The territories assumed under the U.S. included some of the 133 islands within the Hawaiian archipelago.

Summary
Since 1897 to Present, or for 125 years, the U.S. has failed to operate with the U.S. Constitution.
Although swearing to support and defend the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. Presidents have veered away and failed to follow the 1787 U.S. Constitution.
The Treaty of the U.S. and the Hawaiian Kingdom was ratified in 1850 by Kamehameha III and U.S. President Zachary Taylor.
It is a Treaty of Perpetual Amity and Friendship with Kamehameha III, his heirs and successors with U.S. President Zachary Taylor.
In `1871, the U.S. became bankrupt and signed a Secret Banker's Constitution which made U.S. citizens economic slaves.
Appears that the goal to eliminate the participants for the Treaty of the U.S. and the Hawaiian Kingdom in 1850 was necessary for the Secret Banker's Constitution to be effective.
In 1874, Sanford B. Dole began to write articles claiming "the last of the Kamehameha's" pointed out. He and other writer's perpetuated the lies because there are many documented Kamehameha's including our families.
In 1883 Ruth Keelikolani died leaving her Estate to Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was married to lawyer, banker husband Charles Reed Bishop.
In 1884, Bernice Pauahi Bishop who was given opium for her breast cancer died in the Palace of; Ruth Keelkikolani.
Charles Reed Bishop was entitled to only a life interest.
Bernice Pauahi Bishop's next-of-kin was Kalola who owned the other half of the Estate until Charles Reed Bishop died, then she/her family would own the entire estate.
In 1893, Charles Reed Bishop conspired and participated in usurping his sister-in-law Queen Liliuokalani and lost All interest in the Estate of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Charles Reed Bishop signed a deed to himself and the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi conveying his life interest.
In reality, he conveyed nothing because he was no longer entitled to anything.
The Trustees who were also key players in conspiring against Queen Liliuokalani and committing treason had the help of the U.S. operating on the Secret Banker's Constitution of 1871.

2022 - The Hawaiian Kingdom Exists
and the Kamehameha's Descendants exists.
Legally the 1787 U.S. Constitution is supported
by the Hawaiian Kingdom.
Article 6. 'Treaties are the supreme law of the land and the Judges have to respect that.'
vs.
The U.S. since U.S. President William McKinley did set up a government for the usurpers, conspirators, treasonous persons/Pirates called the Territory of the United States in 1898 disregarding the facts that the previous president, U.S. President Grover Cleveland gave Hawaii Back three times (3x) to Queen Liliuokalani.
Conclusion
The permanent Treaty ratified in 1850 continues to operate as a permanent treaty of amity and friendship and amity since the time of U.S. President Zachary Taylor and Kamehameha III.
Article XIV shows that prosecution for piracy, etc. continues.
Parties to the treaties exists disregarding the lies that there were no more Kamehameha's were posted time and time again by various authors.
The indoctrination of lies continued over time before and after the usurpation of Queen Liliuokalani in 1893.

The following U.S. Presidents were affected by the Secret Bankers Constitution:
The U.S. engaged in a new Secret bankers U.S. Constitution and failed to inform the citizens, other nations which had treaties based on the 1787 U.S. Constitution.
U.S. President Grants period in office was the time that he had engaged in an illegal, unconstitutional contract with the bankers.
The U.S. could only be parties to "Conventions" and not treaties due to bankruptcy.
Conclusion
The Hawaiian Kingdom has a full treaty with the U.S. prior to their bankruptcy, and Article 6 applies which helps the U.S. citizens in maintaining the 1787 U.S. Constitution and Not the 1871 Secret U.S. Constitution.
The most favored nation status was attacked by a concerted team of conspirators who moved to:
* set up lies to say there were no more Kamehameha's
* set up conspiring against the Royal Family and maneuvering the genealogies
* set up the court system and eliminating or disregarding Royal Family claims from court cases
* changing the court system so that only English was used in court while previously, there were two courts in operation, one in the Hawaiian language, and another in English
* viewing kanaka maoli with animosities, hatred, jealousy, against "people of color" was maintained by white supremacists recorded in Hawaii.
* viewing kanaka maoli as ignorant and less than white or alien population.
* failing to respect the rules of law in the Hawaiian Kingdom
* abuse of opium in Hawaii
* operating on lies regarding leases, fee simple, freehold and Allodial titles
* Trustees operating on lies and failure to follow rule of law
* U.S. Presidents maintained unconstitutional activities supporting pirates, pillagers in Hawaii
* U.S. Presidents received pirated monies, lands from conspirators, pirates, pillagers in Hawaii
* U.S. Presidents since William McKinley failed to follow international laws regarding private properties in Hawaii
* U.S. Presidents since William McKinley failed to follow laws of Kamehameha III from the protectorate treaty in 1854 and the neutrality law in 1854 which was identified by U.S. President Grover Cleveland.
* U.S. Presidents failed to respect private properties of kanaka maoli and listened to the white supremacists in Hawaii.
* U.S. Presidents fail to respect U.S. citizens and respect only the directions of bankers including Charles Reed Bishop a documented conspirator, treasonous person who lost all interest in the Hawaiian Islands and was viewed as a good American citizen instead of a pirate, pillager, thief, privateer, etc.
*U.S. positioned to annex the Hawaiian Islands since 1840.
