occurred in 1893 was unlawful, illegal, and contrary to rule of law, breach of the 1849 Treaty ratified in 1850, breach of the Protectorate by the U.S., Great Britain, and France, breach of the Neutrality Law of 1854 passed by Kamehameha III, and violations of the U.S. Constitution Supremacy Clause because treaties are the Supreme Law of the land.
Congress and the U.S. Presidents Benjamin Harrison moved on plans to take over the Hawaiian Islands since 1820 as recorded by U.S. President William McKinley.
The point is that the lands assigned were made by non-owners, namely the United States with the bankers and Sanford B. Dole and Company or White Supremacists/Annexationists who were operatives for the bankrupt United States who was also out of gold in 1893.

The Crown Lands are Private Properties of our Royal Family.

The following information shows that the Crown Lands are "inviolable" and NOT "inalienable" as misinterpreted or deliberately interpreted by psyops, American Civil War General named Alfred S. Hartwell who changed the direction of lands in Hawaii.
Alfred S. Hartwell was made a Judge by Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha as soon as he stepped off his ship, changed the directions by Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, was a conspirator, a treasonous person who helped with overthrowing Queen Liliuokalani, wrote up her abdication which the Queen denied signing, and aided in moving the Crown Lands renaming it "Ceded Lands".
Background:
Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli signed the Constitution of 1840, making Hawaii a Constitutional Monarchy.
He set up the Mahele of 1848, sharing his lands to kanaka maoli/kanaka Hawaii maoli allodial titles/ "forever lands" to his people and to Aliens he allowed "Fee Simple" or short term use, less than alodial or leaseholds, freeholds lasting for 30 years only. Aliens could not own Allodial lands.
The King's laws were supreme or superior over all.

SUMMARY
Fraud was entered by Judge Alfred S. Hartwell who became the third wealthiest person in the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii.
Hartwell had changed the direction of the Crown Lands since 1865.
Hartwell was one of the many who premeditated the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Hartwell was a conspirator documented and guilty for his part played in overthrowing Queen Liliuokalani who maintained a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation that has a permanent treaty of friendship and amity since 1850.
Premeditation has been found, fraud vitiates all claims and all contracts which means the U.S. claims is null and void.
The claims to the Crown Lands by the usurpers supported by the U.S. is null and void because the laws of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli shows that his lands are "inviolable".
The usurpers created the Provisional government which was Not a recognized nation and had no sovereignty.
The usurpers created the Republic of Hawaii which was Not a recognized nation and had no sovereignty.
The usurpers lost their rights to operate in Hawaii when U.S. President Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.
The usurpers looked to U.S. President William McKinley to latch on to the U.S. and become a Territory under the United States.
The usurpers gained recognition with U.S. President William McKinley who created the American Empire which listed Territories under it - and had no treaties. The United States made up the second part of the U.S. government which maintained connections with nations which had Treaties.
A fraud Annexation was claimed and the U.S. under U.S. President McKinley gained a pirate territory called the Territory of Hawaii which had No sovereignty.
The U.S. under U.S. President McKinley became party to the pirates, pillagers as documented in the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States, Article XIV.
The permanent Treaty of 1850 documents that the treaty was between Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors - and the Kamehameha's existed then and their descendants exists today.
The inviolable Crown Lands, and private properties of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli was designated as the private properties for "himself, his heirs, and successors, forever".
Aliens can never own Allodial lands.
The usurpers, supported by U.S. President McKinley who set up two (2) nations: (1) the American Empire - handled territories that had no treaties and had no sovereignty and (2) the U.S. - dealt with other nations that had treaties.
Hence, the pirate entity "developed" under the directions of U.S. President who had the Army, Navy, and other personnel set up the entity Territory of the United States changed to Territory of Hawaii was aided by bankrupt U.S. and remained a non-nation, no sovereignty pirate set up aided by the U.S. since U.S. President McKinley.
Added Note: President McKinley had started a War with Spain four (4) days before obtaining approval from Congress and the War settlement included obtaining other territory to be added under the American Empire territories with Hawaii, then Cuba, Puerto Rico, etc. thereafter. Note that the other islands of the Hawaiian archipelago was also added at this time.

The Territory of Hawaii continued having no recognition as a nation, and having no sovereignty until 1959 when U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower proclaimed Hawaii to be part of the United States by signing an Executive Order.
But, Opposition was entered by Harold Abel Cathcart supported by Kamehameha descendant Mary Keawe Kauweloa.
Legally, the entity, a pirate entity supported by U.S. President McKinley remains a no nation, no sovereignty status because opposition was entered, and the Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii exists and never went away.

Did you know that the Crown Lands NOT CEDED LANDS has owners? How come? The status of the United States in the Hawaiian Islands is Pirates due to the failure to follow rule of law, failure to respect the Treaty of 1849 ratified in 1850, Protectorate of 1854 with the U.S., Great Britain and France, and the Neutrality Law of 1854.
