The U.S. protected the pirates, a no sovereign entity and disregarded a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation and the legitimate government in Hawaii with Queen Liliuokalani usurped by White Annexationists disregarding the people of color.

This is evidence of genocide, breach of the Treaty, breach of the Protectorate of 1854, breach of the Neutrality Law of 1854, 

Additionally the agreement made by Queen Liliuokalani and the U.S. Junta was made and has not been resolved.
