This Legal Advisory/Notice is sent to everyone with the purpose to inform all that the Kingdom of Hawaii is occupied by the U.S. who is warring with others without following rule of law.
The Kingdom of Hawaii has a treaty with Russia since 1869.
The Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom was also recognized as the most favored nation.
"There shall be a recipricol liberty, of commerce and navigation between Russia and the Hawaiian Kingdom."
The Treaty was open for continuation.
When the U.S. invaded the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893, many of the camphor chests containing treaties, treasures was confiscated, destroyed, etc.

Important for all to know that the U.S. did not Annex the Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom which means that the U.S. has No Jurisdiction.
Many Treaties continue on and it is important to know that the rule of law is not followed by the U.S., Great Britain, France, et.als.
For example, Kamehameha III's Neutrality Law of 1854 was breached by all three (3) nations: U.S., Great Britain, and France, and they have the status of Pirates since 1893.
There were three (3) U.S. Presidents who have violated the U.S. Constitution:
(1) U.S. President Benjamin Harrison who supported the 2,050 Sharpshooters, etc. in the Kingdom of Hawaii who were provided weapons and pamphlets on how to fight/War prior to the invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1893.
(2) U.S. President William McKinley who started War with Spain in 1898. He began the War four (4) days before getting the approval from U.S. Congress.
(3) U.S. President Joe Biden who has provided weapons,missiles to be fired upon Russia. The U.S. involvement is due to the American military/technicians who operate the equipment to set the missiles towards Russia because the supported nations are not capable of operating the highly technical equipment.
It is for the above reasons that we enter these facts for the records, and inform all Nations that the Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Kingdom remains a neutral, friendly, non-violent nation since 1854 from the time that Kamehameha III passed the Neutrality Law.
The Kingdom of Hawaii and Russia's Treaty stands. Stop the War Now.
The Kingdom of Hawaii's Treaty also affects the Supremacy Clause - article 6 of the U.S. Constitution.
