MATAIO KEKŪANĀO‘A

“His Majesty was pleased to inform the Privy Council of the appointment of M. Kekūanāo‘a as Kuhina Nui…”

When Lot Kamehameha succeeded his brother Kamehameha IV in 1863, he selected his father, Mataio Kekūanāo‘a to be the Kuhina Nui.

Kekūanāo‘a had a long and active career in Hawaiian government affairs.  He   accompanied Kamehameha II on his ill-fated journey to England in 1823, served in the House of Nobles and the Privy Council, was a governor of O‘ahu, the King’s chamberlain, and president of the Board of Public Instruction.  His propitious marriage to Kīna‘u, a daughter of Kamehameha I, made him the father of two kings, Kamehameha IV and V.  He was also the father of Princess Ruth Ke‘elikōlani, whose great land holdings would pass to Bernice Pauahi Bishop and become the Kamehameha Schools / Bishop Estate.

As the last Kuhina Nui, Kekūanāo‘a essentially presided over the demise of the office.  Kamehameha V proclaimed a constitution on August 20, 1864 in which there was no provision for a Kuhina Nui.   His justification was that he considered it “an unnecessary check upon the Legislative in giving to this Office an absolute control over the acts of a body of which he himself is a member and in which he has a vote.”  [The King’s Speech at the Opening of the Convention, July 7, 1864]

           Umiokalani (female).

Joint Proclamation by Kamehameha III and Kīna‘u

Kīna‘u succeeded her aunt Ka‘ahumanu upon the latter’s death in 1832.  Her term of office was marked by discord as the young King Kamehameha III, her half-brother, struggled with her and the chiefs for political power. She was responsible for enforcing Hawai‘i’s first penal code, proclaimed by the King in 1835.

Kīna‘u became a Christian in 1830, and was involved in the persecution of Hawaiian Catholics and attempts to expel French priests.  This contributed to a diplomatic confrontation with France that threatened Hawaiian sovereignty.

Kaheiheimālie was a sister of Ka‘ahumanu, making Kīna‘u one of Ka‘ahumanu’s closest relatives and heirs.

Note:  Kinau (w) was married to Liholiho/Kamehameha II; Kahalaia; and Kekuanaoa.

 They were two of the seven (7) wives of Liholiho/Kamehameha II.

The others were:  Kamamalu; Liliha; Kekauonohi, Kekauluohi/Auhea; and Pali.

Mataio Kekuanaoa was the stepfather of all of Kamehameha's children, stepchildren and hanai/adopted children due to his marriages to Kamehameha's widows, and Kamehameha II's widow named Kekauluohi/Auhea who had son William Charles Lunalilo/King Lunalilo - it was Kekauluohi/Auhea widow of Kamehameha and Kamehameha II - Liholiho who linked all of the Royal Family together.

SUMMARY

The Alien Judges defrauded the Kamehameha Family.

In Probate, only White Supremacists were recorded and they claimed that Kinau was Mataio Kekuanaoa's last wife.

The White Supremacists recorded lies and supported the lies that Bernice Pauahi was "the last of the Kamehameha's".

Evidence of Mataio Kekuanaoa's marriage to Kalolo/Kaloloahilani was found at the Archives, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

Evidence of Mataio Kekuanaoa's marriage to Kalima was found in Liber 19 page 12, and Liber 19 page 175 at the Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

All 20 children of Kamehameha, his stepchildren, and hanai/adopted children were also Mataio Kekuanaoa's stepchildren, hanai/adopted children.

Kamehameha had 20 Children of his blood.  His three (3) hanai/adopted children were the true descendants of his brother Keliimaikai named Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis.  His stepchildren included six (6) of Kalaniopuu's children, and nine (9) of Kaumualii's children.              

 Discussion:

So, the foreigners claimed that Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V was the "last of the Kamehameha's"

In 1874, Sanford B. Sanford B. Dole was one of the planners of taking over the King's/Queen's position or the Royal Families genealogies, lands, assets, resources since the 1870's.  

The other planners included Charles Reed Bishop, husband of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, who was a hanai sister/adopted sister of Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, Ruth Keelikolani, et. als.  

Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V died in 1872.

Ruth Keelikolani died in 1883.  

 Ruth Keelikolani was also called "the last of the Kamehameha's" by the foreigners.  She died in 1883.

Ruth Keelikolani died in 1883 and it was claimed to have left all of her lands to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was also claimed to be "the last of the Kamehameha's" by the foreigners, a lie that was promoted and perpetuated by treasonous, conspirators, pirates, pillagers named Sanford B. Dole, Charles Reed Bishop and Friends, et. als.

