The following are Facts Found About the United States of America:
* The 13 Colonies were actually Penal Colonies from Great Britain.
* The Rush-Baggot Treaty with Great Britain maintained a connection between the two (2) nations which never parted. In other words, the United States continued to be part of Great Britain over time.
* The United States of America and Great Britain helped to fund France in surveying the Pacific Ocean with the intent of claiming the Hawaiian Islands.
Note: Russia recognized the Hawaiian archipelago which conflicted with the goals of the three (3) nations: United States of America, Great Britain, and France.
* The United States sent military personnel with Missionaries to Hawaii in 1820 with the purpose of Annexation to the United States.
Note: Kamehameha died in 1819. He was King of a Monarchy government.
* The United States along with Austria, France, Russia, Prussia, Great Britain, and the Vatican signed a Secret Treaty of Verona in 1822 moving towards a New World Order/One World Order and to break down Monarchy governments worldwide.
Fact:
The Kingdom of Hawaii became a Constitutional Monarchy after Kamehameha III signed a Constitution in 1840.
* In 1843, The United States claimed they were the first to recognize the Kingdom of Hawaii as a Nation.
Facts:
In 1841, Belgium is on record as having recognized the Kingdom of Hawaii as a nation.
Kamehameha III documented that Great Britain recognized Hawaii as a Nation before the United States.

The Kingdom of Hawaii became part of the Family of Nations recognized among the other Nations in the World.

In 1848, Kamehameha III passed the Allodial Land Titles/Forever Titles/ Generational Trust Titles to Kanaka Maoli and to Aliens he allowed only 30 year Fee Simple/Leasehold/Freehold lands. Aliens could never own Allodial Land Titles which was reserved to only Kanaka Maoli.
In 1852, Kamehameha III passed the first anti-slavery law which protected the rights of people of color.
Note: 13 years later or in 1865, the United States passed their anti-slavery law copying Kamehameha III's anti-slavery law.
After 1865, American Civil War Generals were assigned to the Kingdom of Hawaii with the intent to assume and Annex the neutral, non-violent nation to the United States.
Manipulations of the legalese shown with former Civil War General Alfred Hartwell who changed Kamehameha III'\s words "inviolable" to "inalienable".
Gross interpretations were made by the United States psyops/players in the Kingdom of Hawaii meant to defraud, twist, manipulate truth in the King's words, etc. and change the King's words intentionally to defraud the Royal Family and the kanaka maoli.

