by the U.S. by giving him large sums of money per month, travel monies, and a mansion was built for his part in usurping Queen Liliuokalani.
Sanford B. Dole rewarded the "Sharpshooters" and others with Deeds for lands that he had no ownership to.
Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates deeded lands that did not belong to them.
1893, 1894, and 1897 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani.
1897 - Queen Liliuokalani and 40,000 subjects signed the KU'E Petition to oppose Annexation to the United States.
1897 - The Annexation did not pass because five (5) Senators did not vote.
Note: The Claim to Annexation was a Lie.
U.S. President William McKinley directed the Army, Navy, and other personnel to develop a Territory of the United States called the Territory of Hawaii.
1898 -= U. S. President William McKinley turned the United States into two(2) Nations:
(1) the American Empire - Territories were placed under this nation. Territories had no treaties.
(2) United States - Nations with treaties were categorized under this nation.

1915 - Charles Reed Bishop died. His life interest ended.
The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates disregarded the Life Interest and conveyed lands at their pleasure without our Royal Family's consent.

Charles Reed Bishop, Pirate of the Pacific, owned only a fraction for his life time only.
Problematic Issues
Charles Reed Bishop was a treasonous person and ran with the entire estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop disregarding the true Allodial landowners which included Kalola (w) heirs and all the Royal Family.
Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915 and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates made themselves heirs, conveyed lands to the Territory, State, the U.S. Government and other Pirate friends.
Evidence: Liber 142 page 142 - Charles Reed Bishop transferred his life interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop in 1893 to himself, and the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates.
Charles Reed Bishop's heirs included Barrack Obama's Family who are the heirs of Charles Reed Bishop's sister.
Ill gotten properties, revenues, etc. have been freely conveyed by non-owners of our Allodial lands.
These non-owners have breached and violated rule of law, are documented Pirates, pillagers who have continued frauds, corruption since 1886 when Kalola (w) died.
The Allodial Lands are owned by the Royal Family which includes Kalola (w) heirs and successors today.
Evidence of Prosecution for Violations and failure to follow Rule of Law is shown below:
