The Legitimate Government in Hawaii Series: Exposing Historical Frauds In Hawaii

The Lahaina, Maui wildfire has brought out many issues uncovering the frauds of a "developed" government by U.S. President William McKinley since 1898.
In 1897 a move to annex Hawaii to the United States was made. But, it was not possible to annex a foreign nation with full ;sovereignty to be part of another sovereign nation.
In 1897, opposition to Annexation was made by Queen Liliuokalani and 40,000 of her supporters were made.
To date, only 20,000+; signatures were found.
In the case Peacock vs. Republic of Hawaii, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, Supreme Court Law Library/Archives/Main Library, Honolulu, Hawaii, two (2) nations were created under U.S. President William McKinley.
The two (2) nations were :
(1) the American Empire - territories were listed under this nation. The territories had no sovereignty.
(2) the United States - nations with Treaties were listed. The nations had full sovereignty.
The Provisional Government, the Republic of Hawaii, "developed" Territory of the United States, turned Territoroyo of Hawaii was added under the American Empire.
The Kingdom of Hawaii was removed from the United States list of nations that had Treaties.
Note: Sanford B. Dole, Charles Reed Bishop et. als. had maintained that there were no more Kamehameha's which meant that the Treaty in 1849 and ratified in 1850 was no longer applicable.
The Truth is that the Kamehameha's descendants existed and documented through research.
Lahaina, Maui Wildfire
The illegitimate State of Hawaii, based on the Military Invasion of 1893 was called on to assist the Lahaina Wildfire victims.
Truth: The State of Hawaii was created by an Executive Order from U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1959.
U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897. Cleveland had the American Flag lowered.
U.S. President William McKinley had the American Flag raised again, ignoring U.S. President Grover Cleveland's moves giving Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani.
U.S. President William McKinley gave assignments/ made the officers Americans, to the Provisional Government officers turned Republic of Hawaii officers then had the Army, Navy, and other personnel "develop" the Territory of the United States turned Territory of Hawaii with Americans running the government under the American Empire.
Fact: The Kingdom of Hawaii with full sovereignty existed since 1843. The American Military Invasion proceeded illegally violating the Treaty, the 1854 Protectorate with breach of stipulations, and the breach of Neutrality Law of 1854, and the agreement of Queen Liliuokalani and the U.S. Junta in 1893.
Note: The illegitimate State of Hawaii a documented occupier in Hawaii that has no Annexation meaning no Jurisdiction has been claiming properties under false pretenses since 1893.
The illegitimate Bishop Estates/Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates claimed to be the owners of lands in Lahaina, etc.
Fact
The Bishop Estates/Bernice Pauahi Bishop was created in 1884 upon the death of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
The Legitimate Trust ended temporarily in 1893 when Charles Reed Bishop and Trustees helped to usurp Queen Liliuokalani and was supported by the U.S. Military who invaded Hawaii in 1893.
Note: The illegitimate Bishop Trust/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Kamehameha Schools have been claiming propertiesj of our Royal Family under false pretenses since 1893.
The Hawaiian Electric Co. were also charged for failures in protecting Americans from the Wildfires.
Fact
The Hawaiian Electric Co. helped to usurp Queen Liliuokalani in 1893 and were supported by the U.S. Military.
Note: The illegitimate Hawaiian Electric Company has been claiming properties under false pretenses since 1893.
SUMMARY
The illegitimate government operations and the entities: Bishop Trust/Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates /Kamehameha Schools and the Hawaiian Electric Company continue to operate by claiming properties under false pretenses.
Adding the facts that they are supported by the U.S. military, FEMA, Booz, Allen & Hamilton, etc.
Additionally, the U.S. has failed to follow the Treaty of 1849 ratified in 1850; the 1854 breach of stipulations (includes U.S., Great Britain, and France) from the 1854 Protectorate over the Kingdom of Hawaii(includes, U.S., Great Britain, and France), the breaches of the 1854 Neutrality Law, and the agreement between Queen Liliuokalani and the U.S. Junta in 1893, which is yet unresolved.
The Kingdom of Hawaii's overseers are the Konohiki, and Assistant Konohiki.
All lawsuits are to be directed to the occupiers that have illegally claimed lands that they do not own any of the real estate in the Kingdom of Hawaii due to illegal occupation, and continued claiming of properties under false pretenses.
Illegal investments have been made over time utilizing lands, monies supported by the U.S. Military and the armed invasion of a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation since 1893.
It is very sad to reveal the truth when so many innocents have died needlessly due to the acts of greedy, fraud based entities who have failed to follow rule of law, etc.
It is with heartfelt hope that the loss of loved ones will not be forgotten and what minimal assistance from our Legitimate Government of Hawaii can do will also be made available to kanaka maoli and friends.
The criminal claims of non-owners are affected by this legal notice because the Kamehameha Family exists and own the Allodial lands, the forever lands in the Hawaiian Islands.
Know that there was No Annexation, which means that there is No Jurisdiction by the U.S. in the Hawaiian Islands.
It is good that funds have been released to the people by the :U.S., most of which has been made from unresolved issues of a full sovereign nation - the Kingdom of Hawaii vs. the State of Hawaii based on a 1/50% shared sovereignty from the U.S. Armed invasion against a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation.
Note: we will be assigning some of our Private Properties to kanaka maoli affected by the Lahaina Wildfires, and other islands. Note that the illegitimate Bishop Estates/ Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates/Kamehameha Schools are Not the landowners/ Allodial landowners and had they have criminally claimed the "life interest" of Charles Reed Bishop who died in 1915.
