This is a Request for  the return of the Kingdom of Hawaii's Intellectual Properties/Artifacts, etc. - Private Properties of our Constitutional Monarchy Government legally owned by our Royal Family which does not belong to the State of Hawaii, the City and Counties of Honolulu, Maui, Molokai, Kauai, Hawaii (Big Island), Lanai, Kahoolawe, and Niihau because the Kingdom of Hawaii is the Legitimate Government in the Hawaiian Islands. 

There was No Annexation, which means there was No Jurisdiction in the Hawaiian archipelago.

U.S. President Grover Cleveland Gave Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

U.S. President William McKinley disregarded U.S. President Grover Cleveland's legal actions and had the Army, Navy and others "develop" a Territory of the United States, turned Territory of Hawaii, and disregarded Queen Liliuokalani's and her subjects Opposition to Annexation in 1897.

Note:  U.S. President McKinley also had a part in developing two (2) nations for the U.S.:

(1)  The American Empire - territories with no treaties were place under this category. (includes Hawaii)
(2)  The United States - operated with Nations that had treaties.

King David Kalakaua - hanai/adopted into the Kamehameha Family through his mother Keohokalole who was a member of the House of Nobles.  His wife Queen Kapiolani was the sister of our great great grandmother named Princess Poomaikelani.

Note:  Only Queen Kapiolani and Princess Poomaikelani were loyal to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 as discovered through research.  Queen Kapiolani was also the hanai/adopted daughter of our great grandfather name Kaluakini married to Haili the daughter of Princess Poomaikelani.

Princess Poomaikelani was married to Ioela the grandson of Kalola (w) who was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop.  Princess Poomaikelani was also a hanai/adopted daughter of Kalola (w).  

Kalola (w) is documented as the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop in her Probate.  Charles Reed Bishop her husband had only a life interest in his wife's estate.

Kalola (w) was a stepsister of Bernice Pauahi Bishop since 1838 when her father - the brother of Abner Paki named Kalaniulumoku died.  Bernice Pauahi Bishop's father became the husband of Kalola (w) mother named Kaikainalii (w). as discovered in research.

Queen Liliuokalani - - hanai/adopted into the Kamehameha Family through her mother Keohokalole(w)  who was a member of the House of Nobles.

Note:  Princess Poomaikelani was also one of Queen Liliuokalani's hanai/adopted children as found in research.

The Treaty ratified in 1850 between Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors and U.S. President Zachary Taylor remains in effect, the Neutrality Law of 1854 remains in effect although breached by the U.S., Great Britain, France, etc.

Billings for rents due, etc. have been sent in a number of Legal advisories/Legal Notices over time.

Letters have been sent to other nations including a regret letter to the Japanese Consulate  for the  2001 U.S. destruction of the Ehime Maru in our Hawaiian archipelago, etc.

In 1996, an Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 was filed on 12/17/96 (281 pages) with evidence of conspiracies, genealogies, history, etc. affecting all lands in Hawaii.  Issues of genocide was also entered in the records located at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

The Trustees of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop claimed themselves to be the heirs of our Royal Family's Trust.

The Real owners of the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop is Kalola/Kalola's descendants and heirs.

The non-owners are documented pirates, pillagers, frauds, liars, etc.

The non-owners have no rights to convey Kamehameha lands and are not the Allodial, Superior title owners, paramount title owners and owe monies back to whoever they sold land to.

The non-owners are not authorized to convey, rent, lease, sell lands, etc. that they have no ownership to.

            SUMMARY -  the true land owners with superior, paramount titles exists....the Konohiki become the caretakers of lands till the alodio land owners step forward.  Lands are also maintained by the House of Nobles with the Minister of Interior of the Hawaiian Kingdom which still exists and made up of many Kamehameha descendants documented.  We are the ones who were sued by the entity American Empires territory named the State of Hawaii.

            CCompare the 1867 Genealogies and the 1874 Genealogies........

            Notice how Ruth Keelikolani's father changed from Kahalaia to Kekuanaoa.....Kekuanaoa died in 1868.

            Notice how Queen Emma's husband Bennett Namakeha's genealogies were eliminated and not shown in the 1874 genealogies.

            Notice how Kahekili, Kalola (w) genealogies were eliminated in the 1874 genealogies.  Our families are descendants of these lines..............

            Can you see the issues.............how the heirs had been eliminated.........but the names are documented in the testimonies, etc. which validates the 1867 genealogies.

            Many were afraid of our tutu Kekuanaoa.........and when he died in 1868, lots of criminal deviance occurred............

             

            Kekuanaoa was married five (5) times:

            (1) - Kalehua/Kauhi - son Paalua/JWD Paalua.

