Ruth Keelikolani died. Her next-of-kin was her cousin Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Princess Ruth left her Palace, 353,000+ acres of lands, the Kamehameha artifacts to her cousin, her next-of-kin.
Note: Included in the lands wee Manana Ahupuaa which was conveyed in part to the U.S. Navy by Charles Reed Bishop et.als.
Manana Ahupuaa lease ended in 30 years or 1913.
The lease ended in 1893 due to the conspiracy issues of the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates and Charles Reed Bishop.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop died. Her next-of-kin was Kalola a cousin and stepsister. She left a husband Charles Reed Bishop who inherited half of her estate for his lifetime only. Her next-of-kin inherited the other half of her estate, and the fulll estate after Charles Reed Bishop died.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop gave the Moanalua Ahupuaa to Samuel Damon, one of her Trustees.
Samuel Damon conveyed part of the Ahupuaa to the U.S. military.
Note: Samuel Damon could only have a 30 year interest in Moanalua Ahupuaa.
Samuel Damon's lease to the U.S. Military legally expired in 1913. But, due to his conspiracy in helping to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani, all of his land transactions became null and void. Samuel Damon owned NOTHING. The U.S. Military also lost the Lease lands in 1893.

American Marines provided Ammunition for the Honolulu Rifles/ usurpers against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 - (1) another example of breach against the neutrality law:

According to the news report, the DLNR’s Office of Conservation and Coastal Land issued a June 7 document in response to the Army’s draft EIS statement. The Army wants to renew its 65-year lease, which expires in 2029. Currently, the Army is paying a grand total of $1 for the 65-year lease of 23,000 acres of State land at Pohakuloa. The OCCL document said, “Military use that involves maneuvers, ammunition, artillery and mortar systems, depleted uranium, explosives, firing points, hazardous materials and waste, live fire, unexploded ordnance, and weapons systems do not appear to be consistent with the Conservation District.” It added, “The OCCL was alarmed at the number of previous dump sites on the state-leased land. It is inappropriate to conduct this type of warfare practice upon Conservation District land adjacent to areas designated as critical habitat for the palila; and a recreational campground for the people of Hawaii.” The state documents said the Army’s draft EIS does not meet requirements and has major gaps. https://tinyurl.com/5urwa4py
Over the years, live fire at the 133,000-acre Pohakuloa Training Area, located in the dry, windy, Saddle Area in the center of Hawaii Island, has been the source of numerous brush fires. What toxins are blowing in the wind, dust, and smoke of those fires? For decades, Malu Aina has been calling for high-tech air filter monitors (at military expense) around PTA to see what military toxins are coming off the base. To date, nothing has been done. It’s time for action!
Note: Lease signed by non-owners State of Hawaii for 65 years to the U.S. Military ends.
Know that the lease, the true leases have only a 30 year life and NOT 65 years ngaged in by the occupiers.
In other words, the U.S. Military has no legal or binding lease in the Hawaiian Islands.

SUMMARY
It was a Military Expedition or Enterprise that happened in 1893 as documented by U.S. President Grover Cleveland.
The U.S. Military operating under U.S. President Benjamin Harrison did invade the Kingdom of Hawaii, a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.

(1) American Marines provided Ammunition for the Honolulu Rifles/ usurpers against Queen Liliuokalani in 1893;
(2) Conspirators/usurpers asked for assistance by American Marines from the U.S.S. BOSTON.

4) The NEW YORK TIMES article, "The Story of a Crime" dated 6/21/1898 documents January 16, 1893 as the day that the troops landed "---three companies of bluejackets, one of artillery, one of marines, 154 men and 10 officers with 14,000 cartridges for rifles and the Gatling gun, 1,900 revolver cartridges, and 174 explosive shells for the revolving canon" was taken on land, a day (1) before the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani.

The Company works with the NSA/National Security Administration, the CIA/Central Intelligence Agency, etc. Their former employee Sheldon is a Whistleblower who lives in Russia for asylum to avoid prosecution by the U.S. for releasing secrets, etc.
Background: The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees helped to plan the overthrow of King Kalakaua, Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.
In total, there are 13 Counts/Evidence showing the breaches of the Neutrality law by the United States.
Kamehameha's descendants exist, who are descendants and heirs off Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin named Kalola.
The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates including Bernice Pauahi Bishop did conspire, commit treason, became pirates, pillagers, frauds, racketeers, criminally assumed lands, monies, artifacts that did not belong to them.
Due to their participation in the invasion, conspiracies, etc., they lost all interest in lands in the Hawaiian archipelago, including monies, artifacts.

Our Private Properties can not be leased to the U.S. Military who did help to invade, muck up, poison, deliver contamination to our lands, water, winds, etc. and cannot use our lands to poison innocents.
The purpose of a government is to protect the lives, safety, health of the people which the U.S. Military in Hawaii has failed to do.
The breaches of the neutrality law, etc. is supporting evidence why the use of our Private Properties are denied.
