Note: Other siblings of Lot were: J.W.D. Paalua/Paalua; Ruth Keelikolani; Moses Kekuaiwa; David Kamehameha; Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV; Victoria Kamamalu; Kapena; John Kapena; Sam Kapena; and Umiokalani. Bernice Pauahi's stepsiblings with her Abner Paki Family: Kalola, Kaluaikau, Alapai, Abigail Maheha, et. als.; and hanai/adopted sister: Kaeha/Kamakaeha/Makaeha/Lydia/Liliuokalani/Queen Liliuokalani. 1876 - King Kalakaua signed a fraud deed over Halawa lands/Ahupuaa which included Pearl Harbor. He deeded an already deed land to Grace Kamaikui and Mataio Kekuanaoa. Grace Kamaikui, our ancestor died in 1866. Mataio Kekuanaoa, our ancestor died in 1868. 1882 -

Gale Esq. from Minneapolis and W. Foster Esq., from San Francisco were Yale Graduates.....both lawyers..."What does this indicate? Has "Yale" any secret designs on the Islands of the Pacific?" note: see below for a partial list of Yale graduates. The former President GW Bush for example is listed. He's a documented Mason/Freemason (see videos below) and some kanaka maoli claim that his family is originally from the Hawaiian Islands and he has relatives living on Kauai. 1883 - Ruth keelikolani died. Her next-of-kin listed Bernice Pauahi Bishop. 1884 -
· Bernice Pauahi dies on October 16 at age 52. She leaves 378,569 acres of land in trust. The will she leaves instruct them to build Kamehameha schools. Note: The 378,569 acres were Allodial lands belonging to her next-of-kin Kalola. Charles Reed Bishop inherited a dower for his lifetime only. He inherited 1/2 of the estate temporarily. Bernice Pauahi died from breast cancer. She was given an exhorbitant amount of OPIUM for pain. Kalola (w) was the only person documented as next of kin. Another heir with only a life-interest was Charles Reed Bishop. Charles Reed Bishop signed away his "life interest" to the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates. See Bureau of Conveyances, Liber 142/page 142. The Bureau of Conveyances sits on our families lands, the land of Kalaniulumoku brother of Abner Paki. Our families hold title to these lands. Bernice Pauahi Bishop died in Princess Ruth Keelikolani’s Palace. Bernice Pauahi Bishop next-of-kin was Kalola her cousin and stepsister. Charles Reed Bishop had a dower interest for his lifetime only. He had 50% interest and Kalola and heirs 50% interest then 100% after Charles Reed Bishop’s death...1893 - Charles Reed Bishop committed treason and lost all interest in lands... 1885 - Queen Emma died. She was the widow of Alexander Liholiho/Kamehameha IV. She had proclaimed that she was the heir of King Lunalilo after his father Charles Kanaina died. The Proclamation was made after King Lunalilo had passed away from tuberculosis. Her adoptive father Dr. TCB Rooke was a Mason/Freemason. Only TCB Rooke had adopted Emma, the daughter of Fanny Kekela Young and Naea (k). TCB Rooke was the second husband of her true aunt Grace Kamaikui Young who had three (3) children with Isaac Davis her father's English friend. They were Hueu Davis; Kale Davis; and Peke Davis. Descendants/heirs of the John Young's and Isaac Davis exists today. The treasonous justices of the Supreme Court criminally assumed that their rules became law and moved as if they were in fact higher than the Sovereign AND the House of Nobles. jThe Supreme Court Justices were but a body of non-bloods, not connected, descendants, heirs of the Sovereign and the House of Nobles - the two permanent parts of the Hawaiian Government. They belonged to the third part of the Hawaiian Government, a temporary group which was named as the House of Representatives which became the treasonous branch called the Provisional Government, the Republic of Hawaii, the Territory of Hawaii, then the State of Hawaii with Oppositions by our Royal Families, subjects of Queen Liliuokalani, kanaka maoli, and subjects of Ko Hawaii Pae Aina/Hawaiian Kingdom/Kingdom of Hawaii/Hawaiian Islands/ Hawaiian archipelago over time. The majority of the House of Representatives branch were treasonous Masons/Freemasons. 