            (2)   Pauahi - Keelikolani/Ruth Keelikolani daughter; stepson:  Kapena

            (3)  Kinau - children:  Moses, David, Lot/Kamehameha V, Alexander Liholiho/ Kamehameha IV, Victoria Kamamalu, and hanai/adopted :  Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

            (4) Kalolo/ Kaloloahilani - no children.

            (5) Kalima - children:  John, Sam, and Umiokalani (female) - stepchildren of Kekuanaoa.

             

            1871 - Kalola's son entered Kamehameha descendants court cases, Bernice Pauahi Bishop did not.

            Reference:  Probate 365 - Hooleia (female) case.  Kahekili the son of Kalola was awarded lands with Akahi (widow of Kalanimoku) and her stepson Leleiohoku.

             

            1874 -Sanford B. Dole wrote articles about "the last of the Kamehameha's"; other writers followed suit.

             

            1883 - Ruth Keelikolani's next-of-kin was Bernice Pauahi Bishop.  Her 353,000+ acres were given to her along with her Palace, and all of the Kamehameha artifacts.

             

            1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died.  Her spouse Charles Reed Bishop became an heir of a life interest.  He could never own allodial titles.  Her stepsister a true cousin named Kalola owned the other 1/2 of her estate then the full interest after Charles Reed Bishop died.  

             

            1893 - Charles Reed Bishop conspired to overthrow Queen Liliuokalani and lost all interest in Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Estate. 

             

            Charles Reed Bishops partners-in-crimes included Sanford B. Dole, all of Bernice Pauahi Bishop's Trustees, the Kamehameha Schools students, Punahou Schools students etc. and lost all interest in lands, etc. due to conspiracy, treason, piracy, premeditation, etc. 

             

            Kalola's descendants owned full interest which means they owned Ruth Keelikolani's lands, etc. and Bernice Pauahi Bishops lands.

             

            1915 - Charles Reed Blshop died and shared his pirated loot with his family, and friends.

             

            Bishop signed a deed to himself, and Bernice Pauahi Bishop's trustees.  The Deed was for his life interest.  This is a criminal conveyance with intent to defraud the true heirs, owners.

             

            The Trustees under  the Will of Bernice Pauahi Bishop claimed to  be heirs but are really calculating pirates, pillagers entrenched in acts of conspiracy against the Royal Family of a Constitutional Monarchy.

             

            2022 - Rents are due from Pirates, pillagers, racketeers who are Not the allodial landowners of our Royal Family's lands, monies, interests, etc.

             

            The tampered genealogies since 1874 are Evidence of fraud, conspiracies, piracy, pillaging, racketeering against a neutral, non-violent, friendly peoples who did no wrong.

             

            Ramifications are ongoing.

            Honolulu Star-Bulletin, Vol. 58, No. 32, Saturday, February 1, 1969

            The following are important excerpts of the above article:

            "WASHINGTON (AP) - Now it can be told--what happened during the longest of three secret Senate cessions, during the Spanish-American War, a debate over whether to take over Hawaii."

            "The debate of nearly three hours on that day - May 31, 1898 - and in two secret sessions the previous month had remained locked up until last week.  Then at the request of a historian who noted gaps in the Congressional Record, the Senate passed a resolution authorizing the National Archives to take the wraps off the debate transcript."

            "The government's only explanation for the long suppression of the debate records is that they had been long forgotten."

            "THE SECRECY WAS clamped on during a debate over whether to seize the Hawaiian Islands - called the Sandwich Islands then - or merely developing leased areas of Pearl Harbor to reinforce the U.S. fleet iat Manila Bay."

            "PEARL HARBOR, ALREADY UNDER LEASE, Stewart argued, wouldn't be much use until costly dredging operations opened the entrance channel. "Either we must have the Sandwich Islands," he declared, "or the administration must recall Dewey."

            "THE UNITED STATES ANNEXED the Hawaiian Islands five weeks after that debate.  But before the Senate reopened its doors that day, Morgan steered the discussion back to Cuba, the original cause of the war with Spain."

            "The first secret session, April 25, 1898, involved technical and emotional debate over wording the declaration of war and why it or some accompanying resolution did not formally recognize the independence of Cuba or at least declare the Cubans to have the rights of belligerents in the conflict."

            "THE SENATE ENDED UP BY ACCEPTING the House passed version reading that "war and the same is hereby declared to exist and that war has existed since the 21st of April" - four days earlier."

            "Dropped from the final declaration was a Senate proposed tagline requiring the administration to "prosecute said war to a successful conclusion."

            "Sen. Stephen White of California joined the unanimous vote for war "even with that mild prevarication" about when the war started."