  

The Truth:

Kamehameha had a total of 20 children of his blood discovered in research.

Kamehameha had one stepdaughter who became his wife named Kekauluohi/Auhea.

 

Kamehameha had a total of  three (3) hanai/adopted children who were the true descendants of his brother Keliimaikai named Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis. 

Note:  Kamehameha; John Young/Olohana; Kamehameha II - Liholiho, and KamehamehaIII - Kauikeaouli did hanai/adopt Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis.

…The authority hitherto possessed by my mother Ka‘ahumanu II. Until her decease is now transferred to my other mother (Miriam Kekāuluohi) though Victoria Kamehamalu II is her superior, but still under my direction.

“Furthermore; no documents nor notes, referable to government, after this date, which have not my own signature, and also that of Miriam Kekāuluohi at the bottom of said writing will be acknowledged as government papers.”

Kekāuluohi succeeded her half-sister Kīna‘u as Kuhina Nui. Initially, she was considered something of a “place-holder” for Kīna‘u’s infant daughter Victoria Kamāmalu, who would later assume the office.

Kekāuluohi was a co-signer with Kamehameha III of Hawai‘i’s first Constitution in 1840, which provided for an elected representative body, a first step toward the common people gaining political power.  The constitution also codified for the first time, the responsibilities and authority of the Kuhina Nui.

Other important events during Kekāuluohi’s tenure were the threats to Hawaiian sovereignty by the French and English.  Soon after assuming her office in 1839, the French threatened war if Kamehameha III did not provide special privileges to the Catholic missionaries, repeal liquor laws, and grant generous concessions to French citizens in Hawai‘i.  Then, in 1843, the infamous Charlton land claim resulted in the temporary loss of Hawaiian sovereignty when Lord George Paulet intervened and took possession of the Hawaiian Islands on behalf of the King of England.  Richard Charlton was the British Consul in Honolulu who, in 1840, claimed valuable land based on dubious documentation and authority.

As the pressures of international diplomacy and economic development increased on the Hawaiian kingdom, it was necessary to structure the government for better administrative control.  As her life came to a close, Kekāuluohi appointed Gerrit P. Judd as Minister of the Interior to administer on her behalf.

Kaleimamahū was a Hawai‘i Island chief.  Kaheiheimālie was a  daughter of Ke‘eaumoku and Nāmāhana, sister of Ka‘ahumanu, mother of Kīna‘u.

Hueu/George Hueu Davis; Kale/Sarah Davis; Peke/Betty Davis) which are shared among his (John Young) children. They shall not be dispossessed of their lands, which shall be bequeathed to their descendants, and I shall be responsible for them in this world. Kamehameha's stepchildren included six (6) of Kalaniopuu's children.

Kamehameha's stepchildren included nine (9) of Kaumualii's children.  

  Conspirator/Treasonous persons

Bernice Pauahi Bishop was a treasonous person, a conspirator who worked against the Royal Family.

Both she and her husband Charles Reed Bishop were  in collusion and supported the usurpation of King David Kalakaua and Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop's siblings descendants are the True land owners.

Kanekapolei (w):

Kanekapolei (w) was the widow of Kalaniopuu of the Big Island. She was married to Kamehameha. She married Kuuku after Kamehameha died.

Kanekapolei (w) was the sibling of Mahihelelima/Mahi who was the kahu of Kaahumanu (w); Kaheiheimalie (w); and Namahana/Piia (w) wives of Kamehameha.

Kanekapolei (w) was the mother of Keoua Ahuula; Keoua Peeale with Kalaniopuu. She was the mother of Kaoleioku; Kanekapolei (w); and Keliiokahekili (w) with Kamehameha. She became the hanai/adopted mother of Waha/Wahawela; Keliipio; and Kamanowai when she married Kuuku.

Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi (w) had hanai /adopted daughter named Abigail Maheha (w).

Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi (w) married Levi Haalelea after Keliiahonui/Kealiiahonui/Aarona Keliiahonui died.
Note: When Keliiahonui/Kealiiahonui/Aarona Keliiahonui died, heirs were many because he was married to Kaahumanu (w) one of the wives of Kamehameha. He too was the step father of all of Kalaniopuu’s, Kamehameha’s, and Kaumualii’s children, step children, and hanai hookama/ adopted children who inherited sovereignty.

Kekauonohi/Miriam Kekauonohi (w) was the grand daughter of Kamehameha. She had full sibling’s including Maulili; and Keliikanakaole/Kanakaole. Her hanai sibling’s included: Leleiohoku/ William Pitt Leleiohoku (son of Kalanimoku and Kiliwehi. Kalanimoku also married Kuwahine(w), and Akahi(w)); Nahuina (son of Akahi (w) who was married to Kikau, son of Nuuanu), et. Als.

