Background:
Kamehameha descendants
1871 - Kuakamauna one of Kamehameha's sons died. His brothers were Pea and Kalanihelemaiiluna.
Kuakamaunas daughter was Hooleia whose heirs were: Leleiohoku who married Ruth Keelikolani; Akahi who was Leleiohokus stepmother; and Kahekili the great grandson of Kalanihelemaiiluna.
Kalanihelemaiiluna had two (2) sons: (1) Kalaniulumoku, and (2) Paki/Abner Paki. Kalaniulumoku died in 1838 and his brother Paki/ Abner Paki married his widow Kakainaalii. his brothers children were: Kalola, Kaluaikau, Alapai, et. als. Abner Pakis child was Bernice Pauahi who married Charles Reed Bishop. his hanai/adopted daughter was Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani.
Kalola was the mother of Kahekili who entered the Probate case. her hanai/adopted daughter was Abigaila/Kapooloku/Poomaikelani/ Princess Poomaikelani.
Kahekili became an heir with his wife Kahananui who had son named Ioela.
1874 - Sanford B. Dole began to write articles claiming the last of the Kamehameha's.
1876 - Kahekili died. he was survived by his wife Kahananui and son Ioela.
1883 - Princess Ruth Keelikolani died leaving lands and artifacts to her stepsister Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died leaving her husband Charles Reed Bishop a dower interest - 1/3 of the Estate for his lifetime only.
Her Trustees were: Samuel Damon et. als. Note: Samuel Damon was listed on the Will of Bernice Pauahi Bishop and received Moanalua, etc. lands. Damon was an alien and could not obtain Allodial lands which were reserved for the Alii/Royal Family and kanaka maoli/Hawaii ko pae aina/ko pae aina only. He was Bernice Pauahi Bishop's executor and conveyed more than 119,000 acres to the U.S. Military, and played an important role in assuming lands, monies, and helped plan the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani.
His role included selling more than 116,000 + acres of land to the United States military which the military used in part to store fuel which rusted out and contaminated the waters on Oahu. The massive tanks filled with jet fuel continues to seep into the drinking water of most of the island of Oahu.
Damon was second under Sanford B. Dole, and an executive with Oahu Rail and Land Company working with former American Civil War general Alfred Hartwell who also sold land to the U.S. government.
The bloodline heirs of Kalola, next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop
Next-of-kin on record was Kalola, a stepsister, and cousin. Kalolas siblings were Kaluaikau, Alapai - who was a member of the House of Nobles., and other stepsiblings. Queen Liliuokalani was a hanai /adopted daughter of Paki and Konia.
1886 - Kalola died. She left a daughter in law named Kahananui and a hanai/adopted daughter named Kapooloku/Poomaikelani/ Princess Poomaikelani. Kalola also left a grandson named Ioela.
Ioela married Abiaila/Kapooloku/Poomaikelani/Princess Poomaikelani and had Haili who married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka and others.
Elikapeka and Joseph Gora and had John Gora and others. John Gora and Mary Castro had Amelia Gora and others.
Conspirators, Treasonous Persons
Charles Reed Bishop helped to usurp Queen Liliuokalani and ran with monies and lands that he was not entitled to.
Note: Bishop lost his life interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop due to his treasonous activities. he along with his partners were documented conspirators.
1893 - Samuel Damon, William O. Smith, Charles Reed Bishop, Sanford B. Dole, Lorrin Thurston, et. als. helped to plan the Queens dethronement.
1915 - Charles Reed Bishop died. His life interest expired upon his death.

OBSERVATION:
Judge Stuart exposed the Corruptions in the Hawaiian Islands, in the claimed governments, and the courts, etc.............He complained about the usurpers to his President Wilson..............Wilson destroyed his letters by cutting it up and giving parts to those who were being written about.
Wilson threw his parts into the trash can.
Interesting man Judge Stuart....he bluntly admitted that the Bishop Estates was set up for the "real purposes of taking care of the trustees and hangers-on..."

Bishop Estates Trustees
They received a deed from Charles Reed Bishops for his life interest in Liber 142 page 142, and not forever interests granted to only our Alii and kanaka maoli by Kamehameha III.
Charles Reed Bishop and Trustees conveyed lands that they did not own to the U.S. etc.
The Trustees over time failed to pay rents to Kalolas heirs and claimed that everyone in the will died and they made themselves heirs.

Note: All Alii/kanaka maoli/Hawaii ko pae aina lands are private properties.

