All lands of King William Lunalilo with 1/9 interest to Ruth Keelikolani and 2/9 interest to Bernice Pauahi Bishop with a total of 3/9 interest to Kalola (w) who was documented as the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop in 1884, also all lands of Kalola (w) including her husband Luluhiwalani including 2,820+ acres in Waikele, Oahu, Hawaii, etc.

Kamehameha III's Crown Lands were also part of the Estates to Kalola (w) because the Kamehameha III Deed documented that the Crown Lands were the Private Property for himself, his heirs, and successors, forever.

Note:  The Crown Land Deed and the Government Lands Deed was found in research by my brother John and I, Amelia Gora.  No Alien could own Allodial lands which was documented in 1848 and before the permanent treaty of friendship and amity with the United State of America in 1850.  

The Kingdom of Hawaii's land laws, Allodial lands were secured by Kamehameha III for himself and his people before the invasion by the United States of America who was the third nation that recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii as part of the family of nations.

Note:  Belgium recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1841, then Great Britain, the United States of America and France thereafter.  Great Britain, the United States of America and France breached and violated the Treaties, the Protectorate of 1854, and the Neutrality Law of 1854.  The United States of America's Presidents and officers also violated their own U.S. Constitution - Article 6 Supremacy Clause which \documents that Treaties are the Supreme Law of the land.   Failure of following rule of law is documented.  Importantly, Kamehameha III documented that nations which violates the Neutrality Law of 1854 shall be punished as Pirates.  All three (3) nations have failed to resolve their piracies and disregard rule of law even today.

All lands transferred from the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees from 1884 and/

or Charles Reed Bishop who was entitled to only a life interest of 1/3 of the Estate since 1884 to 1915.

Background:

 

Bernice Pauahi was raised with stepsiblings Kalola (female), Kaluaikau (female), Alapai, et. als.

 

Bernice Pauahi was also raised with hanai/adopted sister Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Lydia/ Liliuokalani who became Queen Liliuokalani in 1891.

 

Bernice Pauahi married Charles Reed Bishop.

 

Both assisted in supporting the usurpers who planned to overthrew the Queen in 1893.

 

Bernice Pauahi died in 1884.

 

Her next-of-kin in Probate was Kalola (female).

 

Kalola (female) died.

 

Her son Kahekili died in 1876.

Her hanai/adopted daughter was Abigaila/Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Poomaikelani who later became Princess Poomaikelani.

 

Kahekili and wife Kahananui had son Ioela.

 

Ioela married Abigaila/Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Poomaikelani/ Princess Poomaikelani.

 

Together they had Haili(w), and others.

 

Haili (female) married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka (and siblings).

 

Elikapeka married Joseph Gora/Matsugoro (full name Matsugoro Takeshita - whose ancestors ruled Japan for nearly 300 years) and had John (and siblings).

 

John Gora (an heir of the body of Kamehameha) married Mary Castro (an heir of the body of Kamehameha) and had Amelia Gora (and siblings).

Note:  Amelia Gora (and siblings) are the heir of the body of Kamehameha from 4 of his children, 6 of his stepchildren, 2 of his hanai/adopted children, and 4 of his siblings.

 

Our Kamehameha Dynasty Royal Family members are the Allodial landowners.  The foreign aliens, the conspirators, usurpers are not related to our Royal Family members.

also documented by the Hawaiian Genealogical Society researcher Amelia Gora, heir of the body of Princess Poomaikelani who was the Head of the Hawaiian Genealogical Society in the time of King David Kalakaua who was married to her sister Queen Kapiolani.

Also note that the Princes Kuhio and Kawananakoa were Not the children of Princess Poomaikelani but the children of her youngest sister Princess Kinoiki.  They were conspirators, assisted the usurpers and criminally identity thieved our Princess Poomaikelani who was next in line to be the Sovereign of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees claimed that they were the heirs, and claimed that everyone in the Will was dead.

Reference:  Land Court case #1228.  Note:  the Land Court was created after the invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii 1893.

 

The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates Trustees planned and participated in overthrowing Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

 

Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915.  He had only a life interest.  All interest in the Allodial lands ended on his death.

 

Charles Reed Bishop participated in overthrowing Queen Liliuokalani, his sister-in-law.

 

Legally, he lost all of his interest in lands with his wife Bernice Pauahi Bishop in 1884.

 

Retroactive Rents are Due

 

Retroactive Rents are Due from 1884 for the use of lands belonging to the Royal Family, Abner Paki's stepchildren whose father named Kalaniulumoku died in 1838.

His stepchildren did not plan or participate in overthrowing their hanai/adopted sister Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani.

Note:  Queen Liliuokalani was not listed as the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop in 1884.  Only Kalola (w) was. 

Queen Liliuokalani also denied signing a Trust Deed with the usurpers in 1909.

 Rents Due

 

For the King Street land, the rent is due immediately.

 

Retroactive amount going back to 1884 is due by the end of the month or July 31, 2021.

Supreme Court Case held in October 2025 

A Supreme Court Case of the Kingdom of Hawaii was held with the unanimous verdict of Guilty for Sanford B. Dole who helped the U.S.A./United States of America's Secretary of State and the U.S. Navy in the invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893.

Description	English: View of King Street, Honolulu in 1856. Photograph by Dr. Hugo Stangenwald. Dr. Hugo Stangenwald is credited with having taken this panorama in 1856. The picture looks down a lightly-traveled King Street and shows, among other things (1) the bakery and grocery of Hugh Mclntyre of Greenock, Scotland, who arrived in Honolulu in 1846 and later set up shop here, on the mauka-Waikiki corner of King and Fort Streets. He was succeeded in business at this location by his sons, Hugh E. and George; (2) the large residence of High Chief Abner Paki, built of coral stone in 1847. Later the home of Paki's daughter and son-in-law, the Charles Reed Bishops, "Haleakala"—-as the place was then called ended its existence as the Arlington Hotel. Demolition occurred in late 1900. In early days the site of Paki's house was often called Aikupika (Egypt), for reasons not known. This view was taken long before Bishop Street was cut through; the present location of the grounds would be at or very near the mauka-Ewa corner of King and Bishop; (3) the first Iolani Palace (1844-1875); (4) the Chamberlain house on the mission grounds, built of coral stone in 1830-1831 and still standing; (5) Kawaiahao Church, also of coral stone, dedicated in 1842 and extant. The big round clock was installed in January, 1851; a square stone tower replaced the small steeple about 1885.