Charles Reed Bishop and other plantation owners invested in the Pacific Cable Company to help the United States who were unable to finance the cable project.
Note: The United States were fearful of the Japanese entering San Francisco Bay and it would take more than 10 years to get out of San Francisco Bay.
United States Psyops agent Celso Moreno arrived. Moreno had worked for the Atlantic Cable Company and assisted with the goals of the Pacific Cable Company.
Celso Moreno became good friends with King David Kalakaua and persuaded him in having three (3) young Kanaka Maoli to travel abroad for schooling. One of them was Robert Wilcox who later tried to overthrow King David Kalakaua.
*1883 - Princess Ruth Keelikolani died. Her next-of-kin was Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
*1884 - Bernice Pauahi Bishop died. Her husband was Conspirator Charles Reed Bishop. Her next-of-kin was Kalola (w).
* 1886 - Kalola (w) passed leaving heirs of her body.
Note:
The Judges conspired against Queen Liliuokalani, the Royal Family, and Kanaka Maoli.
They aided the United States and helped in the invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
Queen Liliuokalani succeeded her brother King Kalakaua and suspected that there were conspirators operating in her midst.
Conspirator's included her family members:
(1) Charles Reed Bishop - married to her hanai/adopted sister named Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Note: Charles Reed Bishop was entitled to only a lifetime interest in the estate of his wife. He inherited only a 1/3 interest until his death. Kalola (w) the next-of-kin, her heirs owned 2/3 interest until Charles Reed Bishop's death then Kalola (w), her heirs owned 3/3 interest or Full interest.
Charles Reed Bishop was a JP Morgan banker and transferred his life interest to himself, and the Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop.
Pending Prosecution: The Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop claimed they were the owners but can never own the Allodial Land Titles of our Royal Family. In Land Court case they documented themselves to be owners but are actually Pirates who have conveyed lands to the United States government, the United States President McKinley's created Territory, and others.
Similar to the Sanford B. Dole case showing a non-Allodial landowner, a fraud, pirate, conspirator deeding land to others, the Trustees are in the same position as Dole who was set in place to be a Trustees of Bernice Pauahi Bishop. The Trustees ended their right to run a Royal Family Trust in 1893, including the life interest of Charles Reed Bishop who died in 1915. The Pirate Trustees have also been supported over time by the United States government who remain Pirates due to the Treaty breaches, the failure to follow rule of law, the Neutrality Law of 1854, and the United States Constitution - Supremacy Clause - Treaties are the Supreme Law of the Land.
Note: A foreign nation, the United States with an added Territory created illegally and calling it a Territory of Hawaii is not the Legitimate Government in Hawaii because the Kingdom of Hawaii is which was also recognized by U.S. President Grover Cleveland.
Pirates are to be punished according to the Treaty of 1850, which is what the Trustees of the Bernice Pauahi Bishop Estates are. Additional Pirate clauses appears in Kamehameha III's Neutrality Law of 1854.
Issues remain unresolved.
(2) Archibald Cleghorn married to her sister Miriam Likelike and had a daughter named Princess Kaiulani.
* In 1892, plans to overthrow the Kingdom of Hawaii was made:
1) Dr. Mott Smith, Thomas Akaka helped to plan the overthrow of the Kingdom of Hawaii in Washington, D.C.
2) United States militaryman B.F. Tracy helped plan the overthrow in Makua Valley, Oahu with conspiring sellout White Annexationists in Hawaii associates of Sanford B. Dole and Friends.
* In 1892, Queen Liliuokalani requested for the United States to provide a Protectorate and was interested in a Treaty. She was ignored.
* In 1893, the United States President, Congress, directed the U.S. Navy ship BOSTON to invade the Kingdom of Hawaii.
They supported Sanford B. Dole, Charles Reed Bishop, Archibald Cleghorn, Lorrin Thurston, and many others.
United States Minister Stevens gave the United States Protectorate to the Provisional Government and not to the Legitimate Government in Hawaii that has a permanent friendship and amity Treaty ratified in 1850, a Protectorate Treaty since 1854 with the United States, Great Britain, and France, along with a Neutrality Law of 1854.
The United States disregarded and violated their own U.S. Constitution of 1867 - Supremacy Clause article 6....Treaties are the Supreme Law of the Land.
Background
The United States was bankrupt and out of gold. U.S. President Benjamin Harrison was a former American Civil War General bent on Annexing Hawaii due to the lucrative amount of revenues taken in through ships stopping in the islands for water, supplies, on their way to other locations. The land was beautiful with abundant plantings, water, and so many minerals including GOLD, etc. there for the taking.
U.S. President Benjamin Harrison and his Vice President quickly does international money transfers and confiscates the Kingdom of Hawaii's assets: $279,000 + the U.S. Postal bank monies/savings, the lands, the gold, the rents, incomes, taxes, water revenue, income generated from shipping tolls, etc.
The Kingdom of Hawaii was pirated, looted by the United States and conspirators supported by the United States, et. als. those who breached their treaties, etc.
Take Note: but what about the rule of law? the treaties? how do nations operate if other nations know? Include other nations would be the answer? They too shall be partners in crime and become Pirates too!
U.S. President Grover Cleveland followed rule of law, followed the U.S. Constitution and returned the Kingdom of Hawaii to Queen Liliuokalani.
Note: But, there's nothing returned to the Kingdom of Hawaii. All was held by the white supremacists/annexationists, including U.S. President Grover Cleveland, U.S. President Benjamin Harrison, and U.S. President William McKinley and other U.S. Presidents thereafter.
The conspirators reported that only one man was shot but research by David Wynn-Miller claimed 800 were killed.
To date, 150+ were found showing Kanaka Maoli were shot, hung, scalped, drowned, decapitated by gauntlet, etc.
The barbarian conspirators supported by the United States tired of 'watching the heads roll in the baskets'. Research remains incomplete because it was disgusting research against those who did no wrong by the bankrupt, corrupt, Pirate documented United States.
Many were enslaved and sent abroad to work on plantations in the United States, etc.
Many Kanaka Maoli were killed by the SHARPSHOOTERS and the Army in Hawaii who were given guns, ammunition, pamphlets on how to War by the United States.

Sanford B. Dole became the President of the Republic of Hawaii supported by the United States. He was a psyops, paid thousands of dollars per month for his part in the invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii.
The United States Navy/military also paid Sanford B. Dole for his part in the invasion of the Kingdom of Hawaii. Dole was also paid for his travels and a Mansion was built for him as well.