1854 - December 15. Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III died. His names were Kauikeaouli, Kaleopapa, Kuakamanolani, Mahinalani, Kalaninuiwaiakua, Keaweaweulaokalani.

He was born in 1813.

He married Nahienaena, his sister; Kekualoa; Gina Lahilahi; and Kalama.

His children were: Keaweaweula1 and Keaweaweula 2d (both died in infancy); Opunui, Kekipi, Keawe, Mahoe, Kahalaoa, Papa, Nalimu, and Albert Kunuiakea. His stepchildren were Kahue (w), Pohihi (w), and Peter Kekuaokalani. His hanai/adopted children were: Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV; Hueu Davis; Kale Davis; and Peke Davis. Their siblings were all of Kamehameha’s children, step-children.

His sibling’s were all of Kalaniopuu’s children, step children; all of Kamehameha’s children, step children, and hanai/adopted children; all of Kaumualii’s children; step children; Kalanimoku’s children/ step children/ hanai /adopted children; and Hoapili (k) children, stepchildren.

1863. November 30 - Kamehameha IV - Alexander, Kalani-Kua-Liholiho, Iolani-Maka-O-Louli, Kunuiakea, Kukailimoku, Alexander Liholiho - died at the Palace.

He was born on February 9, 1834.

He was adopted at birth by Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III.

His wife was Emma Kaleleonalani/Queen Emma the daughter of Fanny Kekela and Naea. Emma was adopted by Dr. TCB Rooke. Dr. TCB Rooke was the second husband of Grace Kamaikui, sister of Emma’s mother Fanny Kekela. They were the children of John Young/Olohana.

Grace Kamaikui/Kamaikui/Kalukona’s first marriage was to Isaac Davis and their children were: Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis. They were the sibling’s of Emma/Queen Emma. They were adopted by John Young/Olohana, Kamehameha and they were also the hanai hookama/adopted with inherited sovereignty of Kauikeaouli/Kamehameha III, or the hanai siblings of Alexander Liholiho - Kamehameha IV.

Kamehameha IV - Alexander Liholiho’s siblings were Paalua; Ruth Keelikolani; Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V; David Kamehameha; Moses Kaikioewa; Victoria Kamamalu; stepsiblings: John Kapena, Sam Kapena, Umiokalani, Alenoho; hanai: Hueu Davis, Kale Davis, and Peke Davis all siblings of Kamehameha’s descendants/heirs; stepsiblings.

1872 - December 11. Kamehameha V - Lot Kamehameha Kapuaiwa died in the Iolani Palace, Honolulu, Oahu.

He was born on December 11, 1830.

His mother Kinau, a Kamehameha descendant, was married to Liholiho - Kamehameha II who married Mataio Kekuanaoa, one of the descendants of Kaumualii of Kauai, a Royal Family member.

1874 - February 3 - William Charles Lunalilo/King Lunalilo died.

His mother was Kekauluohi/Auhea and father was Charles Kanaina.

His mother, Kekauluohi/Auhea was married to Kamehameha, and Kamehameha II - Liholiho before Charles Kanaina and was the step mother to all of Kalaniopuu’s, Kamehameha’s, and Kaumualii’s children, step children, hanai/adopted children.

His step-sibling’s included all of Kamehameha’s children, step-children and hanai. His mother Kekauluohi/Auhea was married to both Kamehameha and Kamehameha II - Liholiho.

Note: Did William Charles Lunalilo/King Lunalilo have a Legal Probate? Answer: No. His mother Kekauluohi/Auhea was the step mother of all of Kalaniopuu’s, Kamehameha’s, and Kaumualii’s children, step children, and hanai /adopted children.

Note: Did King Kalakaua have a Legal Probate? Answer: No.

Because his mother was a hanai/adopted daughter of one of Kamehameha’s descendants, he became part of the Royal Families and not subject to the laws.

His mother was also part of the Permanent members of the House of Nobles, a Permanent part of the Hawaiian Government. There were only two (2) parts that were permanent: 1) Sovereign - heirs and successors; 2) House of Nobles - heirs and successors. The last part or 3rd part of the Three (3) Part government was the voted in, temporary part called the House of Representatives.

1917. November 11 - Liliuokalani, Lydia Kamakaeha Kaolanialii Newewelii/Queen Liliuokalani/Kaeha died.

Note: Did Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani(w) have a Legal Probate? Answer: No.

She maintained that she did not sign a Trust Deed with Samuel Damon, Curtis Iaukea, William Smith et. Als. And that statement showed up in her Will.

