The Legitimate Government in Hawaii Series:  Reviewing the Crown Lands Not Ceded Lands

                                                                     by Amelia Gora (2021)

The Crown Lands are the Private Properties of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, his heirs, and successors, forever.

Along comes Pirates, pillagers, privateers, who premeditated the dethronement of King David Kalakaua, and his sister Queen Liliuokalani.

Sanford B. Dole began writing about the "last of the Kamehameha's" in 1874.  Then other writers also followed suit.

Sanford B. Dole after dethroning Queen Liliuokalani gave the Crown Lands which he dubbed ceded lands to U.S. Minister Stevens.

Dole was Not the Allodial land owner of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's lands.

There was "no intention" to have an annexation:

"Proposed Treaty" but there was No Treaty of Annexation signed by Queen Liliuokalani - she was under stress, duress, usurpation, and coercion:

1898 - There was No Annexation meaning No Jurisdiction, yet the U.S. grabbed the Private Properties of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli from Sanford B. Dole a treasonous person, pirate, pillager, who did not own the Allodial Titles, the Private Properties of the Royal Family, and did Premeditate the takeover of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation, and breached the Neutrality laws as warned by U.S. President Grover Cleveland in 1896.  U.S. President William McKinley disregarded the facts that U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897:

The following are transactions documented at the Bureau of Conveyances out of my research notes:

SUMMARY

The criminal assumption of Private Properties of Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, for himself, his heirs, and successors, forever violated International laws.

The lands are Allodial lands, forever lands.

The Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii has its own sovereignty like other nations such as Belgium, U.S., Great Britain, France, Spain, Russia, etc.

Appears that the White Supremacists greedily assumed lands that they could never own.

Allodial lands were conveyed to kanaka maoli and Aliens were given only short time holdings, 30 year leases or 30 years freehold or 30 year leases.

Biernes, Switzerland were given a copy of the land records.

Sanford B. Dole a treasonous person, a liar, a White Supremacists, a hater, violated the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the U.S.; violated the neutrality laws; violated the international laws; had kept the Queen and her people under duress, stress, usurpation, and coercion.

He helped to plan, conspired, premeditated the overthrow of King Kalakaua and then Queen Liliuokalani.

Dole led a group of treasonous persons who claimed themselves to be a Provisional government but failed in maintaining control of a neutral, peaceful, non-violent nation.

The Provisional government was not a recognized nation, did not have sovereignty.

The Republic of Hawaii was not a recognized nation, and did not have sovereignty.

The Territory of the United States which changed to the Territory of Hawaii was not a recognized nation, and did not have sovereignty.

Dole transferred lands that he could never own and called it "ceded".

He assumed 17 acres of land in Waikiki which belonged to Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli, which was for his heirs and successors.

Dole tampered with many land deeds.

Dole awarded many of his helpers with large tracts of land.  The helpers included many White Supremacists who were part of the SHARPSHOOTERS who killed Hawaiians.... - Genocide.

Breach of the Neutrality Laws

The evidence above shows that the Neutrality Laws were indeed breached during the period of U.S. President William McKinley a documented pirate, pillager who had the Army, Navy, and other personnel "develop" the Territory of the United States, later changed it to the Territory of Hawaii disregarding the fact that U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii back 3x/three times to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

U.S. President William McKinley was a wicked man for starting a War with Spain four (4) days before getting the approval of Congress.

See below for reference.

U.S. President William McKinley formed two (2) nations:  the (1) American Empire - territories were listed under this nation and (2) the United States - dealt with nations that had treaties.

See:  HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Peacock vs. Republic of Hawaii, 1899, Supreme Court Law Library/ Archives/Main Library, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Research incomplete.

(3)  Notice to Remove the Jet Fuel Tanks from Halawa, Oahu by December 2021, from the landowners, our Royal Family.

Facebook post....a Legal Advisory/Legal Notice ---Removal of the Jet Fuel, Tanks etc.by Dec. 2021:

The Legitimate Government in Hawaii Series:  U.S. Military Contaminates Drinking Water - a Human Rights Violation, etc.

                                                       Review by Amelia Gora (2021)

The U.S. Military continues to violate the United Nations Human Rights and fails to protect the lives, health, and safety of the people in Hawaii.

For years they have callously disregarded the people because they have allowed the contamination of the formerly fresh water that our people drink.

The U.S. Military needs to REMOVE the fuel tanks which is destroying the health of the people, destroying our Private Properties of Halawa, Oahu which is owned by Mataio Kekuanaoa and Grace Kamaikui - both are our ancestors.

As a Representative of our Royal Family, descendants of both Mataio Kekuanaoa and Grace Kamaikui, I, Amelia Gora, officially document that the jet fuel, jet fuel tanks must be removed as soon as possible or by December of this year 2021.

The jet fuel must be removed or given away to other nations to secure the health and safety of the people on Oahu.

Other areas of contamination will also be addressed.

