Keeper for Evidence: 1850 Alodio Lands are Secured to Them - Case Precedence.
The following two (2) cases are Important Keepers:
(1) Kekiekie vs. Dennis, HAWAIIAN REPORTS, 1851, Supreme Court Law Library, Honolulu, Oahu Hawaii.
(2) Kepani vs. John Watson - see article below.
The following should be kept with your land records - the Royal Patent; the Land Commission Award; and the Survey. Be sure that you have your genealogies in place and other information pertinent to your Allodial titles:
Note: Be sure that your land records has "Allodial " on it. Any other, Fee Simple, Freehold are not Allodial titles and these cannot be defended as for ever /Allodial lands.
SUMMARY
There are other case precedence in supporting and maintaining your Allodial titles.
Caution: The laws applicable are from the Legitimate Government in Hawaii - the Kingdom of Hawaii and not the occupiers: Provisional government, turned Republic of Hawaii, the developed by the U.S. Army, Navy, and other personnel into the Territory of the United States and made by U.S. President Executive Order into the State of Hawaii.