1886 - Kalola died. Her grandson Ioela married Abigaila/Kapooloku/Kapoolohu/Poomaikelani/ Princess Poomaikelani who was Kalola's hanai/adopted daughter. They had Haili who married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka (and siblings). They had Elikapeka who married 1887 Kamehameha Schools: · November 4, 1887 the first Kamehameha boys school opened with 39 boys Masons/Freemasons held guns to their associate Mason/Freemason King David Kalakaua and forced him to sign a new Constitution giving them power. Under duress, stress, coercion, usurpation, Kalakaua signed. 1891 - King David Kalakaua had stopped presenting medals to others. The medals were symbols of Mason/Freemason activities. It appears that he recognized the wickedness of the Masons/Freemasons. He had been married previously to a descendant of Kahekili of Maui and had two children. He married Kapiolani, a descendant of Kaumualii of Kauai and a widow who had an adopted son. Kapiolani was the hanai daughter of a Kamehameha descendant named Kaluakini my great grandfather. She was the hanai sister of my grandmother. King David Kalakaua died. He had designated his brother, then his sister Liliuokalani who had married Mason/Freemason John Dominis. Others that he designated as heirs were his sister Likelike; his wife's sister's Poomaikelani, our great great grandmother; Kinoiki who was the mother of Princes Edward, Kuhio, and Kawananakoa. Queen Liliuokalani became the successor based on the selections of King Kalakaua. Kamehameha Schools: · The first boys graduation class with 14 boys 1892 - U.S. Representative Benjamin Tracy is documented as planning the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani in Makua, Waianae on the ranch of Lorrin Thurston's family. The Ahupuaa of Makua belongs to the Kamehameha descendants/heirs existing then and exists today. It had been under the care of King Kalakaua's and Queen Liliuokalani's mother Keohokalole (w). 1893 - January 3, '1893 - Hundreds of Masons/Freemasons from around the World gathered to celebrate THE NEW TEMPLE in Honolulu. They proclaimed that Honolulu was the 'home city' of the Masons/Freemasons. - January 8. 1893 - Premeditation to take over Pearl Harbor was documented by Congress, and the former American Civil War General, a Mason/Freemason U.S. President who did help to plan the overthrow of Queen Liliuokalani. 1895 - Princess Poomaikelani died. Queen Liliuokalani called her a daughter. She had taken care of Prince Edward who died. His brothers were Masons/Freemasons Princes Kuhio and Kalanianaole. Princess Poomaikelani/Kapooloku/Kapapoko/Abigaila was our great great grandmother. Princess Poomaikelani was a hanai/adopted daughter of Kalola. She married Kalola's grandson Ioela and had daughter Haili (and other children). Haili married Kaluakini and had Elikapeka (and other children). Elikapeka married Joseph Gora and had John (and siblings: Joseph, William, Jolly, Walter, Lawrence, and Francis).. Charles Reed Bishop conveyed Princess Ruth Keelikolani’s Palace to the Provisional governments Department of Education ... Bishop did not own the property other lands artifacts monies etc. Who Are the owners? Kalola’s descendants and heirs ! The Bernice Pauahi Bishop Trustees are not the heirs nor are they the owners! Their Oppositions/ signatures were hidden in the National Archives in Maryland and rediscovered by researcher Noenoe Silva, etc. · Kamehameha Schools - The first girls graduating class with 15 of them 1899 - Queen Kapiolani died. She had given Masons/Freemasons Princes Kuhio and Kalanianaole a deed with the instructions to file it AFTER she died. They hurriedly filed it shortly after and did not wait till AFTER she died. Queen Kapiolani publicly opposed the Deed's filings and it was recorded in the newspapers of the period. The case went to court and the Masons/Freemason Justices sided for the Princes Kuhio and Kalanianaole. Note: Prince Kuhio, a treasonous person, supported Annexation of Hawaii to the United States. 1907 Kamehameha Schools: · 20th anniversary of Kamehameha schools, with 163 students at the boys and 94 girls schools and 69 at the preparatory school 1915 - Charles Reed Bishop died. He left monies to many including Kamehameha Schools, and Punahou Schools. Most of the monies was not his. He lost all interest in the Kamehameha's monies in 1893 due to his collusion, conspiracy, and treasonous activities.