WOO HOO! This is HUGE! The Navy's permit to operate the Red Hill Underground Fuel Storage Tanks is being denied!
HONOLULU, HAWAIʻI (Thursday, July 15) -- The Hawaiʻi Department of Health’s Environmental Health Administration has concluded that the Navy’s permit application to operate underground fuel storage tanks at Red Hill is full of holes.
In a filing on Tuesday in the contested case hearing on the Navy’s application, the state deputy attorney general noted that "given the documented history of releases at the site, the uncertainty associated with the Navy’s groundwater model, and the lack of treatment or recovery systems in place to date, the Navy has not met its burden of demonstrating that this facility is protective of human health and the environment from potentially ‘significant' future releases.”
“This is a notable change in the staff’s position at the Health Department. The evidence presented in this administrative hearing helped the staff to see that no matter how hard the Navy tries, it cannot safely operate the Red Hill tanks,” said Marti Townsend, Sierra Club of Hawaiʻi director. “The only reasonable thing to do now is shut down these dangerous tanks and require the Navy to find a better way to store their fuel.”
The Environmental Health Administration concluded the Navy’s current plans are unfit to operate the facility safely and any permit granted should include conditions to address the corrosion of the tanks, the theoretical status of secondary containment options, the uncertainty associated with the Navy’s groundwater model, and the lack of treatment or options for cleaning up fuel leaks.
The Department of Health’s Environmental Health Administration also concluded:
• "the tanks are in fact not adequately clad or jacketed because there is space between the steel liner and the concrete, and corrosion is occurring." (Page 6, #16).
• "there is not sufficient evidence that the tanks comply with corrosion protection requirements" (Page 8, #25)
• the Navy’s conceptual site model that describes the hydrogeology of the area "is likely flawed and does not adequately reflect the flow and behavior of groundwater in the Site vicinity. . . . the groundwater model will not reliably reflect groundwater flow, contaminant transport, plume capture or other key risk-based considerations.” (page 9, #28)
“The antiquated Red Hill tanks have a long history of leaking and contaminating the groundwater in Oʻahu's primary aquifer,” reminded David Kimo Frankel, the Sierra Club’s attorney on this case. “The tanks at the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility have leaked more than 178,434 gallons of fuel over the past 8 decades. The Navy’s own documents reveal the significant contamination that has already occurred. Its risk assessment reveals that the probability of a leak up to 30,000 gallons over the next year is 27.6%. Over the next five years, that risk is 80.1% and over the next ten years that risk is 96.0%.”
He added, “perhaps the Navy’s own internal audit says it best, and I quote: “[B]ased on the results of the audit work, we determined that the environment in the Pearl Harbor area has not been sufficiently protected” from the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility.”
Despite expensive improvements and changes in procedure, the Red Hill tanks leaked again on May 6, 2021. The cause of the leak remains unknown but data shows that at least 1,000 gallons leaked and some of the fuel reached the soil beneath the tanks, which contradicts the Navy’s claims that it fully contained the leak. In 2014, tank 5 at the Red Hill facility released 27,000 gallons of fuel. Documents filed as part of this contested case indicate that “a portion of the 2014 JP8 release may have reached groundwater” in Oʻahu’s primary aquifer located 100 feet beneath the tanks.
“The Navy has wasted millions of our tax dollars and years of valuable time on studies and tweaks at Red Hill, and the tanks still leak and still threaten our water supply. It is time to call it,” said Townsend. “It is extremely disappointing that our congressional delegation has failed to seek the funding necessary to abandon these failing tanks, relocate the fuel, and secure our drinking water supply.”
The hearings officer in charge of the contested case hearing is reviewing this along with all of the filings from the parties to the contested case and will make a recommendation to the Department of Health Director, Libby Char, for final decision on whether to issue a permit for the Red Hill tanks, and if so what conditions to impose.
Tuesday’s filings are part of a 2019 contested case filed by the Sierra Club of Hawaiʻi and Honolulu Board of Water Supply on the Navy’s permit application to the Hawaiʻi Department of Health to operate its Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility. The Navy had previously operated the once top secret fuel tank facility without any oversight by the Department of Health. The Sierra Club challenged that exemption in 2017 and won a court ruling mandating the Health Department correct its regulations and require the U.S. Navy to follow the same process that every owner of underground fuel tanks must complete to secure a permit to operate such tanks.
“Now, the staff are telling the Health Department Director that the U.S. Navy failed to prove in an evidentiary hearing that it can operate the tanks at Red Hill safely,” Townsend added. “That is a big deal.”

SUMMARY

Many Americans realize that the Americans who moved to Hawaii had accumulated lots of lands, monies and wanted more.

"They organize a conspiracy to overthrow the Legitimate government."

The above sentence says it all.

As it turns out, the writer John J. Lennox lived in Hawaii and was a descendant of missionaries.  He was a missionary descendant who was For the Queen in 1893!

The article was written in San Francisco, California and he was on his way to London, England.

Conclusion

Not all missionaries are mercenaries.  This man John J. Lennox was an honest, good man who believed in truth and honesty.

He probably moved over to London, England because that nation offered a better breed of men than the White Supremacists who moved from the United States.
