There is a concern that the State of Hawaii operating under Governor Green is in the process of deporting Kanaka Maoli, persons born in the Hawaiian Islands/the Hawaiian archipelago/Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/ Kingdom of Hawaii and the purpose of this communication is that you, the Judges Cease and Desist.
The Kingdom of Hawaii's Permanent Treaty of Friendship and Amity remains in operation because the treaty is between Kamehameha III's heirs and successors and U.S. President Zachary Taylor which was ratified in 1850.
The Treaty as you may know also applies to the U.S. Constitution (1787) Supremacy Clause and the Treaty is the "supreme law of the land" and even the Judges must obey.
CEASE AND DESIST
All Kanaka Maoli are under the protections of our 1840 Constitution, the 1850 Treaty of Kamehameha III and U.S. President Zachary Taylor, and other special immunities granted by our Foreign Affairs office - Acting Liaison of Foreign Affairs - a Royal Person: Amelia Gora.
Cease and Desist from kidnapping and deporting Kanaka Maoli.
If in the event Kanaka Maoli are taken without notifying us, and when found out, this is considered an international incident and the Kanaka Maoli must be returned at your expense.
Annexation Lies Recorded and the State of Hawaii Has No Jurisdiction
There was no Annexation and the State of Hawaii operates on:
(1) President William McKinley's "Proclamation"
(2) President William McKinley's direction to the Army, Navy, and others to "develop a Territory" for the Provisional government turned Republic of Hawaii since 1893.
(3) Disregard of President Grover Cleveland's return of the Kingdom of Hawaii to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.
(4) Military expedition as warned by President Grover Cleveland's Warning to the American people due to violations of the Neutrality Law passed by Kamehameha III in 1854.
(5) Piracy for failure to respect the Kingdom of Hawaii's Neutrality Law as recorded by Kamehameha III in 1854. Such failure would result in the nation(s) shall be punished as pirates.

Kanaka Maoli are identified by those whose ancestors lived in the Hawaiian Archipelago for 2,000 years.
Kanaka Maoli are identified by the Census records up to 1893.
The questions on the Census records included asking our ancestors:
"Are you a kanaka maoli?"
Our ancestors answers were "Yes".

The deceitful usage of language to accommodate Aliens have been utilized over time encouraged by the Judges, Lawyers, Politicians who were Aliens.
Terms used over time: Hawaiians, born in the Islands, locals, local grown, indigenous, native indigenous, aboriginal, Native Hawaiians, etc.
An example of a legal attempt to utilize identities of the True People of the land shows in the RICE VS. CAYETANO case utilizing " Native Hawaiians" term as anyone born in the Hawaiian Islands.
