SUMMARY

The U.S. backed Pirates, Racketeers, etc. have perpetuated crimes of piracy, racketeering, everything covered in Article XIV of the Permanent Amity and Friendship Treaty ratified by Kamehameha III in 1850.

The Americans listed above disregarded rule of law, became identity thieves and conveyed lands to the wrongdoeers who helped them.

They also conveyed lands that they did not own to the Territory, State of Hawaii, the United States government, the "Sharpshooters" and others who killed Hawaiians in 1893, etc.

Guns, ammunition, pamphlets on how to war was provided by the United States government who was bankrupt in 1893. They were out of gold.

Piracy was engaged in by collecting taxes off of lands that they did not own.

Occupation of Private Properties, Royal Family's lands, 551 public schools utilizing Private Properties, the Iolani Palace, the Supreme Court Building and other buildings were occupied by treasonous persons, identity thieves in the Hawaian Islands since 1893 disregarding rule of law, treaties, breaching the Protectorate Treaty of 1854, and the Neutrality Law of 1854.

U.S. President warned Americans about the wrongs against a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation and did give Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897.

The U.S. Presidents since William McKinley disregarded the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution since 1897 and has lied to the World that the subjects of the Kingdom of Hawaii were in agreement to an Annexation.

In 1912, evidence of Identity theft by the United States and agents shows in the PA PELEKANE case because the Attorney General claimed that the 'territory of Hawaii....was the successor of the Kingdom of Hawaii'.

The Kingdom of Hawaii has Sovereignty, recognized in 1810 as a Monarchy government, then in 1840 as a Constitutional Monarchy government.

U.S. President Grover Cleveland documented that the Kingdom of Hawaii was the Legitimate government.

Since 1893, the United States began to charge taxes headed by George W. Macy, then stole the Kingdom of Hawaii's monies more than $279,000 from the treasury, the Post Office savings, the gold, other minerals, the water rights with no regard for rule of law.

Violations of international law has been ongoing since 1893, thousands of dollars, trips, mansions were built for the identity thieves, Pirates, Racketeers supporting American Pirates who continue to violate rule of law, the permanent friendship and amity treaty, the Neutrality law and even the U.S. Constitution supremacy clause, article 6.

Burials were found on our Royal Family's properties located in downtown Honolulu, specifically Ruth Keelikolani Palace/Keoua Hale.

The State of Hawaii failed to inform us of the find and informed the Trespassers the Department of Education only.

The State of Hawaii are Not the Allodial landowners and have failed to pay rents and were informed of their eviction status.

Background

The land was owned by Ruth Keelikolani heir of Leleiohoku and son Kinau. Her next-of-kin was Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Ruth died in 1883.

Bernice Pauahi Bishop lived on the premises until her death in 1884. Her next-of-kin was Kalola (w) who inherited 2/3 interest in the Estate and Bernice's husband Charles Reed Bishop inheritted a life interest in 1/3 interest of the Estate.

Charles Reed Bishop conspired against the Queen Liliuokalani and was a treasonous person.

Bishop conveyed the property of Ruth Keelikolani's Palace known as Keoua Hale to the Provisional government turned Republic of Hawaii.

Kalola(w) heirs of her body conveyed nothing to the Department of Education.

Charles Reed Bishop died in 1915 and all of the Estate belonged to Kalola (w) heirs of her body.

The State of Hawaii an illegal set up government disregards the claims that were submitted by myself and others (I, Amelia Gora, am a representative of our Royal Family).

Rents for our Royal Family was sent to Governor Green et. als. which was billed $50,000 per acre per month retroactive to 1893. The amount of acres are four (4).

To date, the State of Hawaii has failed to pay for rent and have been informed of the Eviction from our Royal Family's Allodial lands.

Add to the fact that the State of Hawaii are NOT the landowners, recent discovery of burials on our property was made and only the State of Hawaii and Department of Education was notified of the burials.

The true Allodial landowners were not notified.

We had met on the properties and met for about a year and was threatened by the Principal and Vice Principals that we would be arrested if we returned, etc. My personal properties were left their until we returned. My personal properties inclluded stand up fans, boxes of supplies, etc.

Legal documents were processed, served, and the Governor Green fails to follow through and fails to meet with us .....served notices means nothing which means the Governor Green fails to follow rule of law, fails to follow the Permanent Treaty, Protectorate Treaty, Neutrallity Law, the U.S. Constitution - including Supremacy Clause.

Know that the Governor and his people have sworn to the U.S. Constitution in assuming U.S. Government positions.

There was No Annexation, it was all lies. Meaning? the U.S. has No Jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islalnds.

The findings of our burials on our land cannot be disturbed and the buildings and whatever structures on our land must be removed at the State of Hawaii's expense as documented in the cases of our Kingdom of Hawaii HAWAII REPORTS showing case precedence, etc.
