The following list includes Judges from the U.S. or working for the U.S. affecting laws of the Kingdom of Hawaii over time:
PIRATE JUDGE OFFENSE
Judge Alfred Hartwell Changed Kamehameha III's words "inviolable" to "inalienable".
Judge Sanford B. Dole Became owner of Kamehameha III's Private Property in Waikiki
with 17 Acres.
Dole conveyed hundreds of acres to the participants of those who
helped to participate in genocide against the Kanaka Maoli and
Friends such as the "Sharpshooters" Army of 50.
Also, 2,000 additional "Sharpshooters" were found.
Additionally, 200 former prisoners were found to aid the usurpers.
Dole conveyed Private Properties to many and was also gifted
in land, trips, thousands of dollars per month, and a mansion (s)
by the U.S. for his part in helping the U.S. who invaded Hawaii,
the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893.
Judge Bailey Changed two Deeds into one Deed - The Two types of Deeds:
(1) Allodial Titles/Generational Titles and
(2) Fee Simple - less than Allodial; lease; freehold; 30 years only to
"Allodial in Fee Simple"
Judge Jon Chinen wrote a "bible of the Mahele Book" which changed a number of
Kamehameha III's law under review.
Judge Richardson Changed Kamehameha III's Mahele Laws of 1851 claiming that
"no one can own the water". Other issues under Review.
Judge Ernest Ing Became owner of Kamehameha III's Private Property in Waikiki.
Note: There was NO ANNEXATION, which means the U.S. has No Jurisdiction.
Taxes were gotten from the people with No Representation vs. the Other States under the U.S. which had Representation for the people who were taxed.