Her mother A. Keohokalole was a hanai /adopted daughter of a Kamehameha descendant and she was a Permanent member of the House of Nobles.

Queen Liliuokalani was Abner Paki’s and Konia’s adopted/hanai daughter. They were both Kamehameha descendants.

Queen Liliuokalani was a Royal Person and not subject to the laws.

Meaning: Heirs exists, the Title to lands, including the Crown Lands in the Hawaiian Islands belongs to the Families of Kamehameha.

Summary

The overall study of the Royal Families shows mega fraud, criminal malfeasance by specific problematic people including the Judges/Justices who did conspire against the Royal Families and claimed that their rules became laws.

There are no statutes of limitations when it comes to fraud.  Additionally, the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America is a permanent friendship treaty in which Article XIV can be applied.

Duress, stress, usurpation, coercion, intimidation, genocide, piracy, pillaging are documented.  Duress means that all illegal contracts are null, void, etc.

Our Queen Liliuokalani, subjects loyal to the Queen, friends, were under stress, duress, etc. 

The Crown Land owners exists and proven through intensive and extensive genealogy, history, and legal research.

This is additional evidence/proof for the Royal Families, Kamehameha's descendants/heirs and successors, the Judicial Tribunal, the House of Nobles, Konohiki's, kanaka maoli in support of their land titles, Hawaiian Genealogical Society - Hawaiian Kingdom and for our friends in other nations who have or will have Treaty(ies) with us.

M. Kekuanaoa - Kamehameha's sister Kiilaweau descendant/heir who married Kamehameha's grand daughters:  Pauahi (w) and Kinau (w).  Because two of his wives were married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho, he became the step father of all of Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha's, and Kaumualii's children, step children, and hanai/adopted children.

Pauahi (w) was married to Kamehameha II - Liholiho, His son Kahalaia, then M. Kekuanaoa.  She had Ruth Keelikolani (w).

Mataio Kekuanaoa had son Palua/Paalua/Kapaalua with his first wife Kalehua (w).

Mataio Kekuanaoa married Kinau (w) and had Moses Kaikioewa; Lot Kamehameha - Kamehameha V; David Kamehameha; Alexander Liholiho - Kamehameha IV; and Victoria Kamamalu.

Mataio Kekuanaoa married Kaloloahilani (w) - no children.

Mataio Kekuanaoa married Kalima/Kalimakuhi/Kamahine and had step children:  John Kapena, Sam Kapena, Umiokalani (w); Alenoho; Kapehe (w) et. als.

Kamehameha's had 19 Children, which includes those being researched.              

 Discussion:

So, the foreigners claimed that Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V was the "last of the Kamehameha's"

In 1874, Sanford B. Sanford B. Dole was one of the planners of taking over the King's/Queen's position or the Royal Families genealogies, lands, assets, resources since the 1870's.  

The other planners included Charles Reed Bishop, husband of Bernice Pauahi Bishop, who was a hanai sister/adopted sister of Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, Ruth Keelikolani, et. als.  

Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V died in 1872.

Ruth Keelikolani died in 1883.  

 Ruth Keelikolani was also called "the last of the Kamehameha's" by the foreigners.  She died in 1883.

Ruth Keelikolani died in 1883 and it was claimed to have left all of her lands to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was also claimed to be "the last of the Kamehameha's" by the foreigners, a lie that was promoted and perpetuated by treasonous, conspirators, pirates, pillagers named Sanford B. Dole, Charles Reed Bishop and Friends, et. als.

  

The Truth:

Kamehameha had a total of 19+ children.

Royal Families are Not subject to the laws.  Kamehameha's descendants/heirs existed and were living in Kamehameha's life time.  

Let us review where "the last of the Kamehameha's" Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, Bernice Pauahi Bishop, and Ruth Keelikolani came from:

Mataio Kekuanaoa was part of the Royal Families who are not subject to the laws.

Mataio Kekuanaoa, a successor, a non-Kamehameha descendant/heir of was made heir of a Kamehameha descendant Victoria Kamamalu by the First Circuit Court Judge.

When Mataio Kekuanaoa died, his heir was Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, younger brother of step sister Ruth Keelikolani and hanai sister Bernice Pauahi /Bernice Pauahi Bishop, et. als..

Ruth Keelikolani  who was not the only heir, left her interest to her hanai sister Bernice Pauahi/Bernice Pauahi Bishop.

Problematic Issues

1)  Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, younger brother of step sister Ruth Keelikolani and hanai sister Bernice Pauahi /Bernice Pauahi Bishop were Not the "last of the Kamehameha's".