If that were not the case he would have lost all interest in1915 when he died and had only a life interest. Kalola's descendants/heirs and successors became 100% owners of all the Allodial lands from Ruth Keelikolani, and Bernice Pauahi Bishop because Kalola was the next-of-jkin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Bernice Pauahi Bishop was the next-of-kin to Ruth Keelikolani who died in 1883. 1916 Kamehameha Schools: · Charles E king criticizes Kamehameha schools saying that we need to prepare students for college and future jobs
1917 - Queen Liliuokalani died. She was a hanai sister of Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was married to Mason/Freemason Charles Reed Bishop. Bishop had denied her relationship in the Probates of Abner Paki, the father of Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Note: Queen Liliuokalani had set up a trust with her hanai daughter Kaaumoana our ancestor in 1872. A Fraud Trust was created in 1909 by treasonous persons named Archibald Cleghorn, William O. Smith, and Curtis Iaukea. William O. Smith et. als. also helped to create the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates in 1884, then premeditated the overthrow of the Queen in 1893, and set up the Fraud Trust for the Queen in 1909 which was used to assume all lands, assets, mineral rights of the Royal Family. 1923 Kamehameha Schools: · The trustees hire Frank Midkiff as president to raise academic standards at Kamehameha schools.
1924 Kamehameha Schools: · The senior home management cottage at the Kamehameha school for girls, were students who practiced being good mothers taking care of real babies
1943 Kamehameha Schools: · Senator William and David criticize the way Frank Midkiff did changes.
1949 Kamehameha Schools: · Total enrollment at Kamehameha schools reach 1,000 1959 - U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower signed an Executive Order making Hawaii the 50th State of the United States. Opposition to Statehood was made by one of Kamehameha's descendants named Harold Abel Cathcart. His cousin, my great grandmother Mele Keawe Kauweloa supported him through assistance with genealogies, and opposing Statehood. · Hawaii became the 50th state, which had no Annexation, but made a State with "shared sovereignty" or 1/50 interest in sovereignty with the other 49 States in the U.S. Note: The Provisional Government was supported by the U.S., then became the Republic of Hawaii. U.S. President McKinley had the Army, Navy, and other personnel "develop" the Territory of the United States. A False claim to Annexation was made and the Territory was called the Territory of Hawaii. In 1898, U.S. President McKinley ignored the facts that U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii Back to Queen Liliuokalani three (3x) times - 1893, 1894, and 1897. McKinley turned the United States into two (2) nations: (1) United States - dealt with nations that had treaties, and (2) the American Empire - dealt with Territories and had no Treaties. Territories had no Sovereignty. Importantly, the Kingdom of Hawaii had sovereignty, the White Supremacists/ Annexationists created Provisional Government had no sovereignty; and the Republic of Hawaii had n sovereignty also. 1969 - The U.S. Library of Congress released the information 71 years later - that there was no annexation, which meant the U.S. has no jurisdiction in the Hawaiian Islands. The claims to Statehood is a Fraud. Pearl Harbor claims to ownership is a Fraud, because it was only a Lease. The War with Spain began 4 days before obtaining the approval of Congress, and contrary to the U.S. Constitution. U.S. President McKinley broke the rule of law, the U.S. Constitution, etc. U.S. President McKinley had the Army, Navy, and other personnel help "develop" the Territory of Hawaii and ignored the fact that U.S. President Grover Cleveland had given Hawaii back to Queen Liliuokalani in 1893, 1894, and 1897. This left transactions open and free from public scrutiny, etc. 1971 Kamehameha Schools: · The trustees allow Takabuki