Kamehameha III - Crown Lands for himself, his heirs, and successors.
government Lands to be overseen by the House of Nobles, and Minister of Interior would assign lots for 30 years only.
Queen Kalama - Her dower went to Kamehameha IV.
Kamehameha IV - died intestate.
Queen Emma - Her dower went to the Hawaiian government.
Kamehameha V - a Trust Deed went to C.C. Harris et. al. Trust Note: Harris was a former American Civil War general.
King Lunalilo - a Trust Deed was made over to C.H. Judd Trust. Note: The Judds were conspirators, treasonous persons.
Note: In a Deed from Mataio Kekuanaoa and wife #5 Kalima to C. .Judd, his brother Albert Francis Judd was a witness. Later in the Probate of Mataio Kekuanaoa, the Aliens claimed that the last wife of Mataio Kekuanaoa was Kinau. - Evidence of Fraud in Liber 19 page 12, and page 175, Bureau of Conveyances, Honolulu, Oahu, Hawaii.

In the Probate of King Lunalilo, his interests went to Charles Kanaina, his father.

Note: A total of three (3) shares was Bernice Pauahi Bishop's share after Ruth Keelikolani died which was inherited by Kalola as the next-of-kin.

King Kalakaua - a Trust Deed was made out to S.M. Damon et.al. Trusts. Note: S.M. Damon helped to plan the dethronement of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, etc.
Queen Liliuokalani - a Fraud Trust was created in 1909 by conspirators and denied by Queen Liliuokalani. The trustees were: Archibald Cleghorn ; W.O. Smith, and Curtis Iaukea.
Note: Some of the Alii lands and kanaka maoli/Hawaii ko pae aina/ko pae aina lands were wrongfully assumed by the Trustees, etc.

Problematic Issues
Two (2) billion dollars are missing according to the Whistleblower records which remains unaccounted for.
The KSBE sells lands that does not belong to them, the trustees have no titles, no Allodial land ownership.
The Trust created is under the jurisdiction of the Hawaiian Kingdom /Kingdom of Hawaii.
Some of the trustees, et. als. ancestors are listed in the Provisional government or those who helped to dethrone Queen Liliuokalani in 1893. Example is WILHELM.

Overseers of the Trusts
The Legitimate government also known as the Hawaiian Kingdom /Kingdom of Hawaii and not the created entity since the time of the following shows the Aliens assumption of private properties/lands that they do not have title to or can never own Allodial lands :
1893 - Provisional government - had no sovereignty.
1895 - Republic of Hawaii - had no sovereignty.
1893, 1894, and 1897 - U.S. President Grover Cleveland Gave Hawaii Back three (3x) times to Queen Liliuokalani and U.S. President William McKinley ignored the facts and did War with Spain four (4) days before obtaining the approval of U.S. Congress.
1897 - Queen Liliuokalani and 40,000 subjects opposed Annexation.

1912 - Attorney general of the Territory of Hawaii falsely claimed themselves to be the successor of the Hawaiian Kingdom /Kingdom of Hawaii.

2021 - Claimed our Royal Familys interests in Princess Ruth Keelikolanis Palace/ land owned by Leleiohoku. Claims for the artifacts which were transferred to the Bishop Museum by non-owners was made by our Royal Family.

Name changes have been made on our records for the Kamehameha Schools to be changed to Kamehameha Dynasty Schools, and the Bishop Museum to Kamehameha Dynasty Museum effective immediately.
Rents are due for all of our Allodial lands sold or claimed by the Trustees of the Kamehameha Schools, etc. with the assistance of the occupier/alien judicial system operating in the Hawaiian Islands which came to life under the Presidential Executive Order in 1959 and received 1/50% interest in sovereignty or shared sovereignty with 49 states, while the Hawaiian Kingdom /Kingdom of Hawaii maintains a 100% sovereignty.
Note: The Royal Family with Kamehameha bloodlines exist, and the United Nations Dr. Alfred de Zayas recognized that the Hawaiian Kingdom /Kingdom of Hawaii exists.

Rents due retroactive to 1893 when Charles Reed Bishop actively played a role in dethroning Queen Liliuokalani and pirated, pillaged not only the Kingdom /Hawaiian Kingdom's monies but also our Royal Familys assets, conveying lands without having Allodial titles, etc.
Rents of $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893 is due and owed to our Royal Family- the descendants and heirs of Kalola who is connected to other descendants/heirs of Kamehameha our ancestor.
Note: I, Amelia Gora, Royal Family Representative, am a descendant of four (4) of Kamehameha's children : Kaoleioku, Kamehameha III- Kauikeaouli, Kalanihelemaiiluna, and Kanekapolei 2. The tract of land consisted of 40 acres of rice patties and lo’i (taro patches) that were transformed by Macintyre, into vast lawns with shade trees, palms, mangoes, monkey pod trees and tropical plants and flowers that were imported from all over the world.