2)  Kamehameha had a total of 19+ children and the three - Lot Kamehameha/Kamehameha V, younger brother of step sister Ruth Keelikolani and hanai sister Bernice Pauahi /Bernice Pauahi Bishop were from  three (3) out of his 19+ children.

3)  All three (3) were Kamehameha's descendants leaving first cousins existing who were also descendants/heirs of Kamehameha.

4)  All three (3) were Kamehameha's descendants, part of the Royal Families who were Not subject to the laws, as with their siblings/step siblings/cousins who were Kamehameha's descendants/heirs.

5)  They were and remain beneficiaries, reciprocal beneficiaries of all of Kamehameha's lands which includes the Crown Lands, etc.

6)  It was the desire/greed/lust, etc. of the non Royal Families/foreigners/whites/Americans, et., als. to assume Kamehameha's lands since their arrival in the Hawaiian Islands.

7)  The foreigners who made up the third part of the Hawaiian Government, a temporary, voted in position called the House of Representatives helped to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, did conspire, premeditate, pirate, pillage lands, estates, trusts, etc. of the Royal Families.

They were treasonous and did belonged to the third part or temporary voted in part of the three-part government.  The permanent parts of the Hawaiian Government was headed by the Sovereign's / Kamehameha's heirs and successors, and the House of Nobles heirs and successors.

It was the treasonous group which dethroned Queen Liliuokalani and acted as the Provisional Government which was backed by the United States.  

The United States of America became the United States and the American Empire as documented in the Peacock vs. Hawaiian Republic case in 1899. ( see HAWAII REPORTS at the Archives, Main Library, or the Supreme Court Law Library,)

Queen Liliuokalani did state that those who dethroned her was an entity, neither de facto nor de jure.  Reason being that the treasonous persons were only part of the voted in, temporary body of a neutral, friendly, non violent nation which was supported by the United States, England, and the bankers - including the J.P. Morgan bankers who were the investors for bankrupt nations United States, and England due to their American Civil War losses, etc.

8)  The foreigners moved on the genealogies, the history, and the legal activities to accommodate themselves but have been discovered through research the criminal undertakings with the intent to defraud, assume, pirate, pillage what is not theirs, does not belong with documented evidence, etc.

9)  The 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Article XIV is applied against all who have pirated, pillaged, against our Royal Families, which includes Kamehameha III - Kauikeaouli's heirs/descendants and successors which includes Kalaniopuu's, Kamehameha I's, and Kaumualii's children, step children, hanai children/adopted children, and including the House of Nobles permanent members descendants/heirs documented in articles posted for the Judicial Tribunal evidence, etc.

1884 -  Bernice Pauahi Bishop died.  She was claimed to be the "last of the Kamehameha's".  Her heir was Charles Reed Bishop, her next of kin was first cousin Kalola (w).  Kalola (w) had siblings:  Kaluaikau; Alapai; Jane Loeau; Abigail Maheha, J/P. Koakanu, et.als. They were Kamehameha's.

Her husband Charles Reed Bishop had a life interest which he conveyed to the American/foreign Trustees and they were part of the planners, pillagers, pirates who helped to dethrone one of Kamehameha's successors, Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

1959 -  Non Residents, treasonous persons voted for Statehood.  

U.S. President Einsenhower signed a "Executive Order" making Hawaii a State.

"The statehood vote was an attempt to hide an illegal act that began in 1893, with U.S. complicity."

"The Hawaiian Islands were foreign soil...some 2,100 miles beyond U.S. territory.  Based on the international law principle of extraterritoriality, a U.S. joint resolution to annex Hawaii could not legally extend that far."

1988 - Memo from "the U.S. Justice Department issued an advisory to the Department of State in which the unconstitutional and illegal nature of the 1898 Newlands Resolution is quite clearly spelled out.  The memo explains that the Senate rejected an annexation treaty that had been negotiated by President McKinley with the "Republic of Hawaii."

1996 - Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 filed at the Bureau of Conveyances 12/17/96 (281 pages) showing frauds, evidence, genealogies, etc. a "lien on all the Hawaiian Islands" by one of Kamehameha's descendants/heirs -Amelia Gora.

2000 - "Justice memo shows U.S. never legally annexed Hawaii" article printed in the HONOLULU ADVERTISER, Sunday, March 12, 2000 by Steven T. Newcomb which included John Goeman's February 27 op-ed essary about the Supreme Court decision in the Rice case (which) rests on his belief that what "was annexed to the United States in 1898 was the Republic of Hawaii."

2014 -  The Judicial Tribunal documented pillagers, pirates, invoking the 1850 Treaty of the Hawaiian Kingdom and the United States of America, Article XIV.
