Which is call Royal protocol of international laws? Where annexation is only temporary. Hawaii kind of did that in the treatise With england france and the united states as protector countries Because Hawaii didn't have a military army. When smaller countries is threatened by larger countries they used to annex their countries to a stronger Country to hold in a period of time Until negotiations can be settled. Yes, Hawaii was illegally anneand and to hold it United States made it a State which is also illegal. So if you Ukraine annex its country to United States for a period of time to protect it and not just the mineral rights where negotiations can continue.Which would end the war? This is what they should do by the rights of international law.