to handle the entire asset and investing instead of doing it together; the will says they need to make joint decisions as a board. · Protestors break out when Matsuo Tababuku favored Governoe Jack burns, he is named as Bishop Estate 1986 - Greg Wongham, Whistleblower Info: The Hawaii Attorney General suggested to create an agency to deny or frustrate due process of law from OHA/ Office of Hawaiian Affairs. Governor Ariyoshi's participation bailed oout the Japanese banks, obtained monies from VFW/Beterans of Foreign Wars and defrauded the Hawaiian people. "Mr. Hamasu was hired by the people who were tied to illegal activities." ---$100,000 from Sand Island Business Association (SIBA) ---$75,000 to $100,000,00 a year for his salary for 7 years or so". VFW/Beterans of Foreign Wars won a $1.5 Million Dollar settlement. The property appraisal was for $5.4 Million of "ceded lalnds" from the State who illegally sold the "ceded lands". Permission for the leasing term leases were made by the DLNR/Department of Land and Natural Resources and the Board of Land and Natural Resources /BLNR. September 25. The Kamehameha Schools planning survey was conducted by the firm of Booz, Allen & Hamilton for the Trustees of the Bernice P. Bishop Estate. The survey had been conducted in accordance with the proposal letter dated May 6, 1960, which was accepted by the trustees on July 29, 1960.
The Survey Team – consisted of seven selected persons. They were selected by the Management Consultants, and with the Trustees of the Bernice P. Bishop Estate:

The Survey Schedule – began on August 1960 and completed September 1961. The full cycle of observations was done on the Kamehameha Schools.
“Mrs. Bishop’s will, legal decisions and opinions, basic documents, minutes, records, previous survey reports, and financial reports were reviewed by members of the survey team.
Carefully selected persons were interviewed throughout the state, individually and as members of groups. The survey team SELECTED the persons interviewed, thereby being a biased controlled group, taking into account suggestions of the trustees, the president, and others. In total, more than 600 persons were interviewed:

Sixteen Chapters and a Total of four (4) Volumes were compiled for this study. Recommendations, input from the above were requested for.
Recommendations – are far-reaching and demanding. “The trustees and administration should move forward with their implementation as rapidly as possible. The two major factors limiting the freedom of the trustees are as follows:
3. Court approval required. Request for approval from the Attorney General and the courts needed. 4. Income was needed to increase the operations of the schools cost. The trustees woud need to increase estate income as rapidly as feasible and, in anticipation of income, prepare the schools to MOVE FORWARD AS RAPIDLY AS THE INCOME BECOMES AVAILABLE.
Conclusion – “The survey team BELIEVES THAT THE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SERVICE CONFRONTING THE KAMEHAMEHA SCHOOLS ARE VIRTUALLY LIMITLESS. THE KAMEHAMEHA SCHOOLS OFFER PROMISE OF BEING THE MOST INTERESTING AND WORTHWHILE EDUCATIONAL ENTERPRISE IN THE UNITED STATES IN THE DECADES IMMEDIATELY AHEAD.”
“As noted above, this survey report provides a long-range plan designed specifically to help the schools REALIZE THEIR POTENTIAL IMPORTANCE.
To take advantage of available opportunities for service and to develop The Kamehameha Schools into the outstanding institutions they can and should become will require continuing effort on the part of the trustees, the president, administrators, teachers, parents, students, and alumni alike. Through strong leadership from the trustees and president and the exertion of the needed effort, the fundamental educational purposes of MRS. BISHOP CAN BEST BE ACHIEVED IN THE HAWAII OF TODAY AND THE DECADES AHEAD. With dynamic, forward-looking leadership, and the FINANCIAL RESOURCES THAT ARE POTENTIALLY AVAILABLE, THE BISHOP ESTATE COULD BECOME THE MOST SIGNIFICANT EDUCATION FOUNDATION IN THE UNITED STATES.
