Facts:
The Queen was a Constitutional Monarch with a nation that has Full Sovereignty
vs.
a Claimed American Territory which had NO Sovereignty..........
manipulations of legalese used by Americans are utilized throughout a CORRUPT group of Pirates utilizing their illegal laws occupying the Kingdom of Hawaii.
The breaches of the Neutrality Law since 1854 is a proof of the wrongs against a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.
Constant indoctrination of the people, and other Nations was employed by a documented Pirate Nation even after the Queen's death in 1917.
Something to think about:
1) Annexation to the U.S. is a Lie. Evidence is documented.
2) the Claim that Queen Liliuokalani was the only Queen of the American Court is not a position in the American Political structure.
3) The Queen was under stress, duress, usurpation, and coercion which means all claims made by the invaders committing genocide against a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation is a War Crime.
4) Premeditation against a neutral, friendly nation remains a criminal act.
5) Fraud vitiates all claims, and all contracts.
6) Kamehameha's descendants and heirs existed in 1893 and their descendants exists today.
7) The Treaty of 1849 ratified in 1850 is a permanent peace, and amity treaty which remains to be the supreme law of the land under the U.S. Constitution of 1787 Article 6, and even the Judges are to obey the Treaty.
note: Making Queen Liliuokalani the Queen of the American created Territory Court does not
apply to the Supremacy Clause. Calling the Queen an American means that the Constitutional Monarchy status would not apply or make her a part of the Invasion/Occupiers of a foreign operation that has no Sovereignty since its setup in 1893.
7) Cases of Genocide against the kanaka maoli by the U.S. and others - have been documented in the Kingdom of Hawaii Judicial Tribunal, and Supreme/Superior Court.
