Introducing the legal land owners, the Allodial landowners, the Royal Family existing today:
My name is Amelia Gora, one of the Royal Family's Representatives, the Land owners, Allodial Land Owners of Abner Paki's, etc. lands which includes Waikiki - Helumoa, the Coconut Grove, etc..
When Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in 1884, her husband Charles Reed Bishop inherited a life interest in her estate which was 1/2 interest in the estates of Ruth Keelikolani, and Bernice Pauahi Bishop only.
The other 1/2 interest in the estates of Ruth Keelikolani and Bernice Pauahi Bishop belonged to Kalola (w) a true cousin, and stepsister who was raised by Abner Paki.
Charles Reed Bishop conspired against Queen Liliuokalani and lost his inheritance in 1893. Charles Reed Bishop lost all interest in the estates of Ruth Keelikolani and Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Note: Bernice Pauahi Bishop was on opium and under stress, duress, coercion, and usurpation.
Kalola(w) descendants and heirs were 1/2 Estate owners since 1884 and became the full owner as of 1893.
Our lands under the name of the Kamehameha's/Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop, etc. is one of our Allodial lands which was pirated by the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees who also conspired against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
Rents were billed to the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates for all of our Royal Family's lands and Heeia Ahupuaa is one of them.
Legal Notices were served affecting all lands of Ruth Keelikolani, Bernice Pauahi Bishop, including the lands of Abner Paki, etc.
The Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates Trustees are Not the owners of our Allodial lands which includes the lands that you are occupying without our permission.
The Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates were recorded on the Supreme Court Case/ Superior Court Case No. 1 of the Kingdom of Hawaii.in 2018.
A Notice Regarding: Kalola (w) descendants and heirs, the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop and Evidence, etc. was delivered to the Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates in person to the Kamehameha Schools/KSBE on January 2020.
The documents were once again served as an attachment to the Notice to Comply & Vacate to the Kamehameha Schools served on June 25, 2021 in person at the Kamehameha School Office on 567 South King Street address and signed by the Receptionist at 11:27 am, witnessed by two of our Konohiki: Calvin Hulihee, and Roy Nakamura.
Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 was filed on 12/17/96, and a Joinder to the Lien was filed in 2018 which shows the evidence of our Royal Family's Allodial land ownership.
More research was made showing that Charles Reed Bishop and other conspirators in 1893 who assisted in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani obtained the assistance of the Kamehameha Schools boys/students and Reverends Iosepa and Kauhane from Kawaiahao Church.
The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees were conveyed Charles Reed Bishop's life interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop. The Deed was from Charles Reed Bishop to Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees.
Bishop was an attorney who manipulated deeds as well. It appears it was an intent to extend his life interest in his inherited estate of his wife. But, conspiracy, treason, ended all of his claims and the Trustees claims in the lands of his wife Bernice Pauahi Bishop and Ruth Keelikolani's estate.
If Bishop did not participate in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani, Charles Reed Bishop's life interest would have ended in 1915 due to his death on.June 7, 1915.
Charles Reed Bishop and the Trustees interest ended in 1893 due to their documented conspiracies, treason.

The Kamehameha Schools /KSBE Trustees since 1893 have perpetuated frauds, piracies, racketeering and do not have the Allodial Title ownership and have perpetuated a crime and continued illegal contracts disregarding the true descendants, heirs of Kalola who was the legal next-of-kin in Probate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Royal Hawaiian Center is an outdoor shopping center in the shopping district of Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki, Oahu, in the US state of Hawaii. As of 2017, Royal Hawaiian Center had the fifth highest sales per square foot in the US.[1]
History[edit]
The shopping center originally opened in 1979 as part of the Royal Hawaiian Hotel complex with about 100 shops and restaurants and a food court. It was constructed as three separate buildings adjacent to each other with sky walks connecting the upper floors. The center, owned by Kamehameha Schools at the time, completed a $100 million renovation in 2007 to include more retailers and restaurants.[2] The center was sold to RHC Property Holding LLC in 2013.[3]