We have individually and as a survey team appreciated this opportunity to be of assistance to The Trustees of the Bernice P. Bishop Estate and to the Kamehameha Schools. We shall look forward to opportunities to be of further service in the years ahead.”
Out of the files of the State Archives of Hawaii; 371.2; K15-B, Vol 1; 2; 3 and 4. This report was stated as Confidential and intended only for The Trustees of the Bernice P. Bishop Estates. However, because the State Archives is a Public Record locale, this was retrieved by one of the Researchers and a copy was obtained with difficulty.
(It is of Significant interest that the Bernice Pauahi’s Will was reviewed, in actuality the Kamehameha Schools were to operate on my great grandmother’s 9,000+ acres of land. Terrorist attorney, banker, plantation owner Charles Reed Bishop had claimed that Akahi, my great grandmother, legally my great great grandmother had no descendants. Fraud, criminal deceit, criminal malfeasance is documented.
Bernice Pauahi’s Probate shows that her heir is Kalola (w). Heirs EXIST such as our families.
The recommendations for the use of funds were secured from a biased group, which was carefully selected, another group to be considered as a Partners in Crime.
The Kamehameha Schools are built on the lands belonging to my families. My ancestor Nuuanu (k) was the konohiki/caretaker of Kapalama. He shared in properties of Kauikeouli/Kamehameha III, etc. Nuuanu (k) was the father-in-law of my ancestor Akahi (w). Criminal claims, Fraud, deceit claimed by The Kamehameha Schools.
Bernice Pauahi WAS NOT THE LAST OF THE KAMEHAMEHA’s. HER LINE DIED OUT. She had several Hawaiian/kanaka maoli husbands. She was the one who married the Terrorist, Charles Reed Bishop. She was the hanai mother of OPUNUI (k) of whom my ancestor’s married on my maternal genealogical lines.)

The Booz and Allen group were the same names that came up in the IRAQ War studies, etc. The above information reveals evidence of a Crime against our Royal Family, the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop. The criminal, pirate Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are indeed documented criminals and no different from a thief who steals throughout the day. The difference of this crime is that it is an ongoing crime supported by the U.S. through the NSA which engages in the assistance of the Booz, Allen & Hamilton agency. The Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are not the Allodial, Superior, Paramount land title owners because we are. Fraud vitiates all claims and all contracts. 1994 Kamehameha Schools: · Oswald Stender is named trustee after bypassing all of the people that were qualified for the job
1995 Kamehameha Schools · Trustees go forth with building Kamehameha schools on the neighbor islands Greg Wongham, Whistleblower Info: Land for cash proposed and covered up. to replace the stolen $64.4 Million. 1996 - Affidavit/Lien No. 96-177455 filed on 12/17/1996 (281 pages) with genealogies, evidence of Premeditation to take over the Kingdom of Hawaii in 1892, etc. A Police Report was also filed against the Kamehameha Schools A Joinder to this lien showing the heirs/descendants and successors of Kalola was filed. Kalola was the next-of-kin to Bernice Pauahi Bishop. Our Royal Family are Kamehameha descendants and the Allodial Title owners. Donna Tanoue appointed FDIC Chairman by U.S. President Clinton. Governor John Waihee, State Administrators were guilty of stealing $64.4 Million Dollars in Federal funds. DLNR/ Department of Land and Natural Resources were responsible in making decisions about the rules & regulations governing Public lands & "ceded lands". 2000 Kamehameha Schools: · Chang announces a process which the Judge with screening a committee to select trustees · Robert Kihune and Constance Lau stay on the job · Diane Plotts, Naninoa Thompson and Douglas Ing are named the new trustees
